dspsposts' Story Time
Hello, for the people who might be reading this. This is not that important and basically just a trauma dumping trash that I'd like to share because I'm annoying like that, hehe. This is also for my bigger audience on my Youtube channel (hey, you, if you're reading, welcome to my blog) because I'd also like to share my story with those of you who are interested.
I got into reading and writing when I was in 7th grade. English is not my first language, but I grew up with the English language being lowkey shoved down my throat. However, it was enjoyable enough since I grew up watching English Youtubers who, well, speak English and I adopted the way they speak, maybe also their accent and stuff, so yeah, a little bit out of topic but I just wanted to get that out of the way.
I was always interested in writing, because as a kid, I wanted to write my own songs, I liked to sing and write random stuff in my collection of notebooks. Then, in 2016/2017, I was introduced to the world of fanfiction shortly after I stanned BTS. I read a lot of them, I scoured the internet to get the goodness of those heavenly writings by talented writers who are generous enough to bless us all with their writing prowess.
Along the way, I got the ambition and desire to start my own blog, create my own Youtube channel, and have an audience, just like them! And I did! I had an audience and I loved every second of it. I adore the friends I made, the support, the comments, and just the everything. I loved it, and I still love it. Sometimes, I just want to cry just thinking back about it.
My Youtube channel was where my audience was the biggest, so it was the platform I was mainly focusing on. Writing and editing those videos were a lot of fun, I like to make them, watch them myself, and wait for people's reactions when I upload them. Yet, it all had to come to an end when all I felt was not excitement anymore. Just dread, just negative feelings whenever I want to follow through my plans.
I have seen it happen with other authors where they feel the burden of having people's expectations on them as a fanfiction writer. Honestly, maybe I was at that stage too when I stopped having fun writing and creating stories and videos. Not only that I stopped writing, I also stopped reading altogether, and it was a shame because reading was my biggest passion ever. It was the thing I enjoyed the most in my life, and I wish I had continued loving to do it until now.
Whenever I tried to pick up on reading, I always felt a sense of dread, like I just want to do anything else but to read. It felt like the worst thing ever. I know it has to do with my not-so healthy coping mechanism where I just avoid the things that make me feel bad. I avoid reading because I had associated reading with the negative feelings I got from not creating stories and uploading videos. I'm still sad thinking about it because I also drifted apart from being an army and also moa.
However, recently, I vented about all of this to my best friend, I don't know why I didn't do it sooner, because shortly after I let it all out, I found myself having fun reading the old fanfiction I used to read in the past. Some are still available on the internet, but some authors have deactivated and their works are not available anymore for me to read. Then, I have also begun to write again on my other platform, and also felt inspired to continue "Miles", a fanfiction I planned for Beomgyu before I went into long hiatus a few years back.
It's important to note though, that I haven't fully recovered from those bad feelings and I feel very prone to just relapse and potentially lose reading as my hobby again. I'm not making a full comeback, especially not on Youtube. Reading has been really fun as well as writing. I'm trying to just do it in my own pace, and I want to have fun because as one of my favorite authors on Tumblr said too that writing is supposed to be fun! I do believe that too! I really don't want to stop :(
I don't know how much I've changed in the span of the time where I've been away from all this, but I have. I have changed. I'm totally a different person now from I was before, and I don't remember how much or what I've disclosed to you guys, and I would like not to know (I'm embarrassed) :^).
I will try my best to finish it but I will try harder to have fun while doing so!
That's it from me! And hey, if you happened to have experienced similar situation, feel free to share your story! Or share your thoughts about my sob story, hehe.
See you when I see you! <3

TXT Yeonjun FF - I Wish
Tumblr media
Pairing : Yeonjun x Reader
Genre : Angst
Words : 2k+
——————
I
Burdens inside my chest causes me to fidget uncomfortably in my seat— tapping my fingers on the counter impatiently. Speakers are blasting in my ears as I took a sip of my non-alcoholic drink, trying to get rid of some unwanted thoughts, that has been trying to crawl right back into my head.
I’m not really the type to go out, never really want to. This kind of place reeks alcohol and smokes of cigarretes, the only reason I’m here is because I promised my friend I’ll go and celebrate his birthday too.
He said he wouldn’t leave me alone but now I’m here, waiting for him to come back, not wanting to leave first ‘cause I know he’d be staggering, drunken out of his goddamn mind, and who knows what would happen to him later if I don’t wait for him.
Just when I thought this night can’t possibly get any worse, I sense a familiar presence that I dread to see, and it is..
her.
I fixed my eyes on her body moving across the dance floor, following the beat as she closes her eyes, looking pretty content. My eyes travel to the arms around her waist, wishing those were mines, even though I know it’s only a wishful thinking at this point.
I watch the two in each other's arms as they're slowly getting closer as the music goes on. I can't take my eyes off of the both of them even though it's clear that a part of me breaking a bit by bit.
I should've known better.
The sunset light slipped through the visibily damaged roof that I could see her misty eyes gazing up at mines. It reflected itself from the water, emitting a sparkling shine as the soft mist from the flow hitting the ground, dabbing lightly on my skin.
"I love you," she whispered out the words as she held my hands in hers.
My heart nearly exploded when hearing those words, coming out of her mouth so smoothly. I scrunched up my eyebrows in mixed emotions, I didn't know what to do, or even say.
She rubbed her thumbs on my palms and if I weren't so conflicted, they would feel comforting, except it didn't.
As if she felt the answer that she weren't hoping to get, her thumbs stopped moving as her eyes got watery but I couldn't do anything.
None of us said anything after that.
I, then, left her standing by the water fountain.
The man is grabbing her hips, pulling her in, his lips part as he leans in, down at hers.I tighten my hold around the glass in my hand, seeing the scene unfold just right before my eyes makes my blood boil, and almost, almost, standing up and just to rip him off of her body out of burning jealousy.
Is that how it works? Was the three-word sentence she told him means nothing to her at all? How could she act as if she didn't just tell anyone that she loved them?
There are no more calls or texts from her. The last message she sent me is, "lets go to our place."
I read it for the hundreth times already.
Our place.
I used to call it that too. The only place that we would be together peacefully without others interrupting.
I keep on checking my phone to see if she would just say something, just something to assure me that it was not a dream, that I weren’t hallucinating, or these all are just a fragment that I made up myself in my mind.
The words keep replaying in my head, "I love you."
I would turn back the time to say it back. Though I’m not so sure anymore now.
She's already forgotten about me. It's not real, her love that is.
I feel betrayed and hurt even though I know that all these wouldn't be happening if I didn't leave her alone that day after she confessed.
