The hypnagogic state : how to reach it.

The hypnagogic state is a state where we naturally go into before sleeping, a sweet spot moment before sleeping and still being awake, a state where it is so powerful to be able to shift, get in the void, or basically do anything.
Now it requires NOTHING, it only requires one small thing that might sound tricky.
Staying awake long enough for it to come by on it's own, and actually on average it takes 10-5 mins from each person to enter it aware.
The steps:
Lay flat on your back (not needed, but many results come from laying on the back)
Do. Not. Care, just go with what you usually do to fall asleep, but one thing? You're not falling asleep, you're watching your body fall asleep, that sweet spot where your body is about to fall asleep? That's hypnagogia
Actually don't move, it may give your mind signs you're still not sleeping, now just lay there and try not to sleep while focusing on the blackness behind your eyelids.
You will start seeing flashing images or swirly things or even just flashing lights and imagery, this is the hypnagogia and you managed to reach it in just 10 mins of pretending to be asleep (acc it takes me 4)
Bam, that's the sweet spot, now affirm slowly for the void, or just sense your surroundings for shifting or maybe you can try your shifting method here! This state cannot argue back, you'll be immediately shifting in no time, and slipping in the void is so easy from it.
So really the whole steps is just "lay down, don't move, watch your eyelids, color seen? Hypnagogia reached, method or void procedure done, bam."
I managed to find a post on Reddit on how to keep your body awake, you can try 2 or 3 of them to keep yourself entertained, FULL CREDITS TO THE ONE WHO POSTED IT ON REDDIT (calaie_iscoolio):
"1. Looking in the darkness behind your eyelids
Basically what it says, when you close your eyes, just focus on the darkness until hypnagogic imagery begins to happen i.e. colors, shapes, literally anything that will show. When images begin to show up, do not interact or acknowledge what you are seeing, you can look at it, but don't try to control it and just let the images flow until you feel that the state is induced enough to where it won't disappear because you are "too" awake/aware.
2. "Forearm Up" Method
Another technique that basically helps with people who tend to fall asleep to quickly, basically lay down on your back like usual, lift your hand up in the air where your elbow is resting on your mattress, keep it there and as it slowly falls down that's where you'll begin to fall asleep, it'll drop and basically awake you back up.
I had also seen a shifter mention that they prefer to lay on their stomach and lifting their foot up in the air and basically do the same thing. This technique basically just wakes you back up.
3. Thomas Edison Method
Very similar to the "Forearm Up" Method, basically what Edison had done was he had held a steel ball in his hand, and when he began to fall asleep, the ball will drop and alert Edison awake, another technique to help with people to struggle to stay awake.
4. Imagine Constant Motion
Basically imagining something whether that be an animal or an object constantly moving like a horse galloping, a dogs tail wagging side to side, etc. (Pretty simple, for people who find it much easier to visualize).
5. Tire your body through out the day
During the day, you could do any tasks that would just tire your body out that leads up to your attempt to induce the state, it'll make it much easier for you to get into the state and induce it since your body is already tired enough to relax.
6. Repeating "hypnagogia"
This will mean you have you just repeat the words "hypnagogia" to yourself till you get tired enough and then hypnagogic imagery will eventually appear.
7. Counting
Basically just like regular shifting methods, you could focus on counting up to how much you want to until you begin to get the hypnagogic hallucinations, to keep yourself from falling asleep you could give yourself simple math questions just so it's enough to focus to answer it.
8. Imagining Randomness
Imagine literally anything that isn't related at all, i.e. horse, roof, apple, pen, desk, etc. Visualize and filter through random objects or animals that have no correlation and that will induce the hypnagogic imagery, randomness is key.
9. Focus on breathing
Similar to any shifting method, basically focusing on your breaths is another technique to induce the state. Literally just anything to keep your awareness occupied rather than letting your mind just shut down to go to sleep.
10. Sounds
Listening to anything in your environment, whether that be things happening outside, if it's raining listen to the rain, or if you've got headphones on listen to the music and focus that, keep your focus on the music so you don't fall asleep.
11. "Playing" a song in your head
Not necessarily listening to the song, but imagining the song playing in your head, whether that be your favorite song, if you know how it sounds like, imagine it playing and once you've entered the state, it will naturally play and you'll end up actually hearing the song.
12. Heartbeat
Basically just focus on your heartbeat. Listen to the amount of beats.
These are all the various of techniques you could use, you don't have to stick to one and can basicaally try them out, see which one you feel like works for you and go from there. A tip is also you could pick like 4 or 5 out of these 12 and just filter through the techniques if you can't just stick to one since you get uninterested quickly. (I get bored easily, do I normally do 8, 9, 7 and 4 just so I don't lose interest.)"

