- another hard day, I'm proud of myself for getting through it
- I made a post today, and it's enjoyable to see others enjoy it ^^
- wore a really soft sweater that made me smile, even though today broke the record at 84 fahrenheit (i think that's like 50/60 celsius?)

The day isn’t over yet… it’s only 6pm and I am feeling accomplished. My goal is still to hit 10K steps which will be easy to do since I have a bunch of chores around the house to do. It’s been 5 days since I decided enough is enough and I am ready to make some serious changes in my life. I am excited to keep up the momentum.