But if she's already with another guy now, the thing that supposed to be love, is not actually love, right?
I hate it. I hate that I loved her. I hate that I felt like it was all my fault.
She left me with a broken-heart and traumatized, the moment she walked out of the door with that other man.
Would I be able to open up my heart again?
Maybe if it's her, I would let her in, once more, even though it hurts, even though it’s wrong, even though I shouldn’t.
A ping from my phone breaks my attention from the couple that’s currently walking out of the door, probably in order to get some times alone for only them.
“soobin finally after all this time,! i finally” the text ends there, I take it as a sign that my friend is now probably hooking up with some girl now, I stand up as I leave.
Ignoring the thirsty stares I get from all over across the rooms.
I don’t want anyone else.
I only want her.
I don’t want anyone else but her.
———————————
II.
I drive my car through the unfamiliar neighborhood with the growing desire of wanting to just throw myself onto my bed and get some rest for tomorrow’s event.
I, then, catch a glimpse of a recognizable silhouette from the distance, a person, a girl to be exact, faltering on her steps to God-knows-where. I drive closer, carefully. I roll down my window to see her face more clearly although I already know it’s exactly the person I’m expecting it to be.
I jump out of my car, immediately throwing my arms around her when I see her almost falling onto the cold-hard ground. She steadies herself by holding onto my shoulders, breathing heavily, “I’m sorry.”
Why is she saying sorry in times like this? It could’ve been anyone but me, or even more worse, someone to kidnap her-
But then she tumbles and starts to sob into my chest.
“You- ah..” I tried to say something, but the words stuck in my throat. I let out a breath, thinking it’s better to just drive her home.
I carry her in my arms, carefully tucking her in the passenger seat of my car. I fasten her seatbelt before I do mine. I only realize that my arms have been shaking when I, myself, sit on the driver seat and take hold of the steering wheel.
I look to my side and see her peacefully fall into slumber, while I’m here, next to her, breaking cold sweat all over my body in realization of how real it is, how real she is. I can’t help but bring my hand to push her hair back from covering her features.
What the hell am I doing?
I’m horrible. Why am I only thinking about myself, when she’s here, probably suffering and I don’t even know what’s the cause. I’m so selfish. But I can’t stop. Would I be able to stop this from happening? If only I didn’t leave her alone, that day, would we be living happily?
I wish I weren’t the reason for the tears she wept.
I wish she knew that I share the exact same emotion.
One more turn left.
Tears blur my vision but I keep driving closer to her place.
I switch off my car and now I’m left with the sound of her soft breathing with my own frantic one.
“She’s drunk,” I say to myself.
I turn on the lights in my car before I reach out and pat her cheek to wake her up, resulting in her grumbling though eventually waking up. She opens up her eyes only to immediately shutting them close again due to the blinding lights above us.
I throw my head back to the small cushion attached to my car seat, in frustration. Frustrated with myself, not knowing what to do, wallowing in pointless grief.
I get out of my car and go to her side of the door. I try to wake her up with the same way I did before. Now that the lights are turned off, she’s able to see the person who’s tapping on her cheek all this time.
Still tipsy and intoxicated, she squints her eyes at me. Then she gasps, “Yeonjun!”
I stop in my tracks. Never did I ever think I would miss the way she says my name, the honey sweet like of her voice embedded itself forever in my memory and I’ll never getting rid of it.
She grip my forearm with her cold palm, whimpering, “It’s cold, Yeonjun.”
”I...” was the only thing I could say.
“It’s cold-“
I cut her off by carrying her out of the seat and closing the door quickly, instantly striding away without looking back again.
I finally enter the elevator. I didn’t realize it’s already midnight, we’re the only ones here, I tried to look away from the squirming girl in my arm, but in my peripheral, she just looks so-
The elevator doors open, I finally dare myself to take a glance at her, I gulp down the lumps that has been forming in my throat.
My feet unceremoniously brings me to the place I had to finally part away.
I press on the numbers that has been all too familiar for me. I suck in a breath when the door of her apartment opens.
My cramping arms decide that it’s finally the time to put her down, I walk to her bedroom without hesitation.
Before I could lay her down on her bed, my eyes water the second time as I question myself, “Will this be the last time I can hold her close like this?”
I put her down.
I look away.
I walk away.
But then she stops me with her voice, croaking out, “Don’t leave me.. again..”
I whirl my head around only to see her still closing her eyes, but squirming in the sheets. I guess I don’t have the heart to leave her alone.. again..
III.
My back and neck hurts from sleeping on the chair. I hear a shuffling and something moving so I open my eyes to meet her tired ones.
“What are you doing here?”
She frowns at me and I stand up.
“I’m gonna make you a soup.”
“Where are you going?! I’m not done talking to you!”
I avoid her eyes and ignore the desperation in her voice, I walk out of the bedroom and into the kitchen.
“Yeonjun-“
I turn around, alarmed, I run to her and hold her to steady herself.
She wriggles her way out of my arms and pushes me away.
“Don’t. Don’t.. touch me.”
“You should be in bed now-“
“Don’t tell me what to do,” I can hear the bitterness in the tone of her voice. And it’s not the only thing I could hear. There’s also a part of me cracking as I take in the hurt on her face.
“Alright, do what you want to do,” I sigh and walk back to the kitchen.
I hear footsteps following me behind but I don’t look back.
I don’t want to look at her face, the hurt, it’s all because of me.
I look for the ingredients to make the soup but she has nothing in her refrigerator.
So I look through cabinet and find a package of instant noodles, I guess I have no choice, healthy or not, she needs to fill her empty stomach first.
“Yeonjun.”
I refuse to look back.
“Yeonjun,” now her voice is more stern than before.
“For goodness’s sake, Yeonjun, look at me!”
She turns me around to look at her.
Her eyes, filled with tears, just like that day when I left her-
“Why are you here?”
“You passed out last night, I want to take care of you-“
“No. Why are you.. Why do you even want to take care of me..”
She looks to the side and I finally notice the small red scar on the side of her neck.
“Yeonjun.. why?”
I leave her unanswered as I touch the scar, frowning at the thought of some other guy..
She feels my hand and she pushes it away as she stares at me in realization and look away.
“Is that what.. I think it is..?”
She refuses to look into my eyes.
Instead of trying to pry into it, I just sigh and blame myself for it to happen.
It wouldn’t be there if I didn’t leave her. All of this wouldn’t be happening if I didn’t leave her.
I wish I could go back in time.
I wish I said the three-words sentence back when she said it first.
I wish she knew that I feel the same.
She doesn’t answer. Instead she asks again.