1:
It's ok if you can feel your CR. Your awareness shifts and THEN your senses follow.
YOU as a consciousness shift before your senses do. Don't sit and obsess over what you are experiencing physically because your senses are not the determining factor of your reality your awareness is.
2:
You always have the ability to shift. It doesn't go away just because you're "stuck" in this reality. It is an ability that you have always had. You can shift ALREADY.
Stop telling yourself that you have to do something before you can shift. You don't have to solve every blockage you've ever had, you don't have to drink a magic potion, you don't have to obtain some "key"
You are not trying to obtain the ability to shift. The ability to shift is inherent.
3:
You are not waiting on anything but yourself.
I know that may be triggering to hear and you're probably saying "well then why haven't I?". That is because you are consistently selecting a reality which proves to you what you already believe.
Your subconscious mind believes ANYTHING you tell it and then provides proof of it. If you tell it you're stuck it will do its job and prove that to you.
4:
You are more than your body. You have the potential to be anything that ever was or ever could be. You are not your senses you are not your body you are not your thoughts. You are pure potential. You are the universe experiencing itself.
There are no limits except the ones you give to yourself. You are the operant power of your reality. You alone have full control over when you shift.
5:
You cannot shame yourself better. Hating yourself, comparing yourself to others, being cruel to yourself because you "aren't doing good enough" has never helped you. If you only have one person in your corner it should be you. If you have only one person telling you to keep going it should be you.
On days when everything seems out of your control you can control how you treat yourself. You deserve kindness and patience too. It's ok if you have setbacks. It's ok if you got off track.
It's ok to trust yourself. It's ok to tell yourself you're good enough and that what you're doing is enough. It's ok to tell yourself that you're good at this.
6:
You can feel like shit and still shift. You are not doomed to this reality just because you feel things deeply. It's ok to feel scared or sad or disappointed. You are doing good enough even if you're feeling like total shit. Suffering is not evidence of damnation.
7:
If you repeat something enough it will become true.

it can be overwhelming online where they tell you that you don’t need any methods while offering 1001 ways to get your desires/ shift.
so this is your reminder that stop and breathe. you already have what you want. your desires are yours. they aren’t going to go away just because you didn’t do a specific method. methods are just there to help you, and for you to do if it’s fun for you. it’s up to your preference and not a necessity.
you already have it all — you are famous and everyone adores you. you’re in your SO’s arms. you have the friend group of your dreams. you have your dream appearance and friend group. you’re in the 50s, 60s, the year 3000, whatever time period you wish to be in because time is a man made concept and doesn’t matter. take a deep breath and accept that because it’s true. you don’t need anything else, just do whatever you like because you’re going to get your desires anyways — how can you not when you already have it?

