I want to change my life for the better because I love myself. Loving myself means taking care of my body. ...hello again...
It’s been over a year since I’ve been on this tumblr. yeah. I gained weight back and am now at 343. I really need to get focused again on my health. I had a doctors appointment today and they suspect that my weight is causing hormonals imbalances which is causing some issues. If you want to know more you can ask. I figured that would be the case so not surprised. It is motivation to actually get focused on myself and treating myself the right way. 
Obviously weight loss is the goal. But I’m looking at what I want to do and the changes I want to make as being how I want to live. I want to achieve certain goals: namely to be more physically fit. I have to make choices and live in a way that will make that possible. I need to get moving and stop making excuses as to why I’m not making choices to get me where I want to be.

Though I did manage to get down to 294 I stopped focusing on eating better and taking care of myself and so I got back up to 314. I'm down to 301.6 as of today. I'm not sad or mad at myself. I just needed to learn about myself more and how to take care of myself better.
My goal is to get to 290 by the end of the year. Reasonable and if I go past that it will be extra motivation!

Have not posted in forever. I’ve been frantically and furiously working on my thesis. My weight has bounced around and I’ve been hovering at around 304 depending on the day. It sucks because I’m in the 300s again but good because I’ve been able to maintain that without trying too hard. 
I’m moving back to America soon and hopefully I will have a steady schedule and be able to make time for fitness and eating better