“Why-“
“Because I care about you.”
Her misty eyes opened wide, obviously not expecting that at all.
“W-Why-“
“Because I love you,” I stare deep into her eyes, “because I’m in love with you.. too..”
Tears start to cascade down her cheeks but I wipe them away.
“Why, Yeonjun? You obviously didn’t, back there! Back there when I said.. that.. too.”
I tried to pull her into my frame but she pushes me away.
“I don’t believe you! I-I..” she starts to sob. “How can I believe you?!”
“Trust me,” I whisper her name like a sacred chant.
“I didn’t know that I felt the same way as you do, I didn’t know what to say or what to do. I left.. I left because I was confused and thought nothing would really matter, and I know! I know.. it was stupid, I was stupid, I’m an idiot,  I blame myself for this. I blame myself for all of this to happen.”
She runs into my chest, sobbing profusely. I feel her tears start to wet my shirt.
“I missed you... I thought letting it go was going to make my life better, but I couldn’t let it go. I can’t let you go, because I finally realize that I love you.”
“Do you hate me?”
She looks up when I said that.
“Do you hate me like I hate myself right now?”
“I really hate myself, for being the reason of your tears. Being the reason that you’re hurt, being the reason..”
“I don’t hate you, how could I even hate you-“
“But I hate it.. I hate when I see you walking out of that damned door, with that other guy that.. I don’t even know, I don’t want to lose you to other man, I don’t want to lose you to anything, I don’t want to lose you...”
“I could never hate you, Yeonjun, I..” “Don’t leave me ever again.”
“I would never leave you again.”
“You have no idea how much I suffer, I thought about you days and nights, I lost sleep over you, and now, having you in my arms like this, I feel like I’m dreaming...I don’t know what to say,”
“Would you welcome me again in your life?”
“I still love you,”
“But I need time..”
“Take as much time as you need, I will be waiting for you,”
“even after my youth is gone, even after my hair starts to go grey, even if there’s..  a possibility that you will stop loving me...”
“I would still wait for you through days and nights, changing of the seasons, for years to come.”
“I would still be waiting at our water fountain.”
She opens her mouth to say something, but she can only shut her eyes at my words. I walk closer and pulls her into my frame.
“I promise.”
I sealed the promise with a kiss on her forehead.
IV
I bring her back to her bedroom and let her fall into a deep slumber that she probably need.
I bring the bowl of noodles a glass of water for her to consume when she wakes up and when I’m gone.
I grab the doorknob.
There’s no guarantee that she will come back running into my arms.
So I thought I might as well look at her for one last time, in the dimmed fluorescent light of her room.
V
It’s been months on end, and there’s no sign of a person walking to this place.
My hopes start to disintegrate, but I can’t bring myself to leave the place.
The promise I have to keep. I can’t abandon it.
The water is freezing from the cold air of the winter. It looks nothing like the one when it was still flowing, when we were still together—
"I’m back.”

"Wait, what?!"
Yeonjun was stunned, he was not expecting that would be the first thing he hear when entering the room.
"Shh, Yeonjun, don't be so loud!" Mr. Lee said as he gestured for Yeonjun to come over.
"You can go now, Y/N," he looked over at the girl.
She bowed to Mr. Lee, before walking towards the door, which she had to walk past Yeonjun first.
As she got closer to him, her facial expression was showing that she was probably worried. They shared a brief glance before she walked out of the door and left.
Yeonjun walked over to Mr. Lee, frowning with confusion, "What is this about?"
"Yeonjun," Mr. Lee sighed. "I don't wanna beat around the bush, so I'm going to just let you know."
"Your grades has been slipping ever since you've been busy with that basketball thing," Mr. Lee started to explain as he rummaged through the files on his desk, trying to find something he wanted to show to Yeonjun.
When he finally found a particular file, he quickly showed it to Yeonjun for him to see.
Yeonjun reached out to it and examined it for a few seconds before his eyes went wide and looked over to Mr. Lee in a slight panic.
"That's why I want Y/N to be your tutor, I've been observing her for awhile..." Yeonjun wanted to escape right there and then but had no choice and listen to Mr. Lee's almost-make-no-sense speech, "...she will be your perfect tutor, Yeonjun, please cooperate with her."
"But why her?" Yeonjun asked, still didn't get why she was appointed as his tutor or something.
"I told you already! She will be your perfect tutor! How many times do I have to repeat that?!"
"But--"
"No buts! She had already agree to it when I said I will also destroy her perfect grades if your grades doesn't improve enough!"
"What?! You can't be seriou--"
"Shh! Now get out and study!" Mr. Lee shooed Yeonjun.
Yeonjun tried to argue more, but Mr. Lee continued to sulk and refused talking to him. Yeonjun sighed exasperatedly before walking away.
Yeonjun could easily come to the girl and said that she doesn't need to teach him or whatever and let her just ignore Mr. Lee's strange request.
But it would put her grades at risk.
Maybe he should just cooperate.
But no.
He doesn't want to.
God dammit.
Mr. Lee has always been a strange teacher, a very strange at that one. Once he wanted something, he would do whatever it takes to get it. Oh lord!
(▰˘◡˘▰)
"What?!"
"Kai! You're so loud, keep it down!" Yeonjun hissed.
"I knew you guys were a match made in heaven! This is fate, Yeonjun, and this is your chance!" Kai exaggerated, making Yeonjun cringed.
"It's not like that, you know--"
Yeonjun then was cut off when a girl stopped in front of them--
Oh it's...
"Y/N!!" Kai suddenly shrieked. He was grinning like a mad man before he looked over to Yeonjun and smirked.
Kai walked closer to the girl and put his arm around her shoulder, making her startled. "I will leave you two here alone, alright, have fun studying!"
Kai ran away.
"Kai!" Yeonjun tried to stop him, but he was too tired to run after him and looked over to the girl instead.
It was silent for a moment and the awkwardness was thick around them.
She suddenly remembered their encounter the day before...
Yeonjun and the girl both apologized before awkwardly stared at each other for a few seconds. She noticed that he was sweaty that it was visible, his shirt was almost see-through. She almost blushed but she managed to look away before he could notice.
"Damn, Why am I remembering that out of all things?!" she thought inside her head.
She mentally slapped herself before she decided to talk first.
"Hey--"
"What's up--"
They both talked at the same time.
Yeonjun fought off the smile that was threatening to show up on his lips. He didn't even know why he wanted to smile at the first place, but probably because of the startled expression on her face.
"You first," Yeonjun said.
"Oh! O-okay, yeah, uhh," she trailed off as she rummaged through her bag.