how to not experience the life you desire
i personally believe that you already have your desires but it's just that you haven't experienced them yet because of your current beliefs about your yourself and your current reality. but understand that you are the one who's delaying them with this kind of mindset.
holding onto limiting beliefs and remaining fixed in a mindset that doesn't serve you will only create resistance. this resistance distances you from the countless possibilities already within reach, blocking you from embodying the version of yourself that fully aligns with what you want.
there are so many ways, so many techniques, so many methods to manifest this and that but now let's talk about the opposite. these are the ways to create resistance and not experience everything you desire.
have poor self-concept
do constant research but don't apply them
let your current reality tell you what to feel
stay overly attached to the specifics of how things should unfold
dwell on when will it happen
let it disrupt your day by thinking and worrying about it every time
believe that you don't deserve your desires
believe every negative thought that your mind is telling you
complain every day about everything and everyone
hate everything about yourself and others
don't follow your highest excitement. follow what society wants for you
remain in a negative state your whole life
focus solely on what you lack instead of what you have
believe that your desires can only come in 1 way or ways you can only imagine
compare yourself constantly to others
rely on others to validate your worth
feel resentful of others who are achieving their desires
resist releasing old beliefs that no longer serve you
believe that manifesting is just a “fluke” or a game of luck
choose to look at the world from a scarcity mindset
reject the idea that your thoughts create your reality
believe others can manifest but doubt your own power
think that your desires are too big or impossible or that you don't deserve them
refuse to act as though your desires are inevitable
these are just some deep-seated beliefs you may hold about yourself and the world, which create a barrier, resistance, and delay to actually experiencing your desires. these feelings often stem from your past experiences, colored by lack, negative beliefs, and a distorted perception of what is possible for you.
as you reflect on this list, it is important to recognize that these are not just random habits; they are patterns. now that you are aware of these negative habits, take time to examine their origins. do shadow work. ask yourself why you have developed these beliefs and behaviors so you can then discipline yourself.
you are not healing to manifest. manifesting is automatic. you are also not healing because you are broken. you are never broken. you are healing to let yourself realize the power that you hold, and that every belief, every thought, every state is creating your life. the point of power is here and now.

When trying to induce pure consciousness to get your dream lives, a lot of you view the act of obtaining your desires as a process
what you see: script + void/"I AM" state → my dream life is finally mine
you see it as a process when it isn't one, there is no process
what actually happens: i've created my dream life in my head → i have it now, it's not a dream anymore
It’s not a long process it’s an immediate chain of events, the state of pure consciousness just allows you to shift your awareness to a reality where your desires are materialised. But to be materialised in the first place it had to have existed, right? Right! It existed in your mind therefore it is real. The art of materialisation is the least important part when it comes to getting your dream life. And again if you don’t understand that the 3d should not matter as much as you think it does, you will never progress.
You need to realise that you already have it. Whether the 3d shows you inducing pure consciousness tonight or not, you still have your dream life. Why are your desires riding on something the 3d is showing you? If you are as powerful as you say, shouldn’t your desires exist already? They do! If you have thought about it, then it is real and you have it.
And with this mindset knowing that your desires aren’t counting on whether the 3d shows you inducing pure consciousness or not, you are able to put less pressure on yourself when it comes to tapping into the “I AM” state. And that lessened pressure will result in you finding it easier to take your mind off of the 3d hence finding it easier to induce pure consciousness.
The void/“I AM” doesn’t assist you in getting your desires, it just helps materialise them.
this is an immediate chain of events, not a process, as soon as you think of it, it is real. 🎀💋

