These oven-baked zucchini chips that you make yourself are a tasty and healthy keto-friendly snack. They are tasty, crispy, and the perfect way to satisfy your cravings for something crunchy without going off track with your diet.
Ingredients: 2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: 225C 450F should be used to heat the oven. Sprinkle olive oil over the sliced zucchini in a large bowl. Add toss to cover evenly. Salt and pepper should be mixed together with the Parmesan cheese in a separate small bowl. Spread the cheese mixture out over the zucchini slices so that they are covered all over. Lay the zucchini slices out in a single layer on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. The chips should be baked in a hot oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it. Take a bite of your homemade zucchini chips.
