Sushi parfait is a delicious take on regular sushi. It presents all the tastes and textures in a parfait-style way that looks great. It's a fun way to eat sushi ingredients without having to roll or shape them.
Ingredients: 2 cups sushi rice. 4 nori seaweed sheets. 1 avocado, sliced. 1 cucumber, julienned. 1 carrot, julienned. 8 oz sashimi-grade salmon or tuna, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. 1 tablespoon sugar. 1 teaspoon salt. Wasabi and pickled ginger for serving.
Instructions: Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Gently fold the vinegar mixture into the cooked rice. Cut nori sheets into small squares. In serving glasses or bowls, layer sushi rice, nori squares, avocado slices, cucumber, carrot, and sliced fish. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger on the side.

Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F. Place the unroasted hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast them for ten to twelve minutes, or until they become aromatic and their skins begin to split. After taking the hazelnuts out of the oven, allow them to cool a little. To get rid of the loose skins, rub them between your hands or a fresh kitchen towel. Put the roasted hazelnuts in a food processor and process until they form a buttery smooth consistency. Please be patient as this might take a few minutes. In the food processor, add the salt, vanilla extract, coconut oil, cocoa powder, and pure maple syrup to the hazelnut butter. Blend until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture has the consistency of a creamy chocolate spread. Taste the homemade Nutella and add more salt or maple syrup if necessary to suit your preferred level of sweetness or saltiness. The homemade Nutella that is healthier can be kept in the refrigerator for up to two weeks by transferring it to a clean, airtight container. Add the flour and mix it in until everything is well mixed. Add the chicken broth slowly while stirring all the time to avoid lumps. Bring the wild rice to a boil after adding it to the pot. Ingredients: 200g tofu, cubed. 200g chow mein noodles. 1 red bell pepper, sliced. 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced. 1 onion, sliced. 2 cups cabbage, shredded. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp soy sauce. 1 tbsp sesame oil. 1 tbsp rice vinegar. 1 tbsp maple syrup. 1 tbsp cornstarch. 1/4 cup vegetable broth. 1 tbsp vegetable oil.
Instructions: Press tofu to squeeze out extra liquid. To make the sauce, combine soy sauce, cornstarch, vegetable broth, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and maple syrup in a small bowl. Chow mein noodles should be prepared as directed on the package, drained, and then set aside. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. After adding and cooking the tofu cubes until golden brown, remove from the pan and set aside. If additional oil is required, add it to the same pan and saut the garlic until fragrant. Stir-fry the bell peppers, onions, and cabbage until the veggies are crisp-tender. Put the tofu back in the pan, cover the vegetables and tofu with the sauce, and toss to coat everything equally. When the noodles are cooked, add them to the pan and stir everything until it's well heated. Serve hot and top with green onions or sesame seeds, if you'd like.

These delicious knoflookbroods from the Airfryer are great as a meal or a snack. They are thin on the outside and very sweet on the inside, smelling like butterscotch and peterselie.
Ingredients: 4 kleine broodjes bijv. afbakbroodjes. 4 teentjes knoflook, fijngehakt. 2 eetlepels olijfolie. 2 eetlepels boter. 1 eetlepel verse peterselie, fijngehakt. Zout naar smaak.
Instructions: Verwarm de Airfryer voor op 180C. Snijd de broodjes doormidden, maar laat ze aan n kant vastzitten. Meng de fijngehakte knoflook, olijfolie, boter en peterselie in een kom. Bestrijk de opengesneden kanten van de broodjes royaal met het knoflookmengsel. Voeg een snufje zout toe naar smaak. Plaats de broodjes in de Airfryer-mand met de opengesneden kant naar boven. Bak de knoflookbroodjes in de Airfryer gedurende 5-6 minuten, of totdat ze goudbruin en knapperig zijn. Serveer de knoflookbroodjes warm en geniet ervan!

Ingredients: 4 slices of Cuban bread. 4 slices of Swiss cheese. 4 slices of ham. 4 slices of roasted pork optional. 4 slices of dill pickles. Mustard, to taste. Butter, for grilling.
Instructions: Spread mustard on one side of each slice of Cuban bread. Layer a slice of Swiss cheese, a slice of ham, a slice of roasted pork if using, and a slice of dill pickle on 2 slices of Cuban bread, mustard side up. Top each sandwich with the remaining slices of Cuban bread, mustard side down, to form a sandwich. Spread a thin layer of butter on the outside of each sandwich. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place the sandwiches on the skillet and cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from heat, let cool for a minute, and then slice each sandwich in half diagonally. Serve hot and enjoy your Cuban Grilled Cheese!

Instructions: Place the chopped chestnuts in a large saucepan with the water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes or until the chestnuts are soft. Drain the cooked chestnuts and return them to the saucepan. Add the sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and scraped vanilla seeds. Stir well to combine. Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Increase the heat to medium and bring the mixture to a gentle boil. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, for about 20-25 minutes or until the jam thickens and reaches the desired consistency. Skim off any foam that forms on the surface. To test if the jam is ready, place a small amount on a cold plate. If it sets and wrinkles when you push it with your finger, it's done. If not, continue to cook for a few more minutes. During the last few minutes of churning, drizzle the melted chocolate if using and marshmallow-butter mixture into the ice cream to create swirls. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put the cooked pasta, grilled chicken slices, broccoli florets that have been blanched, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and fresh basil leaves in a large bowl. The dressing is made by whisking the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together in a separate small bowl. Put the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Add the dressing. Toss everything together until it's well covered. Grate some Parmesan cheese on top and toss it around again. Put the salad in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it. Enjoy! Serve cold.

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 onion, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 can 28 oz crushed tomatoes. 1 can 6 oz tomato paste. 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes. 1 teaspoon dried basil. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1/4 cup red wine optional.
Instructions: Put olive oil in a pan and heat it over medium-low heat. Put in the minced garlic and chopped onion. Cook until the onions are soft. Put the ground beef in the pan and cook it until it turns brown. Get rid of extra fat. Put the slow cooker on high and add the cooked beef, onions, and garlic. Salt, black pepper, dried basil, dried oregano, dried thyme, and tomato paste should all be put into the slow cooker. Use a stir to mix. When you're ready, pour in the red wine. Put the lid on top and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours. Put it on top of cooked spaghetti noodles. Have fun!