first, know that there are no limits when it comes to the Law, and to help you understand this i'll be giving you examples:
you can distort time-space.
you can shift to a reality where geometry doesn't make sense (parallel lines meet, circles have sides etc.)
you can break every fundamental law of nature
you can manifest some shawarma to eat idk
you can be unbelievably good at everything you do
you can bring back dead loved ones
you can find out the answer to the greatest world mysteries
you can travel faster than light
you can manifest shawarma perhaps
you can manifest a genie that grants infinite wishes
you can comprehend 4D, 5D, 6D and all that
you can eat infinite shawarmas (perfect)
think of the craziest thing. yes, you can manifest that.
there are no limits to the Law, and
there are no limits when it comes to applying the Law.
these sentences mean different things.
let me ask you, what is the most tiring thing about applying the Law? is it the robotic affirming? the persisting? is it the negative thoughts that come in between sometimes?
back to the statement i made before. there are no limits when it comes to applying the Law. so, that means you could apply the Law to itself?
what this means is you can make assumptions about the Law and by the same Law, these assumptions will be true?
simply, if you assume that you don't need to have a positive mindset to manifest, you don't. if you don't need to constantly repeat one affirmation a thousand times, you don't. if getting into situations where you reaffirm the opposite are not relevant, then they aren't relevant.
don't read this blindly. understand that whatever about the Law gives you some discomfort, you don't need. and you can firmly establish that by making assumptions of this very Law.
let me ask you again. what is the most tiring thing about applying the Law? whatever it is, you can avoid doing.
as crazy as this sounds, it is true. not because i'm saying it, but it is true by Law. it is true by Law.
because what is the Law? "what you assume is the reality right now." this is the basic skeletal structure of the Law. don't add unnecessary extra bones to it. by adding extra bones, you may lengthen the skeleton, when that's not always needed. and this could cause discomfort.
so go ahead, kick and cry and scream out your frustrations. if you keep getting into situations where you affirm the opposite of your desires, go ahead. if you want to only say one affirmation, go ahead. if you want to use 'will' instead of 'is'' in your affirmations, do that. they say time doesn't matter.
robotic affirming, SATS etc., are all just elements of the Law. you are not mandated to do it.
even persisting. it's just an element of the Law. you only have to be fulfilled in imagination, and only that matters. not what you show to the 3D, not how you react to the 3D. as for being fulfilled in imagination, it has already happened once you've thought of your desires. you already have it; done. no need to remind yourself a hundred times that you do.
all you have to do is simply assume that you do not associate with your negative states and since we know that our assumptions make our reality, this assumption is now true. draw a line between the way you react to the 3D, and the way you act in imagination. you know that only the imagination matters. now, you are free to react negatively to the 3D. it's okay if you keep reaffirming negative thoughts accidentally (without intention). it will not affect you because you have strictly laid out an assumption that things like this are not going to affect you at all. also, you are free to use whatever words in your affirmation process, because you know that things like that don't matter, only the meaning and idea you hold behind it, like I've mentioned a couple times before.
once again, what you assume is true. that is literally it. avoid doing the things that don't make you happy. i've mentioned this somewhere before, but the concept of hard-work doesn't exist for manifesters. just because you're trying to get your dream life, doesn't mean you make sacrifices or make yourself uncomfortable with what you're doing now just for the sake of achieving your desires. you are happy with what you're doing now, and you will be happy with whatever you're doing in the future.
you could say that what i'm saying is wrong. that's an assumption you're making, so it will be true only for you. not for me, according to my assumptions, i do not have to affirm, do SATS or even persist.
we know that our 3D is not real, it doesn't matter. so why should the way you behave in the 3D or towards it matter? think about it. if only the imagination matters, then you can act like you own this place ... only in imagination? why should anything else matter?

No Waiting Required | How Manifestation Works Instantly
I already made a post about the science behind it but this is my thoughts on how it works.
We are not shifting to a new reality where we have that thing. Instead, I we are shifting into the version of us who has that thing.
It’s not the 3D that you’re manifesting change for; it is you that changes. You change your thoughts, visuals, and everything to match the version of the person who already has that thing. By affirming and focusing on your self-image and beliefs, you’re not just trying to change the world around you; you’re transforming yourself from within.
The key is to align your mindset and thoughts with that version of you. When you change your assumptions and thoughts, your outer experiences will naturally reflect those changes. So, you affirm to change your assumptions and thoughts, not the 3D.
Manifestation is instant because it’s all about your internal state. The moment you change your thoughts and feelings to align with the version of yourself who already has what you desire, you are manifesting right away there’s no waiting involved.
When you shift your mindset and start believing you already have what you want, that change happens immediately within you. This internal shift creates an instant alignment with your desires.
Since the outside world reflects your internal beliefs, the moment you adopt the mindset of having what you want, you begin to experience those realities. So, manifestation isn’t about waiting for things to happen; it’s about recognizing that the change occurs instantly within you, and that’s what brings your desires into your experience.

to experience your desires in your current reality, all you need is to discipline yourself to perceive differently, believe differently, feel differently, and behave differently. you can't let the old you create the reality where you experience your desires because it will continue to create the same reality you are currently in, moment by moment.
but disciplining yourself to take all necessary actions, both internally and externally, will get you somewhere. you can't be double-minded, thinking you can affirm this and that, but feel otherwise. you can't be doing all these different techniques you see online and still feel that you are far from it. you can't think that this law exists but doesn't work for you.
all you need to do is make a decision and be disciplined enough to change your ways. if the old way didn't work, it wouldn't hurt to try new ways—ways that actually benefit you and serves you better—but you have to be deliberate in everything you do, feel, think, and how you behave until it feels natural for you.
it doesn't have to be difficult. it's not supposed to be difficult. the law is designed to make everything easier for you, so don't make it harder for yourself.
