i took a break from this shit like months ago and now I've just regressed back into my old eating habits but I haven't gained? (maybe one or two pounds)
anyways I think it's because I don't eat alot anyway, but to loose weight quickly I need to be eating 300-500 cals a day so!

im gonna cut out sugar because I heard that even if you're in your cal limits, insulin released from sugary foods makes your body store the fat instead of burn it
just natural sugars from now on (fruits, vegetables wtv)
