GOLDEN RULES: MINDSET
β€’ reflect on who you are now : it may seem obvious, but to understand what you want to change in your life, you must first understand what needs to be changed. once you understand this, it is time for the next step…
β€’ imagine your future and your future life! : who do you want to be? the good thing is that it is up to you to reinvent yourself. the best thing is that it is up to you to control yourself.
β€’ start answering the following questions: who is she? how does she act? how does she deal with and talk to others? how does she want to be seen by others? what are her motivations? what is her outlook on life? what are her strengths? what are her weaknesses and how does she work on her insecurities?
β€’ start journaling: get seriously organized and start planning your days. make short todo lists and prioritize tasks. keep your journal close and mark the tasks you have just completed. it will help you to be consistent and is an effective way to easily achieve the big and small goals in your life.
β€’ trust the process: it is a marathon, not a sprint.
β€’ what goals do you have? : write down the top 5 goals you have in life (there can also be more of course). how do you plan to achieve them? write down a realistic step-by-step guide on how to reach them and start working on your goals now. it is never too early to make your dreams come true!

GOLDEN RULES: LOOKS
β€’ eat a balanced diet and stay hydrated: one of the best things you can do for your mind and body is to eat a balanced diet and stay hydrated. focus on whole foods, limit your sugar intake and drink filtered water with electrolytes. drink herbal teas to detoxify and smoothies to fill up on vitamins.
β€’ start exercising: get into the habit of moving more and find your exercise routine: swimming, pilates, weightlifting, yoga, walking outdoors. It can be anything.
β€’ develop a skin care regimen based on your skin type: determine what your skin type is and purchase products that meet your needs.
β€’ develop a hair care routine: grow your hair and focus on its health. find a hair care routine and products that do exactly that.
β€’ become a style icon: to reinvent yourself you should get rid of the things you no longer wear and build a capsule wardrobe. focus on quality and not quantity.
