We hit level 9 last session, which of course means it’s time for a new fit! Who doesn’t love a new fit? Serendipity has been thru so much recently but fashion is the universal balm

Trying my hand at isometric art and background practice. I used a number of csp assets for the patterns but this was a fun experiment. Though I accidentally made it a little too dark whoops >>;

Welcome to the fair!

This is Cacklecrank, my new character for a Wild beyond the Witchlight campaign! They're a jester golem sold to the circus by their creator, with a list of pre-programmed terrible jokes to tell. Gaining sentience didn't stop the spell that makes them tell the jokes, it just let them hate them.

I could not find a single warforged jester, or even just a robotic one on any of the sites I checked, so for this mini I ended up actually making them myself in Blender, which was pretty fun. It was mostly just playing with basic shapes and modifiers until I got something that looked fun.

I probably made things a little hard on myself, since I wanted Cacklecrank to look really thin and lanky, and with a sort of V body shape, with those wide shoulders and thin legs, but it worked out pretty well in the end.

I kinda want to make more things in blender, but I'm also slightly terrified of it. Cacklecrank is easy since every part of him can stay separate right up until I finish posing him, which makes edits and replacements really easy.

These two butt heads at almost every opportunity during Husk’s first few months in Iljak but eventually it evens out into a friendly rivalry. They’re similar in so many ways but would never acknowledge it XD

Went sketching in the city yesterday and I tried drawing the Majestic Australian Bin Chicken. My model was very patient with me but I don’t know if I captured her true majesty✨
