There was a time, where I would almost never swallow the food I "ate" for quite some time. One day my mother made me breakfast,.because school started again and i still remember swallowing the food being sooo uncomfortable.
I also never wanted to talk about or see food. I was literally disgusted with most foods, or the act of eating in general.
That's like 4 years ago and I wish I coul go back.

Today I binged on cake and that makes me so mad because my progress is gone again. I'm to scared to weigh myself, so I am just going to do that before my doctor appointment. It's in to days....help
I have to loose as much weight as possible in two days with fasting and working out.
Do y'all maybe know how much weight you can approximately loose in two days, if you don't eat and workout a ton?

I think I'm slowly starting to see my abs, which makes sense I guess. I've been doing a bit more sports recently and consequently had a bigger appetite. But now that I am restricting again, I see that my work paid of.

I feel like ive always weighed a lot for my looks. I mean even when I was really skinny I didn't weigh as little as it may have looked like.
I guess it's because my muscles since I did a lot of sports since the age of two.

Take it from someone who has started a calorie deficit many times and stuck to it:
1. The first three days, you will be starving. It will be constant. It will suck. I cannot sugarcoat it.
But the good news is it doesn鈥檛 stay that miserable forever.
2. The first week you will have food noise. The physical hunger will go away, and the mental hunger will almost be worse. Do not give in or you will have to start at step one again.
3. After a week it starts to become a habit. The food noise is still there. But you have learned not to listen to it. You have learned to distract yourself with other things that you enjoy. (Since eating is not that much fun anyway)
4. After two weeks, it will become a habit.
Even if it seems hard to start back up again after a binge or a period of over eating, those first few days are the hardest. If you鈥檙e stuck in a binge restrict cycle, you鈥檙e never gonna get past that point of hunger and food noise.
Trust me, it鈥檚 worth it.
