Chest day!! I don't know what I'm doing here, lol. Just thought I would make a progress post. As you might be able to see, there is some evident asymmetry (perhaps due to scoliosis?) but despite these "flaws", I'm proud of what I was able to accomplish with my body. It took such a long time to get to this point. When I compare pictures of myself from 2 years ago to now, I'm astonished by the huge difference in my overall appearance! I still can't believe that this is what I look like now. I always thought that this happened to "other" people and I was doomed to be skinny for my life, lol. But, this shows that with dedication to exercise and with a proper diet, one is able to change their body and grow.
