how do i stop caring about what other people think and actually like myself

It's crazy how much energy we waste worrying about people who don't really know us. The most people are too busy overthinking their own lives to care about yours. Start doing things that make you feel good, even if they seem weird or embarrassing to others. Your vibe isn't for everyone, and that's ok. The more you embrace your authentic self, the more you'll attract like-minded individuals and distance yourself from those who never truly mattered. Loving yourself isn't about perfection. Stop waiting for external validation and start giving yourself the approval you deserve. Remember, you're the only person who has to live with yourself every day, so make it a place you genuinely enjoy being.
