Mechanic-specialized palettes

Because the only thing more fun than buying a special set of dice for your character is carefully tailoring the dice on hand for that character’s abilities! Dice IDs will be at the end of the post.

The most obvious example is the handful of d6s a rogue needs for sneak attack damage (plus an advantage/disadvantage d20):

But it works for other mechanics, too! For instance, I always find myself needing extra d8s for my water genasi druid, who uses them for Tidal Wave, Disintegrate, and wild shape healing. I also keep a couple extra d6s for Healing Spirit:

For my minotaur paladin, I can never remember how many d8s can go into smite damage. It’s easier to have designated smiting dice:

My tiefling ranger can do an extra d6 of Hunter’s Mark damage plus a d8 from Colossus Slayer, so I keep reminders:

And my half-elf divination wizard relies heavily on Sleep, which requires a whole handful of d8s:

More uk-based shops that I like are Cymbeline_games and furoreproducts (both on ebay), and my personal favourite, Critical Kit!!

There's also Q-workshop in Poland who make really unique looking sets. Thetrolltrader on ebay also stocks q workshop dice in the UK for a good price.

The dice shop online has has a really great selection and has singles and carries sets from brands like chessex and role4initiative which can be hard to find in europe, but they do claim that random mass produced sets are exclusive limited editions so watch out for that bs.

That's all I can think of off the top of my head, but I never miss a chance to recommend Critical Kit so def check them out.

All Hallow's Eve Restock

This set features a clear orange base with flakes of black foil and a swirl of black ink. Inked in copper. This is an October exclusive design and will not be available after the end of the month.
