Hello Mootie, i got spam anon like they asking "credits artist"

thats really fucking annoying... i dont know if it was because of my post, but i specifically told people not to shit like that. people on editblr can be immature as hell.

i dont want to be too quick in saying things have been resolved, so i'll edit or delete (not sure which would be better atm) the post later once you have shown that you're going to give credits.

i promise to you all that i wont do this that often, but i believe that speaking out is required to make change.

@d1ctor is an art thief who refuses to give credits for the art they use in their layouts and their edits.

i tried to be kind to them at first because they didnt clarify on what they meant by "brain issues" back then – i thought that they might have meant maybe something like autism that can hinder someones understanding. but, no, they meant that because they have memory issues, they shouldn't have to credit the artist.

this was me again, checking to see if they'd credit anybody. they still say no despite me having told them ways to credit the artist and offering my help just in case.

having "memory issues" is not and will never be an excuse for stealing art when there are still ways to keep track of the artists, such as writing them down, bookmarking the page, etc. they clearly just don't want to because people have told them to do so.

do not fucking harass them. do not send hateful messages to their inbox. it will do nothing, as they've already established that they won't be crediting artists no matter what. just block if you'd like and don't request anything from them.

i understand where you're coming from. the hate you get isn't deserved, but i have to say that it is understandable. you are going to get hate unless you properly credit the artists because its something you should be doing and its rude not to. saying you won't makes it come across like you just dont respect the artists at all.

you'll be more liked once you do start crediting the artists, and all of this will go away in time.

EDIT: i'll be keeping this post up just so that people will see – the issue has been resolved, and @/dictor has told me she is planning to add art credits to their posts now. whether or not they will continue to do this has yet to be seen

i'd still like to emphasize for people to not send them hate, harass them, or spam them for any reason. its immature and you're a bitch for doing so. okay?
