someone pls tell how to like this subject, i cannot get myself to like it. i really want to do good in phy, but i severely need help

i need to start studying

how do the funniest people manage to be so smart. this dude in my class, we've watched the same shows, like the same sort of humour, yet he gets to be smart!!

i should really be studying, BUT I JUST CANT

I know how important it is, yet for some reason, i cannot concenterate. one day i study like i have no life other than studies, the next day im back on track.

there's no foolproof answet to this is it? or if there is why do i not know it!! i desperately need to study.

also the days i dont study, the guilt eats me up, and then i sleep deciding id study a lot, and guess what? i dont end up studying and the cycle repeats.

i only have the next 5-6 months for studying, and its scaring the shit out of me

oh and let me tell yall, if i dont score well, my parents wont show it, but will be so disappointed in me, which i cannot watch happen. this is so sad ugh.

WHAT IS PCOS?

i realized i never talked about what pcos actually is

polycystic ovarian syndrome which is short for pcos. its a hormonal disorder, where ovaries and huge and bulky with cysts around the outer ovary.

this usually shows irregularity in the menstrual cycle, acne, obesity, excess hair growth, dark patches on skin, depression.

(note i am no expert, and not everyone will have the same symptoms, these are just the most common ones)

now why does this happen? as per my knowledge, majorly due to genetics and your environment.

why do pcos girlies gain weight?

well, the androgen (a male hormone) level increases, which might cause cravings, increased hunger. a common feature of pcos is insulin (lowers blood sugar level) resistance, which can cause blood sugar spikes and crashes, further contributing to hunger and overeating.

increase in male hormones is a reason why there is a noticeable excess growth of hair.

about dark patches, since pcos shows insulin resistance, to compensate for insulin resistance, the body produces more insulin, which can stimulate skin cells to overgrow and darken.

now the main question, is it treatable?

as per google, it is not, but if we change our diet, maintain a healthy body (which also includes not stressing since stress can cause an imbalance in the adrenal hormones) and a good environment, the cycles will be regular. to treat pcos, birth control pills can be prescribed, so as to regularize the cycle.

gynaec's are fcking crazy

why is it that everytime i meet my gyanec i feel like ending my life. it sucks having pcos, and why does no one talk about the endless nags of being overweight.

the assistant at my gynaec's lowk read (screamed) out my weight for the whole room. it was the same as falling right on your ass and making a loud noise with your crush in the classroom.

and to add to that, i have the self esteem of a ant (metaphor?) . all those people who've called me fat before, ive not forgotten yall. it sucks being fat.

ive started joking over all my insecurities. since when did we start normalizing this. atp its become my coping mechanism.

oh and let me tell yall, my gynaec is the sweetest human being ive ever met, but i love hating, and so thats what we do.

im ready to do anything to lose weight, i hate being fat, i hate looking at others feeling maybe i could live in their body, i hate the feeling of people judging me, and i hate myself for this.

this just brings negativity, but to all of yall who decided to lose weight, and actually did. man im so proud of you.

and to people who are trying, im no different, but to wtv is your dream wght, we'll reach there too?
