What is the Trafficblr Battle of the Bands Zine?

The Trafficblr Battle of the Bands Zine (or tbotb zine) is essentially a Life Series AU zine, where all the teams from all the seasons are bands, battling it out in a tense competition.

There will be a myriad of art, writing, and even a song snippet in the pages for each band that is 'submitted' to the zine.

...Wait, what do you mean submitted? Simple, I don't know if we'll be able to get *every* Life Series team in the zine. Simply due to interest, and the potential amount of sign ups the zine might get.

My name is Lucy, and I'm the admin of this Zine! I've started this Zine to celebrate everything Mumbo Jumbo, and for that, I need your help!

What this project is aiming for:

To some, Mumbo Jumbo may be the redstoner, his projects have change the Minecraft community and his builds are ones for the books. Through Hermitcraft, the Life Series, and more, he's brought us endless hours of entertainment and happiness. The artists and writers working on this zine will commemorate and honour Mumbo and what makes him the amazing content creator he is!

Week One Recap

Welcome players!!

Welcome to the first edition of 'Creative Life Recap’. Although this is pre-start of the event, alot has happened in the server! We have so many wonderful people in the server, so l want to give a huge thank you to the players, listeners, watcher-helpers and fellow watchers; I can't wait to see what's in store! Without further ado, shall we kick this off?

New Updates!

In this first week alone, we’ve added a few new features to make the event better for everyone all around! Some noticeable features include:

💫 Fully secret alliances

We ironed out a particular wrinkle that multiple players had brought up! Previously, olayers would be added into a channel accessed with a role. Now… No role needed to form top secret channels and teams!

✨ 2 extra roleplay channels!

You guys were popping off with the use of the first two, we just couldn’t help but add two more for players, and watcher-helpers!

This week, we asked everyone what their highlights of the week were and the common consensus was… Making new friends, teams and roleplaying and seeing everyone’s art of their sonas!! This is fantastic to hear!

Fic Swap 2025 Has Just Finished And Here Are My Art Contributions!

(I've been wanting to share these for ages!!)

Round 1- I got to come up with whatever I wanted. Using the teams preference for Bench Trio and OriginsSMP I came up with this!

This took me the whole week to make o.O It features 10 characters (try and spot them all)

I'm sure Tumblr will destroy all the little details I put in so click for better quality.

Round 2- I read @garbageonion's fic and made this!

Their description of the lighting in the water really inspired me. The text is taken from one of the sentences in the fic.

This art features Niki and Fundy swimming away from the reef (their home) and into deeper waters.
