IDK how to describe my dad ;-;

A few days ago, my dad was checking his cart in an app called "Lazada" (it's a popular online shopping app mostly for Malaysians) and he saw that some hairbands worth MYR128 were placed in an order. My dad knew he didn't buy it, so he complained to the seller and demanded the money back. However, the seller did not give him that, so he complained this matter from Malaysia, to Hong Kong and then this complaint reached the US XD

Anyways, he got his refund and got to keep the product :D
