Autistic, black and not very bright but I have a great love for art. I would love to make a discord server one day, where we can talk about media, fandoms and post feminist analysis of media.

The women's shelter I sometimes volunteer for just posted pictures of the women in there on Instagram. The women didn't seem to notice and idk but... That seems dangerous.

I hate that the actually very good notion that we should show trans people the basic respect everyone deserves and not let them be discriminated against has just completely snowballed into pretending that men can be women and that straight people can be gay

A 15 year old delinquent loses his life as he saves a little boy from getting hit by a car. He gets the chance to prove himself as worthy of being revived and starts working as a ghost detective.
Comedy, Drama, Adventure, Shonen, 112 episodes.
Pro:
The Art style is drop dead gorgeous.
The clothing choices and aesthetics are great.
Strong female characters. Mentally and physically, old and young, shy and badass.
The dude who made it is married to Naoko Takeuchi, the Mangaka of Sailor moon and it's obvious in the way he dresses his characters. Both shows have a similar aesthetic.
One of the main characters big sister is a chainsmoking, cursing and ass kicking girl that doesn't give a single fuck.
The male characters are actually likeable.
Con:
Male protagonist and most of the main cast.
Not too heavy on fanservice, but it's here and there.
It's a shounen and therefore has lots of fight scenes. I'm usually not too fond of fighting or tournament arcs, but I like them in yyh.
Uhm. There is a scene where the main character has to fight someone and then gropes them, revealing that said person is born male. Could be distressing for people with gender dysphoria or for (GC) women because they say something around the lines of 'my body may be male, but my soul is female!'

Madoka Magica
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
A young girl dreams of becoming a magical girl, but as the story progresses, she realizes that becoming a magical girl isn't all sugar, spice and everything nice.
12 episodes, Magical girl, horror, drama, mystery.
Pro:
Female only main cast
Gets very heavy very quick
Neat art style and animation
Great soundtrack, especially the outro
Short, can be binged on a single night
I love the magical girl outfits.
I've heard the lesbians go absolutely batshit insane over this. So, that's a plus.
Contra:
It will stay with you. It's not a fun adventure. Don't watch if you're in a bad mental space. Or do, maybe it helps you, I'm not your mother.
Includes gruesome imagery at times.
Don't watch on psychedelics. God.

Silent hill 3
A teenage girl finds herself in a weird, obscure world. As she finds her father dead, she tries to find out the secret behind his death, this world and her past.
Takes my bf 2 hours to complete but he's a huge nerd and played SH 1,2 and 3 more than we can count. Should take about 6 hours for experienced gamers, about 10 for casuals.
Survival horror, adventure, first person shooter.
Pro:
Female protagonist
A very, very cool female protagonist.
Explores themes of abortion and similar female only experiences in a very artistic way.
The atmosphere is great and if you're a fan of horror, you will definitely appreciate it.
This is the best looking Playstation 2 game ever. No other game on this console looks this clean and runs smoothly like Silent hill 3.
Con:
This is a horror game and therefore has disturbing imagery.
This game is hard hard and not beginner friendly.
The monster design could be triggering.
Requires knowledge of Silent hill 1 to completely understand the complexity of the story.
Heather is not real.
Heather's and Alessia's back story is heartbreaking and if you don't mind outdated graphics and controls, give the first one a try. The silent hill games are very good horror games, especially if you're into atmosphere and psychological horror.

A Balenciaga ad.
People in the comments were saying people who are uncomfortable with this are reaching and are the actual perverts here. I don't know, maybe my brain is just fried from all the internet usage, but for some reason it feels weird to see this advertisement, the design, the pose made by a company that is practically known for... Uhm. Unconventional depiction of children.

