When I was 13, I had an aesthetic crush on this girl in my Girl's Body Toning class. She was SUPER pretty, but I didn't know anything about her. I wanted to get to know her, but she had her friends in class, and I didn't want to come off as weird or creepy, ESPECIALLY since I was an out lesbian.

I would just pass glances towards her, and she was my motivation in the class in a way, wanting to get stronger so I could feel like I would be worthy of talking to her and trying to be her friend.

I didn't succeed in talking to her, as I was too much of a coward. Is this a common Sapphic/lesbian experience?

I finally got Astro tonight after grinding a solo run as Teagan and getting to floor 19. I'm also now at 99% research on Shelly because I missed a capsule on floor 19 thanks to Scraps, Boxten, and Shrimpo tagteamming my ass in a blackout.

Ran into:

Sprout on floor 11

Shelly on floor 12

Astro on floor 17

Shelly again on floor 19 (where I died)

Great experience all around!! Just lock in with a good Playlist and lots of spare time!

Hear me out: Pebble and Sprout getting debuffs like the other mains!!

Think about it! Shelly has Confused, Vee has Slow, and Astro has Tired, so why don't these two?!

SPROUT SEEDLY: STICKY

Sticky will drop your skill check by 20 units if Twisted Sprout is nearby. It's not the worst thing in the world, but it's still quite annoying, ESPECIALLY if you're playing as Shrimpo or Cosmo and/or have Magnifying Glass / Participation award

JUSTIFICATION

The juice that Strawberries release when you bite into them makes your fingers sticky, which sometimes interferes with things.

PEBBLE: PANICKED

Panicked will drop your stealth by 10% if Twisted Pebble is nearby. This is intended to be a nightmare for extractors but can also be helpful for distractors if they are good!

JUSTIFICATION

I'm of the impression that most players are somewhat scared of Pebble when he's on the floor(personal experience, AKA anecdotal evidence). When you're scared, you tend to think less rationally due to adrenaline, which in turn would lower stealth.

I chose Stealth and Skill Check for these two because Tired affects stamina, Slow affects movement speed, and Confused affects extraction speed. However, stealth and Skill Check don't have their own debuffs. I think these would make the game a little more challenging, but also more fun to navigate around!

I gotta love writing a death in one of my stories that'll get people mad. Not because of shock value or gore or anything, the death serves as a massive plot point and is swift for the character, but because I chose the specific character as a way of highlighting the injustices of life