She pulled out a stack of notebooks that were marked with so many of those little sticky notes sticking out of the books.
"I know that you probably don't want me to teach or tutor you, but I still want to help and you know, my grades probably will fall if y-yours too, you know, so I figured that if you don't want us to, like, study together, here's my notes, please take it and study them--"
"Woah, woah, woah, slow down!" he couldn't help but chuckled from amusement, when she looked at him grinning instead of frowning, she visibly relaxed and smiled.
He realized he had blown his cover of acting cooly, he knew it was too late, but she was just so damn cute. He probably wouldn't mind to study with her, but still, it was all too sudden, he needed to think about it first.
He faked a cough and furrowed his eyebrow, trying to regain the his cool self from before. He took her notes from her grip, they were heavier than he thought they would be. "Thanks, I guess."
He put them in his bag and they stood facing each other, awkwardly, again.
"Do you want my number?" she asked but then panicked when she realized it sounded weird. "I mean, you can contact me if you have problems with your studies, you know!"
"Sure," he answered curtly as he took out his phone and let her put her number in his contacts.
"See you around!" she smiled before walking the opposite direction.
Yeonjun automatically turned around to her and grabbed her wrist, stopping her from walking any further.
He wanted to slap himself for doing such thing, but he agreed with himself when he thought that her wrist perfectly fit in his hand, and it was so soft and--
The hell, Yeonjun, wake up!
"D-do you want to, uhh, like, walk home together?" he asked.
He just wanted to disappear when she didn't answer and looked like she didn't know how to respond.
Her wrist was still in his grasp and he didn't want to let the oppoturnity of holding her hand go. He didn't want to let her hand go.
"Sorry, I'm heading to where Soobin is right now, I always walk home with him," she then answered with a smile.
"Oh, okay," he let go of her wrist and felt a pang of disappointment.
"See you around, Y/N.." he said, voice lowering into a whisper.
He felt her name rolled off his tongue so smoothly that he couldn't help but say her name again.
And damn, did it feel nice.
[s o o b i n]
After talking to Yeonjun earlier, she went straight to where Soobin told her he was going to be at.
However, when she finally got to the place, she didn't see him around. She asked a few people around if they saw Soobin anywhere.
After doing some searching she finally found Soobin sitting down on one of school's benches, he looked like he was pretty occupied.
She grinned and came running towards him.
"Soobin!"
His face turned from distressed to shocked into a shocked one before he smiles, at her sight and voice, in a matter of seconds.
She sat down on near him, carefully not messing up the pile of papers that he put on the benches, unexamined.
He continued looking through them and eventually ignoring her, completely lost the track of time and forgetting he was supposed to walk home with her like he usually does.
"Soobin..."
"Hmm?"
"Not to bother you.. but.. when are we going home?" she carefully asked, worried that she might interrupt him.
Then he looked at his wrist-watch, frowning. He gathered up the messy pile of papers and put them together and made sure none of them were missing.
"Damn, I lost the track of time! Sorry," he fumbled through his words.
"Damn, Soobin, chill," she chuckled, watching as he putting the papers into his bag.
"Let's go," he said, almost too quickly, making her startled and grinned.
They stopped by the playground they visited the day before and sat on the both of the swings, next to each other, enjoying the evening breeze with ease.
"You've been busy lately, huh?" she asked without looking at him.
"H-huh? Yeah, I mean, you too, right?" he responded after he hesitated for a second. He looked over to her and wondered what was going on inside her mind when her face looked so peaceful and her stare radiated warmness he wanted himself to bask into.
They locked eyes when she looked over to him. He quickly turned his head around so she wouldn't see his flustered face.
They both continued to sit in a comfortable silence before his phone started ringing.
"Hello?"
The person on the other side of the phone started talking and Soobin sighed as he put his phone back into his pocket.
"I'm sorry, I gotta go back to school, Y/N."
"O-oh..." she responded, not sure what to say beside nodding. But he seemed hesitant to leave. "What are you doing? Go ahead, you busy bee!"
He was relieved after he thought she would be sad but then she gave him that killer smile that had been always successful in melting his poor heart.
"Soobin!" she shouted, before he walked away. "What about a movie night?"
Again, with that adorable smile on her face, she was asking him, how could he say no to her?
He nodded before running away and yelling a "Yup!"
She shook her head and chuckled fondly, "That busy bee! I swear he will make it up to me!"
{ y e o n j u n }
"You don't need to be so hard on Yeonjun, you know, I'm sure he's doing his best--"
"Now this is why his grades are getting worse day by day, it's because you're too soft around him!" Yeonjun's dad protested.
"I know--"
"No you don't--"
After a few seconds of arguing with each other, Yeonjun became completely fed up with their fight. He turned around and walked away to the front door.
Just as he was reaching for the door knob, his dad's voice stopped him in his tracks.
"Where are you going?" his dad asked sternly.
"I'm going out to clear my mind," he answered curtly.
"What--"
His dad didn't get the chance to say what he wanted to say after Yeonjun slammed the door in his face.
Yeonjun looked back to see if his dad or mom would follow after him, but they didn't. He sighed as he refused to bawl out his mixed emotion; sadness, disappointment, rage.
He walked in the chilly night with his white t-shirt and a pair of sweatpants on. They didn't help him one bit from the cold air.
"Seriously?! They're fighting again?! And now it's because of my grades? How ridiculous!"
He found himself standing outside a convenience store near his house. He reached to his pockets to see if he had some money in there. Although it's stupid but maybe he could find some out of luck.
He grinned in victory when he found a few wons in them. He entered the store without knowing what to buy.
He remembered he didn't even eat yet since this morning, that's crazy, but yeah. He walked to the food section and found what he was looking for; instant ramen.
The smell was so goddamn irresistible and he needed to wait for, like, three minutes for it to soften up. He couldn't wait for it to finally--
"Yeonjun!" someone called him.
"Oh, Y/N," he replied when he looked at the person who had called his name. "What are you doing here? I didn't know you lived around here."
"I don't know, just taking a stroll, I guess?" she smiled before walking towards the food section, "be right back!"
She later came back with a cup of instant ramen just like his', when he was already eating his own's.
She sat down next to him without saying any word and waited for her cup ramen to soften up.
Later they both ate together but she was done eating first. He blinked in confusion when she slurped the one last noodle. He was almost done, but not yet.
She waited for him as he awkwardly continued to eat.
"So..." he tried to muster up a conversation, "Aren't you going home?"
"Nah, I want to stay a bit longer," she answered, "You?"
"Me neither."
They both sat in silence, both not knowing what was inside each other's mind that had been bugging the both of them.
