They could’ve ENTIRELY cut the scam doctor scene— why’d they even hire the famous Daniel Dae-Kim for the one-off doctor? 😭 and it wasn’t even a ‘the girls properly interact’ scene.

I wanted less Jinu and Rumi, more of the girls. Unfortunately, Jinu wasn’t developed enough for me to root for their romance. A lot of people seem to be lingering on “Ohhh my gosh, Rumi should be mourning Jinu, how could she move on, I hope Jinu’s still alive!-“, I personally don’t understand. He’s a very pretty boy but almost… too pretty for me? Cookie-cutter pretty boy. Do I think Rumi should mourn him?? Not really… they knew each other for what, a couple months if not just weeks? If not, they probably met even less. People argue Rumi should love him due to the whole “he’s the only person who understands”? He’s a demon, fully, not half like her. What of every other demon? Not conventionally attractive for everyone to ship Rumi and them? It could’ve been any demon. I’d get the “only one who understands” bit if he were another half demon.

Also, no he’s not! People act as though Rumi will never have another person to rely on like him— excuse me? 😭😭😭 She shared her trouble with the girls, that’s the whole point! They’re each other’s support system now that they’re open. Does she need another demon to rely on specifically?

But those are questions for Rujinu fans, not the movie itself 😅. Plus I enjoy the idea of Polytrix, but theres not exactly much evidence of that either.

I wiiiish the other girls had more screen-time. I’m glad this was a movie because it wouldn’t have gotten as much traction as a show (people wouldn’t want to commit if they didn’t know it was good), but I hope it gets a series, or more of anything! Oh and I wish they let their hair down, it’s kinda awkward seeing them in pyjamas with full hairdos, mainly Rumi due to the insane braid.

The songs were incredible, my favourites are How It’s Done and What It Sounds Like.

About Celine, I know people are treating her as a villain. She’s done a lot of wrong, but I don’t think she had villainous intentions. She’s more like an Abuela figure (Encanto). Or even Pearl from Steven Universe (doomed Celine pining over Rumi’s Mom, anyone?)

The Saja Boys— I think they’re purposefully kinda… ugly? Like they’re supposed to be so pretty it goes back around the other way? 😭 I cannot fathom how they’ve grown an IRL fanbase when they are all literally KPOP stereotypes. Like wdym people are genuinely shipping ZoeyXMystery? The joke ship?? 😭😭 y’all he has NO lines! What character are you extrapolating from him? 😭😭

Oh also, people saying that anyone ever turned the Honmoon golden?? Y’all it’s never happened before. The first generation created the Honmoon, and Huntrix made a new one. I don’t believe the Golden Honmoon could ever happen, it’s just been hoped for and speculated about.

If I didn’t mention anything else, I probably loved it! Terrrific movie.

Older art but this is Saturn! The bottom sketch is new: Saturn is all about order, diligence, responsibility and limitations (this goes loosely off astrology btw, where Jupiter represents fortune, expansion and vastness). My Saturn has a secret regarding how he keeps the peace in the Milky Way Galaxy (that’s one of his jobs) and he did something unethical— Jupiter knows and uses it to blackmail him into helping them with their “Overthrow The Sun” goal. He’s got the most moons and a ring.

Oh! Important: the planets aren’t literal planets. They represent the physical planet bodies (they’re like the Planet’s Souls/Spirits). That’s why Jupiter’s short, and how Saturn can wear a ring when ‘Saturn’s Ring’ IRL is actually many many rocks and ice bits.

So yeah Saturn’s got an army— The ring (the actual folks who make up the ring are his army). That’s the working idea anyway.

Personality-wise, he’s a stick-in-the-mud, uptight, seems to hate fun. Really, he hates chaos. He’s fine with fun, everyone just takes it too far for his liking,

A SATURNIAN MOON? I LOVE HER, SHE’S CURRENTLY THE FIRST NON-JOVIAN MOON (although, the larger planets are all technically called Jovians, and the small ones (Earth, Mars, Venus, Mercury) are called the Terrestrials. But Jupiter’s sometimes called Jove, so yeah. Anyway that’s off topic. Beli’s so cute, and I love their sword! It has the hilt of a cutlass, or sabre but I can’t pinpoint the blade! (Maybe it’s a Sidesword?).

This is also really funny, that they’re chaotic, because their planet, Saturn, in my story, is a very serious, organised man. He loves all his moons though. “I’ll be just like Ms Elmushterri!” And Saturn would just be like “Being like Jupiter is certainly… *something* to aspire to, Young one.”

Question about the moon-sonas!

Is pseudoscience and technobabble fine? Especially for moon sonas not based on any of Jupiter's moons, I feel like we could do something fun with technobabble and pseudoscience (I know I'm doing something fun with my moon sona).

OHHH if you watch my videos you know pseudoscience is probably my second used word behind government /j 😭 of COUUURSE! I’d be excited to see a moon based on something entirely new. Excited to see it!

Here’s my main idea for what the Sun might look like! Mr the king the sun the monarch. They’re very kind, but a little distant. People don’t see them often. He knows he’s not a huge star so he mainly tries to please the larger stars and keep peace.

I would LOVE THAT, I believe I’ve only ever seen people make animatics for my AUs, so one of my sona’s lore would be such an honour. 😭 no pressure, but if you do choose to make one in the end, it would be incredible!

Though “the moons” I refer to as my subscribers are Jovian ones (Jovian = Of Jupiter), lore-wise, I’d be super excited to see people contribute to the story with other moons!

A few questions about the Moon oc idea.

1) Which moons of Jupiter have already been used by others/you, so I don’t accidentally take someone else’s.

2) What general design rules would be in place?(Gender, clothing, lore, coloring, etc.)

3) Is there some sort of event or deadline that I missed or is it more of a free idea that your followers can use?

Also I love your art and writing videos, I’ve been following you on YT and only recently got Tumblr so. Yeah. I think you’re neat :)

1. I can’t remember all of them off the top of my head but, Eirene, Cassiopeia, Lysithea and Europa are taken by people. But to be honest, I wouldn’t restrict people making the same moons! Choose whichever you want! Heck, make one up! ✨🧡. No restrictions.

2. There aren’t many design rules. No gender restrictions, no real clothing restrictions. A suggestion is that their uniform is sort of like mine, but without the jacket. Formal-ish wear, like bartenders— suspenders, waistcoats, whatever you like. Orrr you can totally give your moon a dress or anything else fancy. (Or, you can draw them in sweatpants— maybe they’re a moon that’s very into Earth casual fashion 😭). I’m working on the concept so nothing is completely set in stone.

3. It’s not an event, people just started making moonsonas after watching some vids, so it’s a free idea! I feature them in my videos now. Hopefully I haven’t missed any yet, but if I have, feel free to tell me!

“Lore-Wise:

The universe is governed by stars. Our star system is run by The Sun/Sol, they count as the monarch. IRL, multiple-star systems aren’t uncommon at all. In lore, the Sun and Jupiter were like childhood friends when the Solar System was formed, the Sun promised Jupiter that one day they’d become a star too and rule with them, but Jupiter never ended up as a star, just not getting powerful enough. Cut to “current day” and Jupiter is seeething and extremely jealous. They do a lot of the Sun’s work for them— not intentionally, the Sun’s a kind person but they don’t know how Jupiter feels. Jupiter plans to overthrow the Sun, at the encouragement of Pluto— (who definitely has ulterior motives). The moons know about this plan. Some like it, some don’t.
