Mengenal YBJ (Yellow Box Junction)
Jika melintasi persimpangan Traffic Light depan Sarinah Jl. MH Thamrin Jakarta Pusat, akan terlihat suatu bujur sangkar atau persegi panjang berwarna kuning berukuran besar tergambar di aspal. Banyak pengguna jalan yang bertanya-tanya fungsi kotak kuning tersebut.
Kotak tersebut disebut Yellow Box Junction (YBJ). YBJ adalah marka jalan yang bertujuan mencegah kepadatan lalu lintas di jalur dan berakibat pada tersendatnya arus kendaraan di jalur lain yang tidak padat. Dengan YBJ, diharapkan kepadatan di persimpangan tidak terkunci.
Yellow Box Junction sangat berguna di persimpangan-persimpangan jalan yang padat, pada jalan-jalan utama serta saat waktu puncak kepadatan lalu lintas. Banyak pengguna kendaraan bermotor tetap menerobos lampu (traffic light) merah, saat antrean kendaraan di depannya belum terurai. Adanya YBJ ini walaupun lampu traffic light sudah hijau pengguna jalan yang belum masuk YBJ harus berhenti ketika ada kendaraan lain di dalam YBJ. Mereka baru bisa maju jika kendaraan di dalam YBJ sudah keluar.
Bagi pengendara yang tetap memaksa memasukkan kendaraannya ke dalam YBJ, padahal masih ada kendaraan lain di dalamnya, maka akan di tilang, ini sama saja melanggar marka jalan.
Yellow Box Junction akan berfungsi maksimal jika ada kesadaran dari pengguna jalan. Sebab kesadaran warga juga kunci utama kelancaran lalu lintas. Jadi jika pengendara melihat jalur di depan tersendat, sebaiknya tidak memaksa masuk ke YBJ walaupun lampu masih hijau. Sehingga ketika jalur lain hijau, tidak akan terjadi tersendatnya arus lalu lintas.
Dalam penjelasan UU No. 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu lintas dan Angkutan Jalan, pasal 287 (2) juncto Pasal 106 (4) huruf a, b tentang rambu-rambu lalu lintas dan berhenti di belakang garis stop. Pidananya ialah kurungan dua bulan penjara atau denda Rp 500.000.

Back to the Past for the Future Glory?
Ever feel that you fall in love again with your past, let's say, at one day you just realized that letting go of your ex is one of your worse decision you had made?
Sometimes yeah we will feel that our days and life achievement and story is not the same or may more hollow. And by the lifestory permits and with some of your little effort, you get back again and try to rewrite "an unfinished story". With a high hope that you will struck luck and more success with life. Ever experienced that? Back again with your past?
That what happened with Ferrari (with Kimi Raikkonen), and not so long before, with AC Milan (with Ricardo Kaka), Arsenal (with Mathieu Flamini) and Chelsea (with Mourinho).
Ferrari struck a deal with Kimi, which raced for Ferrari from 2006 until eventually jettisoned for a newer and fresher hope racer Fernando Alonso in 2009. Kimi is Ferari's last driver champions, and interestengly he will partnering with F. Alonso, a man who in first place designated to replace Kimi back in 2009.
It seems that Ferrari is make a very brave move, as two World Champions in one team is a very mouthwatering prospect. And everyone will be interested how the relationship between the two as every champions will have their respective egos.
What it will be mean for Kimi, Ferrari, and F1 in overall? We indeed will see a very interesting rivalry and partnership in the grid. Kimi will race with a hope to replicate his world championship performance with Ferrari, and Fernando Alonso will be challenged by a very talented driver, and adapt to a new life as Kimi wont be have the same personality as Massa.
In last, it is not a sin that we look back again to our past, maybe at one point to get back again. It is important to keep the respect up everytime we meet people or say a goodbye. Kimi parted with Ferrari in not so good way, he jettisoned to make place for other driver, but in the end is Ferrari who make a move to rehire him. Let's just hope Ferrari will provide a championship winning car as they already have two world champions capable to deliver consistent race winning performances. And a good rivalry please!
Well keep in mind that not all "back to the past" is good for your future story though. You have parted with them for a reason. Remember what, and if it's not solved yet, dont try.

Ingin beda emang udah beda?
Nowadays, those who so called hipster more and more become a trends, in real life or in internet. Well anyone can have their own meaning of hipster. But what I see is more and more people, or sadly, group of people, is trying hard to identified themselves differ from others, sometimes trying to hard from in fact they just try to differ because of their insecurities or whatever reason they have. The problem is not the hipsterities or their try to become identified in society, as society is a complex system and has a dynamic nature, they just can't do it smoothly or in some point annoying. What is this phenomenon with hipster things? People trying hard to personified themselves with non-label indie music, phrasing an difficult-to-digest words and sentences, weird clothing, anti mainstream gadget, photo-quaotation instagram, etc but in fact their own inner personal is not living their own skin to show. In short, only skin deep.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not against the idea for going "anti-mainstream" thing or hipster at overall. The world nowadays required a well strong persona identifier. But first, care to your inner personalities and character power, whatever it is, you won't care that it will end up as a hipster or be counted "mainstream", it is your real one right? My point is, just don't try and do things as only be wanted called a hippie because your lack self-awareness.
Yes, people can do whatever they want. So do I, I can post my own opinion, right?
As one of my friends said, "Don't be mainstream in anti-mainstream way, but be strong-streams though is in a mainstream way" Btw check this video, his words or phrasing choice is wonderful. Though I sensed that he did in a sarcastic way, mocking the current trends of hipsterities in words choice! (in Indonesian)
