I'm a headmate in a system of six. We have:

A genderfluid transmasc (he/it/that/thing)

A trans boy (he/pup)

Another genderfluid person (any/it/cloud/void)

Another trans boy (he/she)

A cis girl (she/it)

And a feminine aligned person who prefers to be seen as a girl (she/it)

We often specify who's fronting, but out collective pronouns are he/it. We always tell people he/it unless we specify it's a headmate who doesn't use he/it. You want to know what people fucking do??

"Well I thought it was someone who uses she-" no you didn't. Those of use who use she rarely front and have distinctly different mannerisms. Unless we said they are fronting, use he/it.

"Well I couldn't tell who's fronting so I just defaulted to they-" NONE OF US USE THEY!! ACTUALLY MOST OF US ARE MADE INCREDIBLY DYSPHORIC BY THEY!! USE HE/IT!!

It bothers me how the binary trans community is effectively reinventing gender essentialism and bio essentialism. The rise in hatred against transmascs has really been messing with me too. I don't even want to be a man. I'm just masculine. What is going on

as an intersex nonbinary trans person im so tired of AGAB shit. theres this one nonbinary group on facebook that does "AMAB monday" and "AFAB friday" and you are discouraged to post on AMAB monday if you're AFAB. like good job reinventing the binary.

I'm unsure where I want my transitioning journey to go. I want testosterone and I want the binary world to see me more masculinely, but I also want a "non-binary body," and even I don't know what that means. How does someone transition when they don't know what they're transitioning into?

Is tokophobia common among transmasc and nonbinary people? To me, the concept of pregnancy, giving birth, and breastfeeding is an actual body horror scenario. I think part of it may be gender dysphoria-related, but I also have a legitimate phobia of pregnancy. The mere thought of my stomach and chest swelling up is enough to make me feel physically ill. My partner (who's a cis man) really wants biological kids one day, but I'm afraid if I brought kids into the world, I wouldn't be able to give them the love they deserve and may even end up resenting them through no fault of their own just because of the trauma of pregnancy and childbirth, as awful as that sounds. Can anyone relate?

If you don't want your own biological children you don't have to give birth to them.

That's your choice not your partner's.

i hate that my gender, my transgenderness and my transition will never be enough for many binary trans people because it's not binary or medical.

confession: i feel like an undercover agent because my long-distance online boyfriend of several years who lives in a conservative muslim majority country and can't be normal about gay ships or queer headcanons or me having crushes on female fictional characters or kinning male characters or getting a "boy haircut" has no idea i'm transmasc/nonbinary and would probably dump me immediately upon finding out but i can't find it within myself to break up with him because i'm in a very dire emotional and financial situation rn so staying with him might be my only ticket out

starting to suspect i might have a partially fused labia, but when i try to look up the differences it only shows drawings which are entirely unhelpful, fully fused openings or surgery pictures which are bloody and rough and repulsive to look at and probably not at all representative of what they look like in day to day. It's really gross and disheartening, and I don't know if I'll ever really have the answer.

being agender and transneutral is very lonely. I don’t know anyone else irl who doesn’t have a gender, and all of the transitioning resources I see are only for transmasc or transfem people. Gender is interwoven into everything, and it feels really isolating to not connect to any of it, especially when I’m already autistic and don’t connect with most people anyway. On the note of being autistic, I’ve been having trouble finding which social cues to learn because you’d be surprised how much “acting normal” depends on gender. I wish I had another agender person (my age) to talk to :(

Being nonbinary and intersex is having fun annoying people when they ask; "What are you?". I'm me. "What gender are you?" I'm me. "What's your ASAB/sex?" I'm me. "What's in your pants?" Me. I'm in my pants.

I’m intersex and gendernull, in English I use neopronouns, and I’m learning a highly gendered language that only has masculine and feminine; when I was trying to do research on the niche movement to add neutral forms to the language, I found discussions from people who seem to believe that because they don’t need it and just use a mixture of masculine and feminine, it’s a pointless endeavor. I found it so frustrating that they dismissed the movement entirely because it makes space that they don’t personally need. Some of us do need it!!

Just so many. I'm eepy and wanna CRY. Also the weirdly high amounts of racism I see too in a lot of exorsexist people. Like why tho. Why. Bites you.

I do accept all enbies but I don't accept bigotry. If they're willing to actually listen to and learn about other queer people and their lived realities they are welcome to interact with me. :)
