The prison in El Salvador is a death camp. You can't say it on other social media without censoring yourself, but you can say it here. We are sending innocent people to a death camp. There is no due process. Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia is an innocent man. The reason he's not being returned is because he is probably dead or the risk of him revealing the extent of human rights violations is too great. And if there is one innocent person there, there are definitely others. In the US, 1%-10% of incarcerated people are innocent, and that's after due process. I won't sidetrack the conversation by emphasizing that even the most despicable criminals deserve basic human rights, so I'll focus on his innocence. We are sending innocent people to death camps.
