[The blow actually knocks him on his ass. He sits there for a moment, stunned before he lifts a hand to his jaw to see if it's even still there.] Damn, you got a hell of a right hook there. Do you lift?

Faulty piping?
[She unleashes a calm sigh then simply steps over the pipe, stalks towards him and throws her fist at his jaw. If it hits, she snarls at him.] Watch your mouth, before I make you eatthat pipe.

Just enjoying the view from back here, sweet buns.

Faulty piping?
Yup. [She utters the word dismissively then grips the pipe again and presses a foot to the wall so she can tug.] Want your face done next? [The wall crumbles a little as the piping separates. Pleased with her work, she sets the pipe down on the floor then eyes it and puts her hands on her hips.] What do you want? [She questions his motives without looking at him.]

Well hey there, She-Hulk. Doing some remodeling?

Faulty piping?
[In an empty room, Angel kicks at the piping on a wall until it begins to bend and separate. Then, once able to, she grips the metal in both hands and gives an almighty tug.] C’mon. [Almost without resistance, it tears away and she nearly staggers backwards. Surprised, she quickly regains her footing and stares from the pipe in her hands to the wall.] Whoa, the fuck?

Bored out of my damn mind around here. [Frank says the words after he squints, leaning down to read what she wrote in response.]

[/Snapping out from her thoughts, her eyes flickered up to see Frank standing not to far away from her. She smirked slyly.] It's good peachy. You?

[Frank's spent most of the day messing around in the offices, going through people's personal things and finding amusement in what these office workers must have done to keep themselves sane behind a desk all day. When he notices Mia, he pauses in what he's doing.] How's it going, kid?

[/Mia’s smile faded as her back met the the small column behind her, letting out a light sigh. She pressed her forehead against the cold glass, almost fluttering her eyes closed in the silence.]

[Omar walks forward clutching a box half-full of candy. A makeshift sign was taped to it asking to support a soccer team.]

I suppose they forgot it…

Frank gave it some serious thought. What if they hadn't been moving? What if they'd barricaded themselves inside of a building, started putting together their own little base, or fort, or last bastion of human civilization or whatever - where would they be now? Drowning, probably. Unless Samson was supposed to be the next Noah and build a god damned ark, he didn't think any of them would have survived sticking around in New York. The way the ocean was rising up, the way the rain was coming down, he doubted there was a New York left. His eyes moved forward, scanning for the Marine and he thought about Lydia's words that a day would come where he'd have the option to stab him in the back, but he'd choose to support him instead. He didn't know what would make him sway one way or another. Right now, he didn't trust him. He didn't think him capable, but he wondered what would change that.
"I do like me some pineapple drinks," he said simply in response. There wasn't really another answer to what she was saying. Go to California or stick it out somewhere here. He didn't know why they'd chosen a state all the way across the country, or what they expected to find there. California seemed like a shit place to be in the apocalypse, because it was hot and there were earthquakes and it was heavily populated. Everyone knew if the world went to shit, you head for the mountains. It was basic survival skills. But if the group had chosen California to head to, then he was going with them.
"Yeah, let's get something straight," Frank said, motioning with his hand that he meant serious business. "I'm here for my sister. Right now, that's the only reason. She thinks that we can do this group some good, keep you guys safe, then that's what we're going to do. But if the time comes where any of you, and I mean god damned any of you, try to drag us down or get my sister killed - then it's over. Plain and simple, princess."
