Hello people! :) I thought I'd add a disclaimer that I'm in no association with Glee or Fox, just a random person doing a survey. I would appreciate it very very much if You filled the survey, reblogged it or passed it on to other Glee fans. And a big thank You to all the people who have already taken the survey! :)

Okay, school is over and I have time to finally finish the survey. Although, looking at the feedback of previous posts about the survey, not that many people responded, in any way at all. And that makes me think not that many people are interested in the results.
Is there anyone out there who still wants the rest of the results? Cause if there aren't then I'm not gonna bother.

Comments
"Quick is OTP for life." "Even though relationships aren't my favourite thing about the show, I do ship some couples. I also ship Will&Emma, Rachel&Quinn, Quinn&Will (I know, very unrealistic!)" "I like Kurt&Sam, Will&Emma and, depends on my mood, Rachel/Quinn" "Brittany and Santana are totally legit, js." "KLAINE FOREVER" "Klaine 4lyf" "I love their dinamic (Quinn/Puck)" "They just belong! (Kurt/Finn)" "I don't like it when everyone dates everyone x) I need for Glee to find its 'it-couple'... I really like Will/Emma" "Puck & Kurt is my OTP, and Sam & Kurt." "the only pairing that is really central to the show since they're the extended metaphor (Rachel/Finn)" "KEVIN MCHALE!" "Finchel just describes the rollercoaster I am going through, Quick is a polar-opposite relationship that I adore, Bartie is beautiful and simple, Asian Squared is just wonderful in its simplicity, Wemma is the only adult couple I can stand. (:" "Quinn on her own" "Emma&Will - you totally left out the adults..." "Will/Emma!!!!! OTP for life." "Rachel/Independence) even though i'll probably never get any of those. :(" "Puckleberry and nothing else" "I'd like for Quinn and Rachel to become friends." "Quinn and Rachel (I can dream right?)" "I can't decide if I like Puckleberry or Finchel more!"
Which episodes have been Your favourite so far? 116 Duets 102 Journey to Regionals 101 Never Been Kissed 99 Sectionals 93 Furt 85 Special Education 82 The Power of Madonna 80 Theatricality 79 Britney/Brittany 79 Vitamin D 76 The Substitute 70 A Very Glee Christmas 69 Pilot 64 Bad Reputation 63 Dream On 63 Grilled Cheesus 62 Wheels 53 Laryngitis 52 The Rocky Horror Glee Show 51 All of them 50 Mash-Up 50 Preggers 48 Hell-O 47 Ballad 46 Mattress 44 Funk 41 Audition 41 Showmance 39 Hairography 31 Throwdown 28 The Rhodes Not Taken 27 Can't decide 24 Home 18 Acafellas
Comments: "I mostly like the ones that feature a major Kurt storyline."
"Journey, easily. It was the best of all simply because of the fact of the remarkable song choices by all of the teams and how unexpected it was that New Directions came in third. Quinn giving birth to Beth during Vocal Adrenaline's Bohemian Rhapsody was genius. The Quinn/Puck scene in which he confessed his love for her was easily my favorite scene in Glee so far. There's the joy of them getting another year too, and the song selection that came with it (To Sir With Love and Somewhere Over The Rainbow) it was brilliant."
"Duets because it involved all of the glee kids and not just the mains."
"the emotional episodes seem to be my favorite"
"Seeing Kurt in love with Finn was very endering"
"Furt was a kurt overload. :o"
"I can't decide, but I think the first season was better than the second"
"(Britney/Brittany) just as far as entertainment, not as plot development and such, mostly i just liked that heather morris was singing."
"The front 13"
"KEVIN MCHALE!"
"(Mash-Up, Duets, Special Education) the 3 of them were outstanding."
"Bad Reputation is my number 1 :D"
"Again, I've liked all of the episodes. (The several chosen ones) are the ones that made me smile the most though, and I like to smile. Others have made me feel more emotional and others have made me just think about my life."
"the episodes with Blaine's character"
"(Furt) Made me cry my eyes out"
"It is hard to chose only one."
"some a little more than others"
"Notice that I didn't tick any of the boxes from the season two episodes? Yeah, I HATE what glee has become."
"Love all the episodes but the one's I marked I seem to have enjoyed the most (even on repeat!)"
Which handled subject has been closest to You?
47 Sexuality/Sexism/Homosexuality/Homophobia
"The Kurt/Karofsky bullying situation"
"The Brittana relationship."
"Kurt and his sexuality."
"The gay bullying, though I feel as thought it has been handeled poorly."
"Sexuality (kurt, brittany, santana)"
"Being terrified to come out"
"Sexuality"
"sexism, i guess. though they haven't done too much with it."
"The touchy subject of sexuality."
"They never really handled it that well, but the whole Santana/Brittany Duets thing. "
26 Bullying
"Overall, Bullying."
"bullying I guess. I have been bullied when I was in high school."
"When Blaine todl Kurt "courage" and how he shouldn't run. This hit VERY colse to home for me because I left Highschool and started homeschooling because of Bullying. I'am actually going to take Blaine's advice and go back next year.. I should have Courage. "
"Bullying. Not necessarily because of sexuality, but in general. I love how Mr Schue teaches them being kind and graceful."
"bullying (well at least getting picked on)"
"Bullying. I just wish they adressed it right. It's not just gay bullying that is wrong."
24 Relationships
"How to handle someone who isn't a team player like Rachel."
"Honestly, the one where Mercedes feels lonely because Kurt is was always off with Blaine. And I felt her pain when Kurt transfered and her reaction broke my heart."
"Rachel being lonely and wanting to be loved by Finn."
"Unrequired love (Kurt - FInn)"
"Rachel team work"
"I'm not sure if this'd count as a subject, but Rachel's feelings for Finn after he dumped her were probably the most relatable for me."
"the nature of the relationship between finn and rachel"
"Rachel's social status"
"The way Rachel gets treated and the things she goes through."
"having no friends. "
"being an outsider"
"Chasing fame."
"Rachel's not being appreciated storyline"
"Tina and Artie's relationship and the general Glee Club friendships"
"I feel like if they went more into Mercedes personal relationships (like having boyfriends) I would relate to that a lot because I have only ever had one serious boyfriend, and that only lasted a month. That being said I relate to Kurt and his desire to have a meaningful relationship and Beiste because I have never been kissed before either (granted I am much younger than she is)."
"Furt and the bonding with Kurt and Finn"
"Being with someone for all the wrong reasons. "
"Cheating girl/boyfriend"
18 Self-esteem/Self-acceptance

