Trigger Warnings
What are trigger warnings?
They tell readers topics in your work that are potentially triggering. This can be anything from gangs to graphic violence to abuse etc.
Why should I use them?
Some people think they spoil the work for readers, but they are an aid. Some readers choose works specifically for the trigger warnings and others may need to avoid a work because of the trigger warnings. Knowing about them in advance gives readers safety tools to assess whether they can commit to a work with their mental health in mind.
What should I give a warning for?
Abuse, levels of violence, gangs, assault, abuse, domestic violence, ableism, homophobia, the list goes on. If you have the resources, I'd highly recommend working with a sensitivity reader even just for a consult. Find someone who has the same or most of the intersections you're covering.
A dance with books has a good starting list:

im literally forever obsessed with this because it implies the following:
The Rapture, as described by Christian Evangelicals, has happened
Parents witnessed their son disappear during The Rapture, but remained atheists anyway (based)
Instead of sinners and nonbelievers going to hell or getting killed, they just... stay on Earth.

Capsaicin is a neurotoxin :) it's what makes peppers spicy. It's a chemical irritant and neurotoxin for mammals, including humans, and produces a sensation of burning in any tissue with which it comes into contact.
Just a fun little fact today :)

What does Overhaul's quirk feel like?
We're going to break this into 3 categories: molecular, cellular, and structural. I use my arms for localized versions of this quirk, as it's the easiest place to ground.
Putting back together is just snapping into place with a burning tingling after effect.
Molecular: a burning tearing sensation that is like sharp sand gritting throughout your innards.
Cellular: more tearing than burning but still some burning. Duller pain that feels like your innards are being pulled apart
Structural: this is more like what he did to Shin Nemoto. This is going to depend on what the purpose is and what area of the body is being separated. A burning itch for skin, ripping muscles apart has a dull burn, bones burn a little at joints but are moreso a dull creak.

What exactly is mass murder?
Mass murder is generally a single event at one location in which 4+ peopme are murdered. Committing multiple mass murders makes someone a serial killer (or killing multiple people in different events).
When do serial mass murders become genocide?
Genocide can be a single event or it can be multiple events. What makes it distinct is the goal. The goal is to destroy in whole or in part a nation, ethnic, racial, or religious group. There are 10 stages of genocide as defined by the U.N.
At what point is a group culturally distinct enough to qualify?
That is going to depend on the context. Some real world examples are Texas starting stage 7 of trans genocide in 2022, the Armenian genocide, ethnic cleansing, and U.S. government treatment of native americans. If you find yourself questioning whether something would fall under genocide, connect with a sensitivity reader for the group your affected group has parallels to.
