Hi! I sent an ask before you got termed and i was just wondering how losing face fat went? Did it go away naturally or did you have to do specific things to get rid of it?

Hiii! Yes I saw the question but didn’t have a chance to answer it before. Glad to explain it now <3

Face fat was one of the first things that I noticed slimming down when I was starting to lose weight. if you avoid too much sugar and salt your face won’t be puffy and will start to slim down a lot.

I also do some face massages to slim my face and helps a lot to get rid of tension on the face and water retention in the face too.
