rough walk cycle of my main oc, quinn.

this took me literally all day but for my first animation (that isn’t someone blinking / a flicker effect) I’m pretty pleased with myself. tomorrow I’m going to try and clean it up and start adding color maybe if I am still feelin okie

I started working on the rough cycle for the second character in the animatic and you can see the exact moment my brain shut off by like the third frame so INSTEAD have the 1 frame I managed to clean up and color for quinn’s section

I’m working on a homebrew’d dnd campaign / world and would me posting about it be of any interest to anyone once it gets going?

the following is a list of currently active characters, primarily from WIP projects and dnd campaigns.

solace. glasya tiefling. they/them or he/him. afab. major wip. 

tierney. ??? tiefling. they/them. genderfluid. a druid with an interest in the occult, tierney is out for themselves and perhaps causing a little trouble. or a lot of trouble. will cause problems on purpose. no main campaign.

quinn. zariel or levistus tiefling. they/them. afab. born to a family of human nobles, quinn has spent their life shuttled from one prison to the next. they seek the power to keep themself free, and their friends save. past campaigns: the raven, tomb of annihilation. | current campaigns: scourge of snow, the mad mage, tomb of horrors. 

gabriel. human. he/him. amab. his memories are fragments or nonexistent. he speaks almost entirely in telepathy, and doesn’t know why so few people can. or perhaps everyone can and it’s taboo - he has no idea. he doesn’t know where his magic came from, or the book he keeps. just wants to make enough gold to feed his pet rat and mind his own business. current campaigns: new drow city.

ambrose. human. he/him. afab. the majority of his interests rests in lost cultures and dead languages and it turns out being an adventurer leads to a lot of things like that, so ... why not? past campaigns: team wish, the raven’s assistant. 

alias. levistus tiefling. they/them. ???. a sorcerer who just wants that GOLD. weird hat? they’re wearing it. potentially cursed cloak? it’s strangling them slowly as we speak. they want the stuff. causes problems on accident but then COMMITS. current campaigns: descent to avernus.

hello!! my name is elliot! I use they/them pronouns. at one point I like to think I was a very active part of writeblr, but I hit some solid burnout and have been kind of dipping and disappearing for large chunks of time since. at any rate I would like to try to get back into things. 

I will most likely be using this blog to post snippets from various wips in the supernatural genre, with perhaps some vague psychological / horror tie ins. I’ll also continue to use it as I used to, and post stories about my dnd characters, who I have a ... lot of. I make moodboards, enjoy ask box games, and enjoy making as many nonbinary characters as possible and then struggling to differentiate them in writing without just using their name constantly.
