Greek yogurt, dill and fresh chopped chili combined in a delicious sauce that goes very well with salmon dishes. If, like me, the taste of the fish is not what you like most in life this sauce will solve this problem😉
Yogurt and Chili Sauce @ diabeticnowwhat.com
2 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon garlic  powder 1 teaspoon dill 1 pinch of salt 1 chili
Open a chili in half, remove the seeds and ribs (if you like spicier keep some seeds) and cut into thin slices. Reserve.
Pour the lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and dill. Stir well and let re-hydrate for 1 minute.
Add the yogurt and mix well.
Note: The sauce can be used in grilled fish dishes, breaded or grilled meat wraps.
Enjoy your food!
