I hate to be that person, but it really fucking sucks to like Felix the Cat when the majority of fan made content of it now revolves around a shitty edgy multi-series crossover AU made by a creep of an artist. A crossover AU where the characters are drawn in a pretty boy faux anime art style to the point some of them are unrecognizable, mangles the portrayal of it's characters in order to force cliches and tropes onto them or shove them into molds, and where Felix was super eager to hop onto a grieving Oswald who was just widowed but the narrative treats it as anything but questionable. You know that feeling where you wouldn't mind something if it didn't completely overtake everything else? That's what this thing is to me, beyond just me genuinely thinking it's not good. And I adore crossovers, so it has nothing to do with me thinking something is "cringe", too.

The first letter of "Felix" is an "F" Which also happens to be the first letter for "Feline" AND Felix is a feline

I barely realized the little spike on Felix's forehead in some shots IS SUPPOSED TO BE HIS FUCKING BROW

For the longest fucking time I thought that little spike was supposed to be one of his cheek spikes made visible, kinda like how Mickey's ears are always forward.

Also to answer the ai question, Yes and no, It's drawn by a human but its animated with ai, Y'know whats funny about that is the guy who made it is against ai but still use it? I don't know
