i'm not the best at singing. but i'm gonna sing anyway dude. i'm not the best at painting. but i'm still going to paint. my dancing will never see a stage. but it's perfect for early mornings in my bedroom and late nights with people i love. so what does this mean? it means that people are designed to do. not to be the best. just to do. if you're doing what you enjoy, then you don't have to be the best. you just have to enjoy it. you have to live.

iris by goo goo dolls really is insane though. I'd give up forever to touch you? you're the closest to heaven I'll ever be? all I can breathe is your life? and I don't want the world to see me cause I don't think they'd understand? when everything's meant to be broken I just want you to know who I am? does anyone hear me.

30 isn’t what the Internet said it would be
I'm 30. I thought I'd have it all figured out, like I'd wake up knowing exactly how to be an adult. I thought I'd be scared, but... 30 feels kind of nice.
The best moments are the quiet ones.
Your mom feeding you cake. Your sister’s hug. Sitting in your living room, laughing at nothing.
Some people leave. But the right ones stay.
Your circle will shrink, and that’s not a bad thing. You don’t need a hundred people clapping for you. You just need a few who make ordinary days feel special.
You don’t have to chase a timeline that somebody else made up.
You don’t have to hit your ‘peak’ by 30. You don’t have to get married because everyone else is. Life isn’t something you win by checking boxes.
Happiness isn’t a finish line. It’s how you live in between.
A good cup of coffee. A soft morning. Feeling the sun on your face. It’s all here. It’s always been here.

Be strong—not in a way that makes you unbreakable, but in a way that lets you hold fragile things without crushing them.
Be brave—not by forcing yourself to stay together, but by allowing yourself to fall apart when you need to.
Protect the people you love. Leave them softer, lighter, and a little more whole.

To all the souls who trusted me with their time, whether it was a lifetime or just a fleeting moment—this is for you.
You came into my life, some expected, some not, and left your paw prints on my heart in ways I’ll never forget. This year took more from me than I was ready to give. The ones I raised, the ones who chose me, the ones who needed me while their families were away—you’ve all left a piece of yourselves with me. And I miss you. Every single day.
It’s hard not to question why. Why so much loss? Why so soon? But in the quiet moments, when the grief feels a little less heavy, I realize how lucky I was to know you. To feel your love. To hear your little noises, to hold you close, to just be with you.
I’ll carry you with me forever. Thank you for making my life better, even if it was only for a little while. I love you. Always.

Airports are strange little worlds in themselves. You walk in, and time just kind of stretches, holding you in this weird limbo. They are in-between places, full of people waiting to be somewhere else.
The in-between reminds me of life’s own transitions— spaces where we learn, where we grow, where we become brave enough to leave behind what no longer serves us.

Find meaning. Distinguish melancholy from sadness. Go out for a walk. It doesn't have to be a romantic walk in the park, spring at its most spectacular moment, flowers and smells and outstanding poetical imagery smoothly transferring you into another world. It doesn't have to be a walk during which you'll have multiple life epiphanies and discover meanings no other brain ever managed to encounter. Do not be afraid of spending quality time by yourself. Find meaning or don't find meaning but "steal" some time and give it freely and exclusively to your own self. Opt for privacy and solitude. That doesn't make you antisocial or cause you to reject the rest of the world. But you need to breathe. And you need to be.
