Vorstellung Ihr Lieben, wer kennt das nicht - man bestellt einen Salat und was kommt ist eine Enttäuschung; langweilig angerichtet, lieblos zubereitet und vor allem - wer soll davon satt werden? Oder zuhause; man will sich gesund ernähren aber immer nur Salat - wie öde und auch wie frustrierend auf Dauer.... Ich möchte Euch hier ein paar Eigenkreationen vorstellen, die einfach und schnell zubereitet sind, satt machen, bezahlbar sind was die Zutaten angeht, abwechslungsreich und vor allem lecker. Damit es spannend bleibt, gibt es zwischendurch auch immer mal wieder ein paar andere Rezeptideen (gesunder Nachtisch, leckere Shakes und Smoothies, selbstgemachte Süßigkeiten uvm.) Ich freue mich auf Eure Ideen, Kritik und Anmerkungen. Ach ja, und ich hoffe Ihr mögt Erdnussmuss und Kokosmilch.

I just discovered kale -- all the things you can do with it - this time : Caramalize onions and Appel in a pan add minced meat and then put it in a casserole dish add the kale (and I added green asparagus ) some sesame oil and some spices. Grate some Parmesan over it and put it in the oven for 10-20 minutes.
