We are 20 and go by he/they pronouns ^^ I am an osdd system, as well as have schizoeffective disorder type bipolar as well as adhd! i bring this up as we talk about mental health here a lot!! though we do repost/talk about other things i promise

if you can’t eat a whole meal, eat half. you ate, that’s what is important.
if you can’t get out of bed, try and sit up instead of lying down. it’ll be better for your back and your blood pressure.
if you can’t shower or have a bath today, try and brush your teeth and clean your ears. it’ll keep you a little cleaner, and we often forget those areas. 
if you can’t get dressed today, change underwear and use some deoderant. it’ll leave you a little fresher until you have the strength to change fully.
and remember, i’m very proud of you. your best will look different every day, and that’s okay.

Plural tip for systems that track fronts; be lenient on tracking who may be active. Like, this is your brain, not the tax office. You don't have to perform a bunch of extremely specific checks just to make sure a headmate is truly active; you can just acknowledge their presence in whatever form that may take. Trust that they'll talk to you if they want something, and just let yourselves be. Even if they don't do anything, it still gives them history. Your headmates will appreciate having a place in your system's history, even if they don't remember exactly what they did or said in every single instance.
And even your front history isn't entirely accurate? They'll likely still appreciate that you think about them.

I feel we dont talk about routines with ADHD a lot. I can force myself to do something every night as a "routine," but if I miss just a single day doing it, I can no longer force myself to do it and I give up on the task. I dont feel I ever truly have routine because of how easily it gets messed up and how it never feels natural to me.

Processing truama is such a weird thing especially when you know your ex is an abuser, but you dont have those memories, you only remember the good so its hard to not go back to them.

I’ve seen a lot of systems talking about wanting to start a system journal! So I wanted to share some of our pages!!!
We filled our last notebook recently, so this new one is mostly ‘about’ sections so far ♡
Most of our “daily journal entries” are kept in our phone’s notes app, but we use the physical one for therapy sheets, personal expression, and group projects! Once more pages are completed I’ll share some of the more therapy related stuff <33

The more i get better and heal, the less time i find myself being online. And honestly? its very nice. i dont notice so much shitty things, but i do miss a good bit of my friends. Majority of the people i talk to are online, but now that i no longer need it as an escape from my life, i dont talk to them as much and its sad. I just want to be able to be healthy and have them at the same time.

Sometimes I’m fine with my lonely existence. I’m used to being alone. I don’t have to constantly mask which is what I do whenever I’m around others. I can lay in bed immobile while watching hours of whatever show I want or listening to music. Other times I loathe it. I see others surrounded by friends. I never experience belonging. Some days I only talk to myself. I see human connection and feel excluded, watching from behind a gate. If I was meant to be lonely like I obviously was meant to be, I wish there wouldn’t be painful reminders from everywhere. I wish I could be lonely in peace.