Stardew valley
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Your grandpa dies and you inherit his old farm. It's up to you if you want to live a chill farmer life, get to know about the secrets of the valley or fight monsters in the mines. Or marry Hailey. I love Hailey.
Available on phone, consoles and PC. Endless playtime. It's a farming simulator with fighting mechanics.
Pro:
So, so easy. SDV is a very simple game but not boring at all.
Cheap and you can play it for an eternity.
Possible to add bunch of mods on PC and mobile.
It has same sex marriage
The Pixel art style is so charming. Everything is so perfectly put together.
The soundtrack!! Every season has its own fitting theme, everything makes a sound! Autistics will love the bonk bonk bonk of chopping a tree, the click click click of walking on stone...
Has a very helpful, friendly and active community.
The characters are very well written and likeable.
Great character design choices.
The animals!!! THE ANIMALS!
Contra:
If you choose to engage in same sex marriage, a homophobic interaction may appear with one of the characters. But it's not as bad as it sounds + the character gets redempted.
It's not possible to mod on consoles and while the base game is already a 10/10, but if you play on PC or mobile, I would recommend looking into mods.
There is a controversy and fandom wide hate for a character who has a crush on one of the villagers. People call him neckbeardy and say he's an incel, others say he's just misunderstood and socially awkward.
Some character scenes could be triggering, as this game explores themes of addiction, abuse and similar stuff.
Please don't pirate it. It's very cheap and a single person made it. It's worth it and the developer deserves the support.

Deep love - Ayu no Monotagari
Tumblr media
A schoolgirl in prostitution meets an old nice lady who gives her hope for a better life. As she dies, the girl tries to fulfill her last wish.
Drama, Josei, Romance, based on a real story. 8 chapters.
Pro:
As a sex trafficking survivor, this story hits deep.
I like the art style and adult themes.
Short and easy read.
Bittersweet
Female protagonist
Very realistic approach on heavy topics
Con:
It's about prostitution, illness, animal abuse, self hate and similar themes. Could be triggering.
The pacing is a bit off at times.

This is what feminists mean when we talk about pedophile culture. Why does the filter make her look like a max. 12 years old? Why does she use it? Why is the rest of her body clearly of an adult woman? Is it because she simply likes it? Or because this kind of look generates the most traffic? And why does looking like this generate so much traffic?
This is in no means an attack on the way she looks.

blue reflection: second light
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
You wake up in a place called Oasis with no memory of what has happened before. As you get to know the other girls who end up there, you fight demons, explore deep emotional trauma in the form of dungeons while you try to find out what happened to the world.
Takes about 60 hours to complete. Available on steam, switch, ps4 and 5.
Pro:
Easy for beginners of jrpgs
The story is great and sometimes even made me tear up a bit
Female only cast! The support, the tank, the damage dealer, EVERYONE.
Oh my GOD there is a lesbian Lovestory.
You can go on dates with the others and get to know them better, which makes it easy to bond with them.
Oasis is a school and you can build various facilities on it. You can spend time with the girls there.
The soundtrack is beautiful.
The characters have distinguish personalities from another.
A very realistic approach on friendship between women.
Con:
Not everyone will like the art style (I did)
The magical girl costumes could be seen as sexualizing so are some of the optional outfits. But the main school uniforms are pretty.
While I usually enjoy the Japanese voice acting in my media, the English subtitles could be more accurate.
Could be triggering as it explores trauma in a subtle way.
Way too easy for jrpg veterans.
A lot of grinding without the DLCs.
Performance on switch kinda sucks.
No option for romance.
This was the game that even gave me the idea to create this blog, I truly believe this is something a lot of weebfems (like meee :3c) could enjoy.

Hey! You all can call me Berry. This is my blog where I will post media that I as a radfem aligned woman like and can enjoy despite my political beliefs or media that I can recommend to feminists! I'd love to make it easier for others to find stuff to enjoy! Life is hard and we deserve something enjoyable.
I will also post about other radfem stuff occasionally but it will be tagged appropriately. If you're only interested in one aspect, either blacklist #Berry Main or #Berry other.
I don't have a DNF, but please refrain from any drama or discourse or negativity.
You can also submit your own recommendation, doesn't matter if its a show, movie, book, anime, Manga or whatever. Just make sure to include the infos I usually do. Short description, genre, pro and cons. You can add other stuff if you'd like!
Every Radfem is different, everyone's preferences are different, everyone's opinion of art is different. I'm not perfect nor do I claim to be, I'm just a nerd who used to have a lot of trouble finding media to enjoy after I read into radical feminism, especially in my first years. Im just giving suggestions for things you could look into that don't go against the core beliefs of radical feminism, at least from my perspective. They are also short, because these are just inspirations which you can look into if you're interested.
English is not my first language and I'm not smart, keep that in mind.
Inb4 this movie sucks, radfems wouldn't watch that, this opinion is stupid Ect.: you're encouraged to make your own blog!
Have fun, stay safe, drink water, I love you!