"Do you... want to talk?" he asked.
"About what?"
"I don't know, things?"
"What things?"
"I don't know, you tell me," he was frustrated, it was visible and his annoyed face was the evident of it.
"Sorry, sorry!" she bursted out in laughters.
Then she started to tell him how Soobin ditched her on their movie night, although she didn't mind, but she was bored out of her mind and couldn't help but feel lonely.
And then he responded to her with his own story and the event that had happened earlier in his house. It's a personal problem, he shouldn't even be talking about it. But he couldn't stop talking because he felt so much better after letting his vent out.
"I'm sorry that that happened," she sighed.
He shrugged it off like nothing.
"I should not be talking about this," Yeonjun sighed, immediately regretting his decision to talk about his parents.
"It's okay, Yeonjun," she smiled. "Maybe it's our way to get know about each other better? I know it's a terrible excuse, but I can see you look more relieved than before."
He wanted to say something, but the words stuck on his tongue. He couldn't say it out loud.
She stood up but Yeonjun grabbed her wrist, stopping her from leaving.
"Do you wanna walk home together?"
And this time, she didn't refuse.
"Sure!"
{ y e o n j u n }
Yeonjun was stressed by this particular math homework, but Kai refused to help him.
"Why don't you just call your tutor, or should I say, your crush?"
Yeonjun threw a pencil at Kai when Kai started laughing like a maniac, "so it's true that you're crushing on her!"
"My prediction turns out was right from the beginning, that you'd fall for her--"
"Shut up, Kai," Yeonjun groaned as he threw another pencil at him.
Kai jumped onto his bed as he watched Yeonjun who was panicking, in amusement, "Seriously tho? Why don't you just call her?"
"She must be studying right now, okay? I can't just be an obstacle--"
"Oho, you already know that much? I guess you probably don't need me as your wingman," Kai half-huffed but half-laughing at the same time.
Yeonjun looked back at the notes that she had given him from the first day she became his 'tutor'.
"I can't let her down!" Yeonjun thought in his mind.
"That dude, I never knew he could be this ambitious when he's in love," Kai muttered but it was loud enough for Yeonjun to kinda hear it.
"What did you say?!"
Kai was startled and looked at Yeonjun as if he was a stranger.
"And he is crazy now..."
(▰˘◡˘▰)
She was solving a bunch of math problems in her seat, waiting for Soobin to come and study with her, in the middle of noisy class.
Not until the class had become significantly silent, although not completely, she didn't notice it anyway.
A stack of notebooks were suddenly on her desk, she looked up to who the person was, "Yeonjun."
The class soon filled with mumbles of the girls in the class.
"I want to return these," he muttered, looking away from her to outside the window.
"Oh, thanks!"
She was craning her neck up to stare at him as he finally looked at her back before looking away, blushing. But she was oblivious though.
"C-can you help me with these?"
"What?"
"You heard me," he finally looked at her once more with slightly furrowed eyebrows and a hint of desperation of wanting to be out of there quickly. "Meet me in the cafeteria, later."
"Yeonjun-" but then he left.
"But.. he didn't say when," she mumbled.
She went back to studying, not realizing that Yeonjun was sneaking glances at her when he walked back and forth outside her class in the hallway, like an idiot.
An idiot that was in love.
{ y j & s b }
"Y/N, I can't walk you home again today, I'm sorry, is it okay?"
"Soobin, I'm not a baby! You don't need to walk me home every single day!"
"But--"
"Shhh! Now go back and continue whatever you were doing, you busy bee," she laughed.
He let it slide before waving his hand and turned around to let her go to home alone.
She was startled when suddenly she saw Yeonjun just a few inches away from her body, "you startled me!"
Yeonjun blinked a few times before realizing why she was so startled. He laughed lightly at her expression.
"Where's Kai?"
"Why are you asking about him?"
"I don't know? He's always with you," she shrugged.
They stood there for a moment, not even looking at each other.
"So aren't you going home?" he asked.
"Yeah? Of course I am?" she replied, sounding a little confused.
"I was waiting for a certain someone..." Yeonjun spoke, trailing off at the end of his words.
"Oh, good luck!"
"Good luck what?"
Now it was his turn to be confused.
"I don't know? Waiting?"
Yeonjun half-scoffed, half-chuckling.
"I was waiting for you, dummy!"
"Dummy? Don't call me that-- wait what? You were waiting for me?"
"Y-yeah, now let's go," without giving her any time to respond, he reached out to her palm now instead of her wrist. Keeping her and his hands intertwined while dragging her as they walk.
Yeonjun's steps finally slowed down a little bit when they got to the front gate. There were only a few people left at the school, so he didn't bother to let her hand go.
Yeonjun looked everywhere but at her. If Kai saw this, he would probably tease Yeonjun to death.
As they continued walking, Yeonjun began to feel queasy, he felt like he shouldnt've done this. They've only known each other's name for two days.
"Yeonjun! Wait up!" someone called from the distance.
Yeonjun quickly let go of her hand and put his owns in his pocket. Heat made its way up to his face, flushing him red with embarrassment.
But then he realized it was her voice...
Then...
Whose hand he was holding?
He looked over to his side as he slowly loosen his grip. He jumped back when he saw a familiar girl, he didn't know her name, blushing under his gaze.
"Yeonjun! You walk so damn fast!"
"Y-Y/N! I-I thought--"
"It must be tough to be his girlfriend, huh?" she asked the other girl who was standing next to Yeonjun.
"No, no! She's not my--"
"Alright! I'll just leave you two together, I don't want to interrupt a lovely couple," she smirked as she walked. She leaned closer to the girl and whispered, "although I kinda ruined the moment just a few seconds earlier, sorry!"
With that, she ran away, not after she flashed her wide smile to Yeonjun, making him flabbergasted by the way she moved. It felt like a slow-motion--
He almost forgot the poor girl standing by his side this whole time, witnessing the horror of the situation—although it turned out that it was not the case.
"Y-Yeonjun," the girl called, her voice low, lower than a whisper, he almost didn't hear it at all.
"Sorry! I wasn't looking earlier, and I--"
"I like you, Yeonjun, please be my boyfriend!" she came closer, tip toe-ing, craning her neck so that their faces would come closer.
She was closing her eyes as if she wanted to kiss him. Well, that 'as if' turned out to be true when she puckered up her lips into a pout.
"She's crazy," he let out a croaked voice filled with misery.
He ran away from there, not even sparing a second glance.
He finally caught up to her after running as fast as he could.
"Oh, Yeonjun! Where is.." she trailed off, "..your girlfriend?"
"She is not my girlfriend!"
