A mastopexy, also simply known as breast lift, is a method that firms, tightens, and supports the breasts upward. Individuals who are happy with the volume of their breasts but not the position or shape are usually the people that profit from breast lift surgery. Through body transformations, usually due to pregnancy, hormones, weight fluctuation, or aging, the breast skin may grow to be more stretched, letting the nipple fall too deep. This can induce a deflated look to the breast as there is too much skin from the neck all the way to the nipple.
Hey do you have any info on genital nullification surgery? Or really any thing for transneutral/androgynous folks?
Lee says:
I don’t think many or maybe even any surgeons in the US advertise that they do nullification surgeries, so it’s hard to find info on the topic.
When people ask about “neutral” genitals they either mean a featureless crotch (sometimes called nullification) or both a penis and a vagina (no term for this exists) because there isn’t really any single way for ambiguous genitals to look.
I’m have a surgery date for a procedure which will give me a penis and a vagina, so I speak the truth.
If you’re afab, genital nullification surgery might be referring to a vaginectomy and hysterectomy.
Read those two links for a 101 on each of those procedures! It is possible to do, but I don’t have any posts or pages with informational write-ups of any personal experiences of this as detailed as the amab nullification link. Here’s another post with more info!
When it comes to getting both, I know that a few people have gotten a phallo or meta without a vaginectomy which is possible if you don’t get a urethral hook-up. I’ve talked to people who did have a UL without v-nectomy, but most surgeons aren’t doing it anymore in the US because of the increased risk of complications.
Many surgeons use some vaginal mucosa to reinforce the junction of the new and old urethra and vaginal mucosa can’t be replaced by another type of tissue initially. Using vaginal mucosa means closing that part of the vagina.Without added reinforcement, fistulas occur at the point at the junction of the new and old urethra where voiding pressure is the strongest, and some surgeons say the new urethra is vulnerable to damage from rough penetrative sex even when healed if there isn’t reinforcement there.
People who did have a UL and kept their vagina sometimes ended up with vaginal openings that are much tighter and painful, sometimes to the point where they can no longer be comfortably penetrated. Massage and dilation might help.
But it’s definitely possible to have a penis and a vagina at the same time if you’re afab, especially if you don’t get an UL and choose to sit to pee, and I’ve met a person who had both and I saw his genitals in person so I can verify that it’s a thing.
My transmasc Bottom surgery (genital surgery) page goes into a bit more detail about all of that.

Post-meta person who kept his vagina AMA
I have all the things and why didn’t you opt for a v-nectomy?
Someone who didn’t initially get a v-nectomy then got one in a later stage (and more on that)

If you’re amab, genital nullification surgery might be referring to a penectomy and orchiectomy.
This is a wonderful post about Genital nullification for AMAB non-binary patients by someone who got their nullification surgery done in the US, and if you’re amab and considering nullification, this is a must-read.
I’m not going to get into that further because the post really explains it all!
If you want to have both sets instead of neither, that’s harder for AMAB people. In vaginoplasty, usually the surgeon uses the penis to create the vagina which would mean sacrificing one to create the other.
However, some people also choose not to have a vagina created and opt for a ‘dimple’ that gives the appearance of the entrance to the vagina which means they can’t have penis-in-vagina penetrative sex, but they will have a quicker recovery and no dilation, fewer risks for surgical complications, and it will look like a vagina so they can still pass while naked. And- they can still orgasm. This is sometimes referred to as “minimal depth” or “cosmetic” vaginoplasty. This requires less tissue than creating a vaginal canal, so you may also be able to keep your penis with a minimal-depth vaginoplasty.
It might also be possible to use tissue from the peritoneum to create the vaginal cavity which means hypothetically you could still keep the penis, so that possibility is worth discussing with your surgeon. They may also use tissue from your scrotum if you get an orchiectomy which is removal of the gonads/testicles (link and link and link) at the same time. The scrotal tissue should shrink over time, so if you want a vaginoplasty after it’s best to do it within a year or so of your orchiectomy so you can use that scrotal tissue in the formation of the vagina.
There’s also the “Peritoneal Pull Through Procedure” which may be able to allow for preservation of the penis and creation of a vagina.
Here is a post with someone who is post-op from having a vaginoplasty while keeping their penis- it includes a NSFW link showing their new parts. They had a skin graft used to create their new vagina. I’m not sure what the sexual sensation would be like inside a vagina created by a skin graft, like if they’re using microsurgical nerve hook ups or what exactly is going on but it is something that you can look into.
And of course, you could use the typical “penile inversion” vaginoplasty method and use the tissue from your penis to create the vagina, then get phalloplasty to create a new penis using the same phallo procedure that AFAB people go through using a donor site like your arm or thigh to create the penis. More info on those two: Getting a vagina surgery and Getting a penis surgery.
If you’re determined and able to spend the time and money getting consultations with different surgeons until one of them agrees and fighting with insurance, a nullification or both-ification is something you might be able to do.
TLDR:
1) You can have a nullification and have no gendered genitals: penectomy & orchiectomy or vaginectomy & hysterectomy.
2) You can can have both a penis and a vagina, and there are various methods of achieving this.
3) It’s harder to find a surgeon who is willing to perform an atypical bottom surgery but it is possible and there are people who have gotten these procedures.

