Casanova Cave Kit Addon

Hii everyone! Surprise!

I really liked this new kit they released for Don Lothario, but why would they not make a complete set? That bugged me so I made myself!

I made a few changes to have more options, such as 2 more variants shelves, tv panel with a shelf, a different coffee table (cause I hated the original one) and a loveseat and accent chairs to match the original sofa. In total there are 7 new items in this set with all original matching swatches.

☕ COFFEE & TEA OVERRIDE ☕

 I really love to go to coffee shops with my sims, to make hot tea or coffee in the morning, it adds some coziness and atmosphere to their pixel lives! 

 But alas, in the game, all hot drinks look the same (yes, yes, the same mug with some dark drink for all occasions):

   Not too long ago, I substituted cocoa with marshmallows and it turns out that this small substitution turned out to be a favorite of many! So I decided to redesign the appearance of absolutely all warming drinks (if I missed something - let me know in the comments!). To do this, I created new objects so that the appearance of each drink would be unique.

I was inspired to create this mod by the default mug replacement from the wonderful creator JariSimCC. His mugs look awesome and most importantly - they fit perfectly in the Sim's hand! He gave me permission to use his mash (i.e. he made the shape of the mug, I just drew textures for it). Be sure to check out his blog, he has a lot of cool CC content and different swaps!!! 

 Replaced all drinks from:

〇 tea brewer (Base Game)

〇 coffee maker (Base Game)

〇 electric kettle ("For Rent")

〇 espresso bar ("Get Together")

MAIN MOD: ~ Coffee&Tea Override ADDON: ~ Tuning Addon (increases the number of “sips” from 3 to 5, and adds 50 calories to coffee drinks)

 It is desirable not to put the files with texture replacement deeper than one subfolder in the Mods folder. Also, this mod will conflict with any mod that replaces these textures (I know for sure that A.I. Upscaled Food is not compatible with my mod).

San Myshuno Townhouses🌿🌃💭

Over a century ago, these townhomes were designed as upscale housing for San Myshuno’s growing middle class during the city’s industrial boom. Situated adjacent to one of the original spice factories that gave the district its name, the townhomes were intended to blend industrial charm with residential sophistication. The red-brick façades and ornate ironwork were inspired by European urban architecture of the time, giving the row an enduring historic appeal.

The exteriors have remained largely intact, featuring original brickwork, tall windows, and detailed cornices. Over the years, climbing ivy has enveloped the townhomes, giving them a distinct, romantic character that makes them stand out among the Spice District’s eclectic mix of old warehouses and modern high-rises.

In recent years, the interiors of the townhomes underwent significant renovations. While care was taken to preserve features like the original hardwood floors, exposed beams, and brick accent walls, the updates brought modern plumbing, kitchens, and other conveniences to the units. Today, the townhomes boast a mix of industrial and contemporary styles, with open floor plans that highlight their historic charm.
