Took 20 minutes yesterday to tweak this drawing, because it’s June and Sam Winchester should be able to wear stockings and kiss boys if they want to.

I’d never noticed the way they look over each other after the hug. Dean looks Sam over like alright, he’s alive, he looks okay, he looks strong, he seems happy enough, yeah he’s okay. Meanwhile Sam looks over Dean, paying special attention to Dean’s chest and leg, the two places that the hellhound ripped Dean apart the most. They’re basically taking stock of the other, checking over for injuries and making absolutely certain that the other is safe and sound.
