Legs and shoulders is an interesting combination! Today was my leg day which is not one of my favorite body parts to exercise, but I know they are important! I started out on the row machine and continue to press forward. It up being one of the best workouts I’ve ever had. Note to self: keep pushing, keep striving knocked it out! let’s go

I started out back on the treadmill only because it was in the single digits a mind snow. 1 mile walk to warm up and then 29 minutes on the stationary bike. Then it’s time for chest. Aesthetics is no reason to work chest but don’t let it be your only one. It helps you burn fat. Here’s a look at my chest routine this week. 3 sets of 10-12 reps of everything with a superset to burn. Whew!

Keeping the brain adapting to changes is key to growth. One thing in life that is guaranteed is change. I had to change up my workout this week. New workout this week: Back and triceps day. A strong back is essential to overall health. No running this week to let my injuries heal. Warmed up with good old fashioned rowing. Check my routine this morning. Let’s go!
