Following on from my last post, please can we take a moment to talk about and appreciate the way intimate scenes between Yashiro and Doumeki have altered from Yashiro's perspective.

Frustratingly it's most obvious during oral scenes because when I was looking at the last couple of sex scenes Yoneda has drawn, there is a lot of Yashiro's fingers in Doumeki's hair that weren't there before since Doumeki was usually performing at a distance (like when his back was to Yashiro in the hospital) so I'm going to use the kiss scene from Doumeki's house to represent that dynamic.

It's all very angled towards Doumeki doing things to Yashiro, but post time skip, Yashiro becomes much more active/open to intimacy with Doumeki, from Doumeki stealing him away from Kido onwards.

Like he's actually so tactile the whole time he's pinned against the wall. And

I think that the increase in desire to touch and be close to Doumeki is part of his way of communicating he wants to be treated gently without actually saying anything. I just think that Yoneda Kou is so clever in her use of sex scenes and from the way chapter 57 ended I think we're about to get a lot more of them.

I want the sex friends arc where they finally speak. Or someone just lock them in a room together *looks at Nanahara*

It’s sad that even in US textbooks there’s absolutely no indication of what was really going on. A lot of teachers who teach about this are clueless about the events as well. This is proof that time and time again our country has failed to apologize for its past actions and show people the truth. This country has a bad habit of making enemies of people of different races/religions/ethnicities but too prideful to apologize for persecuting people of different cultures and often sweeps it under the rug. It’s become a trend nowadays to belittle the suffering many had to go through. I hope we can all learn something from this.

How to handle Cupcakke and her controversy with BTS

If you aren’t aware, recently many ARMYs are angry at American rapper, cupcake over her series of inappropriate tweets toward Jungkook.

I won’t say the tweets because it’s too sickening for me to type, what I did want to discuss, though, was how us Armys should deal with them.

If you saw her last tweet, a lot of the ARMYS that asked her to stop were threatening her and telling her to kill herself: why are we doing that? As ARMYS we’re supposed to represent and give a good name to BTS, yet every time a comment is made about BTS that makes them uncomfortable, we always show a terrible side of us to them. If we want more people to like BTS, we can’t show them how rude their fandom is. I know she did make uncomfortable comments about him first, but fighting back this way does not fix it.

Lastly, I want to address the comments we made and how hypocritical we are being about them. Not all of us, but many Armys who are angry about the sexual comments Cupcakke made about Jungkook so the same as well. Bighit has told Armys that Jungkook no longer looks at the comment section under any of their videos because of the sexual comments Armys make about him. Isn’t that sad? Jungkook is afraid of reading comments made by his own fans because of the things we say about him. Jungkook has just become an adult in Korea - it’s not okay for us to keep specializing him like that because it obviously disturbs him. This incident should be a lesson for all of us to stop saying these things about not only Jungkook but everyone in BTS. It’s things like this that distance Armys from BTS and make them seem bad.

Instead of getting angry and starting fan wars, let’s use this as a chance to change ourselves and the way we treat BTS. No matter what they say, don’t get angry at Cupcakke or her fans and just use this as a chance to show them how great of a fandom we really are.

BTS as a Family: Part 4 - VMon

Sorry for the wait guys, I’m finally back with an analysis on BTS as a family. I know it’s been a while but my goal is to post at least once a week. Despite that, I have become very busy ever since school started so please bear with me if I’m not able to make it. This post will be about our leader, Kim Namjoon (RM as he now likes to call himself), and fashionista Kim Taehyung (V).

If you’ve been keeping up with BTS then you’ll already know that these two spend a lot of time together. BTS has mentioned in one of their Run BTS! episodes that these two spend a lot of time together and even share the same room now. They’ve purchased gifts for each other and aid each other in skills that one may be a bit lacking in.

I won’t lie, after hearing this, I did expect their relationship to be more of one where Namjoon was teaching him things and Taehyung would be intently listening to all the knowledge Namjoon would generously give him, but after seeing their interactions time and time again, I now know that I was completely wrong.

Rather than Taehyung being clueless, he and Namjoon are on equal terms with each other. The two both have a lot in common with each other and get along very well. Namjoon helps Taehyung with his language skills while Taehyung inspires Namjoon. Remember season 2 of BTS Bon Voyage when they were reading letters to each other about what they appreciated about a member? In Namjoon’s letter, he mentioned how he was sort of envious of the way Taehyung could easily get along with people. Namjoon may be very intelligent and philosophical, but smarts are not the only thing that you need to survive in the world. I think Namjoon is already aware of what he’s lacking, and I think Taehyung sort of reminds him of that. Despite one being “smarter” than the other, they both ended up in the band known as BTS. Likewise, Taehyung may have a magnificent personality that is hard not to fall in love with, but he does not possess the same amount of smarts Namjoon does. Their differences probably brought them both to the realization that they were not perfect, not to say that they ever thought they were, I’m saying that they must have realized this more when they debuted as BTS together. Usually when people realize things like this they come to despise the other person, them becoming closer is proof of their maturity.

I don’t know why we assume what the relationships in BTS are like without putting much thought into it. Maybe it’s because of their appearances or the what we know them as in front of the camera. After writing this, I’ve realized that there are many things we don’t know about BTS, which is why I’m thankful that the way they’re treating us now is the same that they’ve always been. New people are joining our fandom as we speak but they’re still treating us as the same fandom that’s supported them since the beginning. It makes me glad to know BTS.

Sorry for such an emotional ending but I got kind of sentimental while writing this post. In other news, yes I still read yaoi and Caste Heaven has still not updated yet but I will continue my post about why I like the story... sometime in the future. I’ll try to post at least once a week starting now but no promises. Sorry these posts are always so short and I hoped you enjoyed reading!

DO BTS REALLY CARE ABOUT EACH OTHER?!

Whenever it’s a birthday or a celebration they never forget about each other. For example, when Jin wasn’t able to attend his graduation ceremony (they knew he was sad) so they celebrated with him

When one of them stops acting his usual way they know it. 

They are always silently taking care of one another, be it when they are awake or asleep.

When one of them cry the others run to hug him and console him. 

Even if it is just a small task they offer a hand

Be it singing, dancing or producing, they are always teaching and assisting one another where they lack. 

When they get each other gifts even if it’s not their birthday

When they feel the pain of each other with just a glance. There was a time Jin hurt his neck and Jimin saw that he was struggling so Jimin kept cheering him up.

Even before debuting they stood by one another at hard times

Even Bang Pd and the staff at BigHit can’t believe how much love they have for one another

These boys don’t see BTS just as a business but as a family who holds each member dearly. 

So how much do BTS care for one another? I don’t think even words like “greatly” or “remarkably” can describe it well. But I will let their deeds define it better than any speech.
