yay! i started with a horrible 67 and only documented this challenge when i was down to 65,x.
so all in all happy that i‘m back at 64. this week 64, next week 63. it‘s happening. i trust my body and the process this time.

i ate protein pudding (warm), an apple with nut butter and jam for lunch. protein, vitamins, lovely. i decides against trash food. i am so proud. my body is helping me, is helping herself to become herself. to heal. all will be well. i can feel it now.

66,5 no change on the scales
but also no gain, so that means im a solid 66.
Goal for this week is getting to 65, which is only 600g so should be doable.
i habe no energy rn (not from dieting! from existential crisis).
Fiod yesterday: watermelon and cheese.
Now I‘m gonna have bacon and egg and some vitamins.

lunch update, 1 whole mozzarella (125g instead of 80g) but no bread. it wasnt as good as i expected and i dont know why (i love caprese and i love salad with tomato n mozzarella) and i was hungry (13.50)
well.
also took a shower, washed my hair, oiled my body and face with the best products.

update: bf was 3 protein bread slices w cheese n liverwurst n tomatoes and my vitamins. a lot but good (and no binge.) its 12.36 now and im still not hungry, might just have 2 meals today yayyy

no change on the scales (67,2) and surpriiise I‘ve got my period.
So im bloated and it explains the massive hunger the last few days and the bloatedness. I know my body well by now.
ok so today i relax, try to eat moderately.
Tomorrow i go on holiday which means moving and walking a lot for 2 days, which will be good. 66 coming soon.

Protein bread, tiiiny bit of gorgonzola cream cheese (uh so good), micro greens, salad, bell pepper (getting allll the vitamins in!) and chicken breast (less than rec, but protein bread...)