He denied, almost too desperately. She was startled at the tone of his voice.
"Then why were you holding hands?"
He didn't expect that, he had to think for an answer when his mind filled with nothing but the craving of holding her hand.
"I wanted to hold hands with y--"
"Y/N!" someone called, cutting Yeonjun off.
They turned around and see Soobin was walking towards them.
"Soobin!" she grinned.
Yeonjun felt a pang of jealousy in his chest started to mess up with his mind. He wanted to say something but he couldn't and didn't even know what to say.
"Yeonjun," Soobin greeted. Yeonjun smiled awkwardly, slightly feeling out of place. "I heard that Y/N is now your tutor, right?"
"Soobin, how did you know?!" she gasped, it looked like her eyes were sparkling at the sight of Soobin, but Yeonjun was probably only imagining it. Probably.
"Everyone's already know! Why didn't you tell me first?"
"Eh? That's not..."
They continued their squabbling while Yeonjun was standing near them, witnessing this unusual phenomenon he had never seen before, not really.
At one point, she playfully slapped Soobin's shoulder. Yeonjun stared at them in silence, hoping for them to eventually stop soon.
"Alright, alright, let's just go home, alright?" she mumbled, loud enough for them to hear, sulking.
"Yeah--"
"Great idea--"
Yeonjun and Soobin both grabbed her hands at the same time. Now they were all occupied, she couldn't help but feel like she was going to be kidnapped. She tried to get out of their grips, but they were busy having a stare-down contest thing.
"H-hello? Guys, can you let go both of my hands?"
But her statement was go unheard by the two of them.
They continued glaring at each other, and God knew what they were thinking at that time.

Shoes were screeching against the floor, thudding sounds of the basketball hitting the ground resonated through the indoor gym. Yeonjun's chest filled with pride every time he managed to shoot the ball into the ring. He focused on practicing while his friend, Huening Kai, waited for him and sat by the benches. "WOO!" Kai shouted after Yeonjun scored far away from the ring. Eventually, Yeonjun stopped for a second to look at his wrist watch. He still had plenty of times to practice but he shot the ball into the ring one last time and let it bounced away. He went to the benches where he put his belongings. He reached for his towel to wipe the sweat off of his face, leaving other parts of his body wet with sweat. He checked his phone and there was a reminder and it said science. "That was dope!" Hueningkai gave Yeonjun thumbs up while grinning. Yeonjun gave him a dirty look of disapproval before gulping down a bottle of water. Kai huffed and slapped Yeonjun's shoulders with a little bit more force, but Yeonjun ignored the action. Yeonjun started to feel anxious as he continued staring at his phone. Lately he hadn't been able to focus on his studying. Whether studying at school or at home. He knew it was bad, and his grades was at risk, but he kept shrugging it off, thinking that nothing bad would happen anyway. He used the reminder feature on his phone to remind him to study. But ever since that time he lost once at a basketball match, he's been practicing so vigorously, neglecting his slowly falling grades. Yeonjun sat down and reached for his regular pair of shoes to change from the basketball shoes he was wearing. He didn't realize he was frowning while he was tying the shoelaces. "What's wrong? Are you done practicing already?" Kai asked, worried, when he saw his friend's facial expression. Yeonjun shook his head and stood up. He felt his shirt sticking to his skin from sweat and he crinkled his nose at that. Then he strolled off to change, wanting to go home earlier than he usually do, "I'm going to change." Hueningkai clicked his tongue at Yeonjun's attitude, but he let slip and thought that maybe his friend was just exhausted or something. When they walked out of the gym, they started to talk about random things, mostly this that made Yeonjun even more uneasy. "I got ninety six on my history test today, what about you?" Kai asked. Yeonjun looked at him uncertainly before mumbling, "sixty seven." Hueningkai stopped walking and stared at Yeonjun in horror, lost for words. Yeonjun continued to walk and grunted, "what?" Hueningkai caught up to him and exclaimed, "The hell? I was expecting you to say 'ninety eight' or something, but 'sixty seven'? Holy shit--!" Yeonjun shushed him, embarrassed. But then he suddenly bumped into someone when they were about to take a turn, it was a girl, he's seen before but he didn't know her name. Yeonjun and the girl both apologized before awkwardly stared at each other for a few seconds. She noticed that he was sweaty that it was visible, his shirt was almost see-through. She almost blushed but she managed to look away before he could notice. Kai noticed it, so he nudged Yeonjun's shoulder and smirked. Yeonjun and the girl didn't miss the smirk on Kai's face and she frowned a little. Yeonjun slapped Kai's shoulder making him flinched and turned away, mumbling something that sounded like 'Yeonjun is being so weird today'. "Uh.. See you later?" Yeonjun spoke uncertainly. "Umm, sure," she replied, before walking off to the opposite direction they were heading to. Yeonjun looked back and see her entering the teacher's office. She looked so calm and unbothered but disheveled at the same time that he couldn't help but stare. He didn't even realize he was staring until Hueningkai decided to tease him, "Ahem." "Is this some kind of love at first sight, I'm witnessing?" Yeonjun glared at Hueningkai and walked ahead, leaving him laughing by himself in the middle of the hall. Yeonjun stopped when he was suddenly face-to-face with the school president, Soobin. "Hey! What's up?" Soobin greeted as Hueningkai started to catch up. "Nothing, what's up?" Yeonjun replied. "I'm looking for my friend, Y/N," Soobin spoke, scratching the back of his head, not knowing how to say the question that he wanted to ask. "Did you... uhh.. happen to see her anywhere?" "She went to the teacher's office," Hueningkai replied when he noticed that Yeonjun didn't know how to answer Soobin's question, as he pointed his thumb to the office behind them. "Thanks!" Soobin thanked before rushing into the room. Yeonjun looked over to Hueningkai suddenly became curious, so he asked, "You know her name?" "Yeah, unlike you, I actually care about all of my friends, uhh, kinda?" Kai replied, and before Yeonjun could protest, he asked, "What could they be doing here at this time of the day? In the teacher's office?" Yeonjun frowned for the hundredth time that day and walked away, "Yeonjun, are you jealous or something?" "You've been acting weird today," Hueningkai huffed, "you're always weird, but today you're.. uhh.. weirder." "It's... nothing," Yeonjun sighed after hesitating for a little bit. Hueningkai stared at Yeonjun in disbelief, but he let it slide, not wanting to drag his friend's attitude for any longer.
{ s o o b i n }
"Y/N! You got ninety-eight on the history test?!" Soobin faked a gasp, as if he didn't believe his own ear when in reality he did kind of expecting it, but then he smirked, turning the smug smile on her face into a wry one. "I got ninety-nine!"