Facial surgery helps patients approach regular issues that involve correcting the undesirable traits and features or signs of aging. Some of these problems are small and can be corrected with non-invasive treatments, whereas others demand surgery to attain optimal outcomes. By utilizing a conservative strategy to improve and correct the signs of aging or awkward individual features, we aim to equip patients with natural-looking outcomes that don’t look remotely “overdone” or “fake”.
I don't understand it. I really don't. yt people literally model their plastic surgeries after woc features ESPECIALLY black women characteristics and then they go (especially yt cisgender men) and say black women will never be the beauty standard bc they are "manly", "loud", "aggressive", "mean".
Why does society have this weird obsession with stripping the femininity away from black women. Black women don't get to be soft. Sensitive. Féminine.
The misoginy black women face is honestly so brutal. AND IT MAKES MY BLOOD BOIL BUT what's worse is that when black women address this issue they face even harsher scrutiny bc they are the "aggressive black woman".
A standard does not exist. There is not one type of beauty standard. There is not one type of femininity. Everyone has a different definition of what femininity means to them. Let black women express themselves in whatever way they want to.
And men, please get your fucking ass out of women's business.

Liposuction or lipo is a cosmetic method that eliminates fat from beneath the skin to present a more symmetrical, contoured physique. It can be implemented on many regions of the body, including the abdomen, buttocks, neck, thighs, legs, ankles, and back. Throughout the treatment, fat cells are permanently eliminated from the body. This suggests that patients can obtain persisting and even lasting effects through liposuction, as long as they exercise and keep a healthy diet practice following their surgery.

Excuse the moppy face but this is where I am at top surgery wise (2 years 9months) after liposuction keyhole surgery with Mr Kneeshaw in Hull.
I am very happy with the results! I just need to dedicate the time to put on some more muscle mass.

Medical spa treatments are non-surgical cosmetic procedures that can address concerns such as enhancing your facial contours, your skin’s appearance, and even provide lasting cosmetics. These treatments typically do not require extended recovery periods, making them a fitting option for speedy yet powerful results.
“Cosmetic surgery offers us an extreme and therefore instructive example of the relationship between the sexes. Eighty-five percent of boardcertified plastic surgeons in this country are men; in 2000, 89 percent of the cosmetic-surgery patients were women. Male cosmetic procedures treat mainly hair loss and prominent ears, although the statistics are changing. The 1998 gender distribution for cosmetic procedures shows significant increases in the overall percentage of men seeking surgery — including such procedures as abdominoplasty, botox injections, and upper arm lifts. Since then, however, the numbers have remained approximately the same. Women still constitute the overwhelming majority of cosmetic surgery patients. The distinction between the mastery and activity of the male surgeon and the prone materiality of the female patient who offers up her body to his surgical prowess is almost too obvious to belabor. But it is important to see this relationship as an ongoing allegory of the relationship between cultural stereotypes of men and women — between male instrumentality, activity, and agency and female passivity. In the surgical relationship, men perform and women are acted upon, intervened in — as though created anew by men who correct Mother Nature.”

Augmentation is the most widely recognized cosmetic breast surgery which is performed to improve the breasts using either implants or tissue from other sections of the body. A person may choose to have breast augmentation surgery if they feel that their chest is too small in proportion to the rest of their body. Not only that, but breast augmentation could also reverse the effects of aging or pregnancy by enhancing your breasts’ shape and size. However, if you feel burdened by the size of your breasts, reduction surgery is an option available to decrease their volume.
Michaela Coel’s plastic surgery is a perfect example of the kind of work I like to see

For me personally, I only want to change minor things because to be honest, I’m pretty much satisfied with my overall appearance. If it wasn’t for someone on Twitter pointing it out, I never would’ve known she even got work done. If you want to drastically change your appearance then by all means, do it! But for me, I’ll always prefer little tweaks to enhance your appearance.
I’ve seen so many black women get work done to where they look like an entirely different ethnicity, and like I said, if that’s what you’re going for then have at it, but at the end of the day, I still want to look like me. I think any plastic surgeon can go in there and make you look like an entirely different person, but I think it’s takes real skill to change something so subtly that people wonder if you were always that gorgeous or did you get work done.
