From a prewar detective to a synthetic private detective ;

Before the war there was a police detective from Chicago who was brought to Boston to lead Operation Winter's end, but this was the start of a tragic story, one Winter managed to make a deal with the BADTFL to incriminate his associate and to make the matter worse he found out about Nick fiancee and he decided to go after her but the BADTFL refuse to put her and Nick under witness protection program and that was the last mistake and Jennifer was killed by Winter.

Before the fall of the bomb Winter was released and Nick was ordered to seek treatment at commonwealth institute of technology where his brain was scanned he didn't know that the institute wanted to obtain his memories and implant them within a synthetic body.

After 200 year of the war Nick waked up confused to find him self in a brand new body and Infront of another synth so he decided to fight but the other synth DiMA managed to knock him and send him outside of the institute, but still after 200 year Nick was determined to finish Winter and to take revenge for killing his fiancée Jennifer.

The perceived ideology of the Enclave stems from their conviction that its members are the sole representatives of humanity: unlike humans outside the Enclave's shielded facilities, few, if any, members of the Enclave were exposed to nuclear fallout and other harmful factors present in the wasteland. As a result, the Enclave is largely hostile to all entities and species in the wasteland. Having an isolationist perspective due to their near limitless resources and unknown installations, the Enclave operates with only their interest in mind and they exterminate anything or anyone that interferes.

THE WAR BETWEEN THE BROTHERHOOD OF STEEL AND THE NCR ( ch. 1 ):

The rampant expansionism of the NCR would eventually lead to a collision course with the Brotherhood. As the NCR's power grew, the Brotherhood adopted a policy of reclaiming technology from people outside the order, energy weapons most of all.The disagreements over the way technology should be handled eventually resulted in full out war with the New California Republic. The Brotherhood was eventually forced into a retreat. At least six Brotherhood bunkers were lost to the Republic, four of them destroyed by the Brotherhood themselves in a last ditch attempt to deny them to the enemy.

Father : Also known as Shaun the Sole survival’s son who got kidnapped by the institute from Vault 111 and raised among them. Shaun is convinced that the Institute is the only hope for humanity and tries to subtly convince the Sole Survivor of this. He gives them nearly unlimited access to the Institute, introduces them to the personnel of the Institute and even trusts them with missions to seek out and retrieve rogue synths. His feelings about the Institute as the future and last hope of humanity are mildly fanatical; he possesses an irrational fear of the surface and the potential threats of the Commonwealth to the Institute. Ultimately, Shaun wishes to take humanity further underground and away from the radiation, mutant, and danger-infested surface world. However, Shaun does not require the rest of the Institute to adhere to his personal beliefs. In contrast to his contempt towards people above, he is not only open to recruitment of talented individuals, but allows them to gain high positions, like with Madison Li. He also does not seem to mind if his parent disagrees with his stances - as long as they don’t endanger the Institute - and continues supporting them as their heir for as long as they are loyal to the Institute. . . The Sentry bot :-

The sentry bot had become a standard piece of military equipment by at least 2063, The sentry bot's purpose is to engage the enemy at range with a variety of weapons, including miniguns, Gatling lasers, rocket launchers, and even back-mounted cluster grenade launchers.

It's commonly considered to be one of the most dangerous robots ever created and RobCo Industries' finest fighting robot.

Did you ever wondered when you will encounter another vault dweller wearing a vault suite and a PipBoy while you are discovering the Waste lands ?🤔 And i don't mean it as a multiplayer like Fallout 76 where everyone is originally from vault 76, but as an NPC. So you can get to know their story and building a settlement for them to help them to survive. Bethesda gave us a similar scenario with vault 81 where a vault actually made it and survived and also they made contact with the world and it was a really cool experience.