"What?!" she yelled, "Dang it!"
She narrowed her eyes at him, "You faked being so surprised, so you'd make me feel better, didn't you?"
He smiled sheepishly but then chuckled at her silly expression and ruffled her hair into a mess, cooing weird noises while doing it.
She groaned, slapping his hand away and huffed, crossing her arms, and muttered, half-pouting, "congrats."
Soobin smiled fondly at her, although she wasn't looking but he hummed in acknowledgement.
The sun was starting to set, the sky was getting darker and darker as they walked their way to their homes.
"Someone asked me about you again today," she spoke, narrowing her eyes at him, and smirking like a mad woman, "you have a lot of fans, Soobin."
"I look like a potato," he replied in denial.
"A cute potato!" she cheered, causing him to blush until his cheeks were flushing red and warm. But he looked away so quickly, she couldn't see a bead of sweat that was forming on his forehead. She was grinning with her eyes focused on the path.
"So, Y/N..." Soobin uttered, breaking the silence after her laughter had died down, "what did Mr. Lee want to talk about?"
"It's none of your business," she replied, looking up at him and laughed when he looked so offended. "Just kidding."
"Then what is it?" he huffed and pouted like a child.
"Do you really wanna know?" she asked, raising an eyebrow at him. He nodded and she smiled mischievously.
"I'm not telling!" she stuck her tongue out at Soobin before running away from him.
"Hey!" Soobin was caught off guard and ran to chase her but he still smiled anyway.
After some running and chasing around, they both finally stopped, out of breath. She walked to one of swing at the kids' playground and sat on it. He leaned onto a pole while staring at some kids who were still out playing around, and thought, "where are their parents?"
"Soobin," she said all of a sudden, looking everywhere but at him. "There is something I-I've been wanting to tell you."
Eyes widening, he looked over to her in a flash, heart beating rapidly, legs shaking a little, he faked a cough and told her to go on, "Y-yeah?"
"Will my unrequited love come to an end?" he thought in his head as he tapped his foot impatiently, silently, waiting for her to speak the next words.
As she was about to open her mouth--
"Yo! School prez! Y/N!" cut Beomgyu, walking towards them, waving his hand at them.
Soobin swore that she looked relieved for a second that she was cut off by Beomgyu. He glared at Beomgyu who didn't seem to notice the piercing eyes of annoyance from him.
"What are you two doing here?" Beomgyu asked as he took the swing next to the one she was sitting on.
"Haha, we're just hanging out," she replied, grinning, although she almost looked like she was grimacing.
"Hey, Beomgyu," Soobin called, looking over to Beomgyu who was smiling so brightly that it could probably worth life-time of electricity, anyways, Soobin was exaggerating, It was not that wide of a smile, but Beomgyu's teeth were still showing. "Can you stop calling me 'school prez' please?"
"Why? You can call me vice-prez," Beomgyu shifted his attention over to Soobin in confusion, and continued, "or maybe vice-school-prez!"
"Huh? Nevermind," Soobin huffed, still annoyed, but seeing his irritated expression made her chuckle in amusement.
The atmosphere turned into an awkward one when no one spoke a word. But then a beep sound was heard by the three of them, it came from Beomgyu's wrist-watch.
Beomgyu stood up from the swing and bid a good bye before he started to walk away, "Bye, Guys!"
Now Soobin and her were all alone again. Soobin gulped and glanced at her staring onto the ground. He inhaled a deep breath and gathered up a courage to say the question he was dying ask, "So about the--"
"Anyway, uhh, bye, Soobin!" she cut him off and ran away, yelling, "see you later!"
"W-wait what? H-hey!" Soobin yelled, but it was too late, she was already too far away.
He was thinking that maybe he could chase her but he thought it was enough running for today. He could barely even stand with his shaking legs and rapid beating heart, let alone running.
So he walked home alone, imagining the scenario when she finally reciprocate his feelings and confess to him.
But then, he started to feel unconfident.
What if she wanted to talk about entirely different thing?
His heart dropped to his stomach as he continued walking home by himself, face-palming at himself for getting his hopes up too high.
{ y e o n j u n }
"I'm home!" Yeonjun exclaimed as he took off his shoes and placed them on the shoe rack, next to the front door. "Mom?"
"Are your parents still on the work trip?" Kai asked, as he put his own shoes on the rack too. He had visited Yeonjun's house too many times already that he felt like walking into his own house.
Yeonjun walked to the kitchen and found a sticky note on the fridge. He sighed when he saw the note, immediately tossing it to the trash can, not even bothered to read the messy note his mom had scribbled a few days ago, and he mumbled, "I think so."
He didn't even open the fridge despite his obvious growling stomach, but he couldn't care less.
They both went to Yeonjun's room and plopped themselves onto the couch.
"Hey, Yeonjun," Kai whispered, "we've known each other for so long."
"So?" Yeonjun grunted, uninterested.
"Don't you have a crush?"
Hueningkai shot up from the couch and looked down at Yeonjun who was closing his eyes and laying on his back, his arms crossed behind his head, "I always talk about my crushes but you've never even told me a single secret! I feel like you're betraying me!
Yeonjun opened his eyes and raised an eyebrow at Kai. Kai then reached for his phone and Yeonjun could see he was scrolling and tapping on his phone, maybe searching for something. When his hand stopped moving, he smirked.
"I was thinking that maybe..." Kai slowly moved closer to Yeonjun with a shit-eating grin on his face, before he shoved his phone right into Yeonjun's face and showed him a picture of the girl from earlier from Kai's phone. "That maybe you're secretly have a crush on Y/N!"
"What?" Yeonjun scoffed, "I don't even know her name!"
"Now you know her name!" Kai retorted but then smirked again. Then he started to speak in such a dramatic way that Yeonjun even cringed. "It's too late now to hide it, bro, I've seen the way you look at her, I bet by the end of the week, if not already, you'll be head over heels for that girl."
Yeonjun groaned and took a small pillow from the couch and threw it on Hueningkai, and now it was his turn to smirk, "piss off, Ning-Ning."
"The hell?! D-don't call me that!" Kai protested, obviously pissed, although he was flushing red from embarrassment at the same time.
He grabbed another pillow and hurled it to Yeonjun with a little more force than he intended to. He grinned sheepishly before they both hitting each other with pillows.
A beep noise from Yeonjun's phone halted the both of them from continuing the little war they were doing, "Uhh..."
"Let's stop, I'm tired," Yeonjun sighed before reaching for his phone and tossing himself onto his bed, earning a pout from Kai who was still wanting to play some more with Yeonjun, "Ugh! Yeonjun, you're no fun!"
