Then, she pointed at the boots. “They’re a little tall, don’t you think?” Link looked her up and down and ran a hand through his hair. “Yeah, but…I mean, I think they look– you look…cute.” He cringed. Why did he always have to get tongue-tied when giving her compliments?

Link, a landowner from Faron, follows the ancient Zonai custom of allowing those in need to follow after the harvesters in his fields and take whatever is left behind.

When his distant relative, Sonia, arrives back in Faron with her widowed daughter-in-law, Link does not hesitate to provide aid to the two of them in their troubles.

What he does not expect is for the younger widow, Zelda, to be so resilient. And beguiling. And intelligent. And beautiful.

Perhaps a little extra generosity can go both ways.

The first chapter of the sweet Zelink love story I wrote with @flutefemme has been posted!

Coming Friday afternoon! (EST)

The girl, Zelda, tilted her head down as Reede addressed her. “Your generosity has already saved myself and my mother-in-law much worry. I do appreciate you extending the opportunity for me to glean behind your workers.”  “You’ll continue to do so as long as you need,” Link interjected, stepping up next to the two. Zelda raised her face to his, her green eyes going wide as their gazes met. He plastered on his most welcoming smile. “May the goddess bless you,” he said.   “And you,” she said, her tongue stumbling for a reply. He held the new basket out to her, hoping not to frighten her. “My name is Link. I’m the owner of these fields and these groves. You are more than welcome to come here any day you like, and I will be happy to supply you with whatever you need. Follow after the harvesters, and when you’re thirsty, please take water from the jars. You will want for nothing here.”

This has been a story that has been in the back of my brain for a long, long time. I asked @abbyz-elda if she'd be interested in co-authoring this with me and she enthusiastically agreed. This is a TotK AU based on one of our all-time favorite love stories. We are so excited to share this with you!

I never officially said on my blog i was taking requests.

Sometimes, people asked what were my thoughts on various LoZ ideas, news or on my headcanons. I post doodles with my replies when I feel inspired and when I have a little bit of time. So far, I did quick sketches of requests because I was in a good mood that day and because they were simple crowd pleasers❤️ I know i dont have too 😉

This blog is to share my headcanons and stories. When I draw a request, it's because i feel like it. And guess what. I was taking a coffee break, and felt like doodling.

Skyward Sword Zelink are so damn wholesome and romantic, arent they? Thank you for your kind words on my art. Take care,

RAHHHHH I AM SO FERAL FOR THIS FIC

wrote 950 words of bells 18 today so it's at 3,2k words now. nowhere near my stats back in 2023 (i wrote 5k in one day once) but hey i'll take it. anyway here's a snippet

Prologue snippet:

Link’s dark blue eyes sparkled with amusement. “Found you, Mouse.”

“No fair!” she cried, but her protest dissolved into laughter as he mercilessly tickled her. When she finally broke free, her breath came in ragged gasps, and her mirth deflated. She scowled at the cocky grin plastered on his face. “Stop calling me Mouse. I hate that nickname.”

He tossed a lock of blond hair out of his eyes. “Do not.” 

“Do too!” She marched past him toward the Great Fairy fountain situated at the center of the garden. Blue and green rupees, scattered along the bottom, glittered in the bright afternoon sun. “I’m never playing hide and seek with you again if you keep calling me that.”

Many, many thanks to my fabulous friends who have been an endless source of support and encouragement while I wrote this.

@zeldaelmo for all her help as I plotted out the story and for ensuring that Zelda's characterization was consistent. I believe at one point she said, "Zelda is acting like a spoiled, ungrateful brat." 😅

@bahbahhh for all her help with character motivation and that the story stayed true to main theme of undying love and devotion. She also felt extremely sorry for Shad and said, "Poor Shad, you're too good for this world." 😂

and @abbyz-elda for giving each chapter a final read through to catch any grammatical and narrative mistakes. I seem to be averse to the using commas properly. 😉 She also spurred me on by periodically checking in to ask, "How is Kiss going?"

So, thank you all so very much!!! 🫶

Chapter 18: Sequela

Her hands trembled at her sides, the tablet clenched tightly against her chest. “You’re throwing away everything,” she whispered. “Everyone. You’re going to doom him. You’re going to doom us all. ” “I’m trying to save him,” Robbie said, reaching forward and prying the slate from her fingers. “No—!” she cried out, but he’d already turned away, marching toward the pedestal. “You don’t get to make this decision for him!” she screamed, surging forward, but he shoved her back with his shoulder. “ Roberton Quincy Aldred! ” Her voice broke, thick with grief, rage, and desperation. “If you do this— I swear to Hylia —I’ll never forgive you.” Robbie froze, then slowly removed his goggles and hurled them to the ground, turning to face her. His blue eyes blazed with a fury she’d never seen from him before. “Don’t say that,” he spoke through clenched teeth. “You know this is his only chance—our only chance. If we don’t put him in now, Hyrule is gone. Forever. Don’t hate me for doing what you couldn’t.”

Get ready for the most intense chapter of the story. Why didn't they end up together? Read on and find out. Get out the tissues, this one's a doozy. 😭

My comic takes a very long time to clean because each panel has this level of polish. "The Message": A Zelink fancomic, coming out... eventually?! 🫠 I'm sorry if i keep posting the same panels over and over. I have reached the point where I cant afford to show panels taking place after this one because it will spoil too much. I enjoy surprises. I bet you do too. Also, if i dont post as much, just assume i'm working on this 😂

"Technically Speaking" Update!

Chapter 17: Cataclysm

“Gods help us…” he whispered, voice trembling. The field below had become a battlefield of nightmares. Guardians swarmed across Hyrule Field and surrounded the fortress, mercilessly mowing down the soldiers who tried to resist. Thick, red tendrils of malice pulsed from the five spires, pouring down the obsidian towers like blood. From each dark ring embedded in the stone, more Sheikah machines dropped endlessly, one after another. Above it all, the monstrous phantom boar circled the castle, unleashing a haunting, guttural roar that echoed across the land—a grotesque call to arms for the mechanical horde tearing through everything in their path. They were in a waking nightmare.
