Lore: Chya is one of the primary protagonists in the time skip. Xe is the youngest child of Narok and Kasandra, but does not remember them as xe was separated from them when xe was a baby. Xe was adopted by the master of a thieves guild and raised to be a potential successor.

Chya can see and talk to ghosts. This ability makes xer an excellent thief and valuable asset to xer adopted father, Arden.

Xe also cannot shapeshift. This is a great crime against them specifically. (i am a mean god)

Narok is a Canite, a species of wolf shifter from my fantasy novel series The Canic Chronicles (currently a WIP). He's the main protagonist of the series.

Designing tokens Narok and Kasandra exchange when they get married.

Eventually I'll solidify the lore, but I haven't actually written the marriage chapter yet (and it'll probably be a while from now lol) But I want to move away from traditional western marriage customs for their wedding (exchanging rings, white dresses, etc).

Canites have a token exchange custom, usually with necklaces selected by their partner. They also tend to see weddings more as a big party, with lots of drinking and singing and such. Elyndi weddings are pretty stiff and traditional in comparison. A lot more Rules TM.
