If you guys could pray for my coworker and her baby. The baby was 4 weeks early - which should have been fine, except the hospital staff are incompetent and/or unresponsive resulting in prolonging the NICU stay with issues they caused.

I need your help

Here’s the situation: On December 23rd last year my father became physically violent against me and assaulted me. I decided then I wasn’t safe around him and had to get out. I was lucky enough to get a place and move out quickly.

I was planning on surviving the test of my school term on my student loan, however for whatever reason the second half of my loan has not been given to me and I’ve been unable to secure it.

I’ve paid up my rent for this month. And have just enough for next month assuming I buy literally nothing. I don’t know how long the food I have will last.

My rent is 1,000$ a month. Food on average 150$ a month. Plus I have medication. I’ve tried seeking financial assistance but haven’t gotten far.

If you can provide any help or charity I’d greatly appreciate it, if you’d like you can commission me for a small donation. If you can’t prayers are appreciated.

This week has been a nightmare. I cried so much 2 nights ago I don’t even remember going to bed. (Partially because I disassociated real hard as well). I’ve been dealing with a constant migraine for 2 week, and I can’t get relief. Wasps are terrorizing me when I try to go outside, therapy had to be cancelled and I also had to temporarily cancel seeing my dentist so we could pay rent and other bills. I’ve been rejected by at least 10 of the 42 applications I’ve put in this week, and got ghosted by a bakery I sent references and images to via text after they asked me to. I’m exhausted physically and mentally. I have run out of local jobs to apply to that I can actually work, and there’s no light at the end of the tunnel for me right now.

But God is still good. He is still taking care of us. He is still right here with me through it all. Through the trials and tribulations, through the fact that I’m crying as I type this because my heart is broken and I’m pushing myself to keep believing it. He’s still good, beyond measure. Beyond anything my brain can comprehend. I know we will come out of this because He is on the throne and He knows what His children need. Without God I would have literally no hope right now. But any that I have is simply because He is.

I would like to request some prayer. I'm a bi woman and I have been attracted to one of my friends for a while. Last night, several of us were hanging out and after a few jokes had been tossed back and forth between the two of us, there came a moment when both of us knew that the other was only half-joking. We're both are bi. Since last night, my feelings have kicked into overdrive. I've been praying and trying to do what I can to manage how I feel, and would definitely appreciate prayer support on that front. However, the main thing is that I think the two of us really need to have a conversation. I feel the need to clear the air and be honest about my attraction, and ask for forgiveness if I've overstepped at all. We both need each other's support, so please pray that one of us has the courage to reach out. That we remain faithful and can find ways to preserve friendship while not doing anything to encourage temptation.

What I will suggest tho is definitely have an idea in mind of what boundaries you two need to put in place to keep you both from sin.

and if you do have a conversation maybe don't have it in a private place and don't have it at night. Sometimes even the earnest admission of attraction for the sake of honesty/transparency can ramp up tension esp if its mutual so just be careful.

U.S. Representatives Chris Smith, Claudia Tenney and Michelle Fischbach have unveiled the Let Pregnancy Centers Serve Act of 2025, H.R. 2226, which will prohibit federal, state, and local governments from discriminating against pregnancy care centers because of their life-affirming mission.

“There are more than 2,700 pregnancy care centers throughout the United States—each and every one of them an oasis of love, compassion, empathy, respect, and quality care for both mothers and their precious children,” said Rep. Smith, co-chair of the Congressional Pro-Life Caucus. “Yet state governments like my state of New Jersey and some lawmakers seek to discriminate against pregnancy care centers by violating fundamental conscience rights to compel complicity in abortion.”

ACTION NEEDED: Contact your representative. Call the U.S. Capitol switchboard at (202) 224-3121 or email them. Urge them to demonstrate their unconditional support for women and children by supporting HR 2226.