"You're such a child, Kai," Yeonjun laughed lightly at Kai's usual childish trait.
Kai kept complaining but Yeonjun just ignored him and scrolled through his phone. He became curious about the girl so he looked up her name in Kai's instagram following, hoping to find something.
He found one, with no profile picture on it. He tapped on its profile but it has no posts or whatsoever.
"What am I doing?" he mumbled.
But then he froze, his breath hitched in his throat, he made a noise that caused Kai to stop whining and looked over to him, "What's wrong?"
{Mr. Lee -_-} 08:56 PM Good Evening! Yeonjun! I forgot to tell you something but we need to discuss something please meet me in my office tomorrow thanks, bye:)
"What in the world..."
{ s o o b i n }
Just as he was about to close the laptop in front of him, he suddenly heard a rapt of knocking on his window. He whirled his head around to the sound was coming from before widening his eyes when he saw the person who was knocking on it the whole time.
"Y/N?!" he hissed as he got up and rushed to the window and opened it fast so she could enter his room. "What are you doing?!"
She grinned sheepishly, shifting her view away from him.
"Soobin!" she countered, pointing her index finger at him, "Be my study buddy!"
Soobin was beyond bewildered. He stepped forward to clasp his hand on her mouth before she could speak any louder.
"What?" he spoke in a hushed voice, not wanting to wake his parents up.
"Your history test score is better than mine! You have to teach me!" she hissed, frowning at him.
He sighed as he scratched the back of his neck, not knowing how to deal with her.
"Please?" she spoke while looking at him with that infamous puppy eyes that always managed to get him melted. "I'll tell you a secret."
At first, he wanted to reject her request, but after she offered the 'secret', he looked at her and nodded, before reaching for her hand to shake, "Deal!"
He didn't even realize she was carrying her bag on her back the whole time. He was still standing next to the windowsill by the time she was already sitting on the couch.
He chuckled lightly at her eagerness.
"Alright," he let out a breathy voice, "before that, you have to tell me the 'secret'."
"Aye... You can know that later," she turned around, making him facing her back instead of looking at her face. She mumbled, "It's embarrassing."
He stared at her back as she took out her books from her bag along with a pencil and an eraser.
He used to have his heart beating so rapidly when he was around her that he didn't even realize it anymore.
"Hello? Soobin?" she called, waving her hand in front of his face. "Why are you staring at me like that?"
She gave him a dirty look before she leaned onto the couch and started flipping the pages of her book in her hands. "Don't you want to know the secret?"
He finally got out of his trance after she said that.
"What?" he moved closer. "Tell me."
"W-what?"
"Tell me the secret," he demanded, squinting his eyes at her.
She pushed her index finger on his forehead and pushed him until he fell back onto the unoccupied part of the couch.
"Alright, alright!" she huffed.
He shot up from the couch and scooted closer.
"Soobin, you're scaring me," she muttered. "I've never seen you so eager over some secret."
Soobin inhaled and exhaled a deep breath before he composed himself.
How could he not be curious after earlier she wanted to tell him something.
"So," she started to speak, although it was obvious that she was hesitant.
"So?" he encouraged for her to continue to speak.
"D-do you remember that time..." she trailed off, looking everywhere but at him.
"That time... when your toilet got clogged?"
Silence fell upon them.
"THERE! I FINALLY SAID IT!" she half-squealed.
"W-wait... WHAT?”
"Uhh... Yeah!" she was unsure what to say as she scratched the back of her head, waiting for him to continue.
"That was... you?" he dead-panned, giving her a piercing stare as she cowered under his gaze. But then he sighed, "It's no secret, I know it already."
"WHAT-"
Soobin clasped his hand on her mouth to prevent her from yelling any further. He shushed her so that she would realize that she would wake his parents up.
"Sorry," she whispered but then she hissed, "but how did you know?!"
"Well... I just know," he shrugged. She just stared at him in disbelief before hiding her face face by holding up the book in front of her again.
"A-alright, let's study," she mumbled, still flushing red from embarrassment.
"About that... Earlier, you wanted to say something, right?"
"Yeah, it was.. uh.. the secret," she looked away, covering her face with her book.
He face-palmed and walked over to his bed.
"Soobin!" she hissed, "come back here! You need to be my study buddy!"
"Who studies history together anyway, Y/N? You came to study just as an excuse you wanna come over, right?"
"Damn... You saw right through me, Binnie!"
"Don't call me Binnie!"
"Right, right!"
"Just don't go to my territory, okay?"
"Huh? Me? Why would I?"
"You had the audacity to come here--"
"Blah... Blah... Blah... I get it! Just go to sleep already!"
"How am I suppose to sleep if you're still here?" he grumbled. "Just go home already!"
"Soobin, you meanie! Your couch is so much more comfortable than my own bed!"
Soobin was ready to explode from the mixed emotion he had swirling in the pit of his stomach. He couldn't describe the feeling, he just wanted to scream.
He calmed down eventually and heard her little snores from the couch, few feet away from his bed.
He got up and walked closer to his couch. He stared at her as her eyes already closed, probably from fatigue. Who knows what she was doing earlier that day. She had been very busy these days.
He crouched down and moved a few strands of her hair away from hiding her beautiful features of her face.
He stayed still for a few seconds before moving closer to the point they were only a few inches away from each other's faces.
He wished he could do this all the time in a different kind of situation where she reciprocates his undying love for her.
He kissed her forehead and smiled fondly at her when he saw her face muscle twitched from the contact with his lips.
She may not feel the same, but he didn't care, because he didn't want other than this, being so close to her.
Being with her since the beginning, the only one who knows her embarrassing moments, secret achievements, and just.. Everything.
Even though only as a friend.
And you know what?
It feels so damn right.
{ y e o n j u n }
"That Mr. Lee..." Yeonjun muttered under his breath, walking past many people in hurry, in the corridor. "Do I really I have to meet him face-to-face? I almost forgot about that, dammit!"
"Yeonjun!" one of a group girls greeted, waving her hand at him. He gave her a tiny smile as he walked past by her. Little squeals could be heard in the hallway.
"Damn, I wish I were that popular," one of the boys in the hallway countered before the others mocked laughters.
Yeonjun rolled his eyes, walking past by them, didn't give a shit at all. Yeonjun finally got to the teacher's office room. He waited for his breath to calm down before knocking on the door twice and opening it.
"Speaking of the devil!" someone exclaimed when he entered. "Yeonjun! This is Y/N, she will be your tutor from now on!"
"What?"