"Obesity"
"Maybe the Mercedes' weight issue, even though it hasn't been properly handled."
13 Illness/Health/Family
"Burt's heart attack"
"A need for a Home"
"Almost losing a family member"
"Emma's OCD"
"Disability"
"well, I think that having there Becky and Sue's sister shows something that is very real and that happens everywhere"
"I believe that the issue of family has hit me most. I've been struggling with mine for the past four years or so, especially with my own parents, and so every time an episode deals with something relating to such I really focus on what is going on and who handles what, and how."
"I love the storyline between Sue and her sister. (I haven't been through something similar but it's very touching)"
"Kurt almost loosing his dad was really sad :("
7 Religion
"Kurt's disbelief in God really touched me and his issue with his father's heart attack. "
"The topic of religion, really hit close to home."
"The not believing in God and the reactions from others"
"Religion, especially atheism."
5 Adoption/Teen pregnancy
"Quinn's pregnancy. My sister got pregnant when she was 16."
"Probably Quinn's pregnancy, since a close friend of mine went through teen pregnancy..."
"teen pragnancy/adoption"
Other and comments mentioning several subjects:
"Emma crying in her car all by herself :P"
"Being diffirent & loving to sing more than anything"
"Not for me personally, but i am loving the stuff for Kurt."
"losers"
"Mercedes falling in love to Kurt. And her weight issues. And Tina's shyness."
"The minorities subject in throwdown that was never addressed again seeing as how the minorities are still the least developed characters."
"Homophobia. I'm straight myself, but have many homosexual friends and they watch the show and have told me that it really helps on their confidence :) Except my best friend, she's practically a narcissist :) And also "a man's world", body image and many others!"

"Being yourself and not being appreciated or respected for it, and bullying."
"Psychological problems / sexuality / bullying"
"I can relate to Rachel's insecurities about being alone and not finding a boy that likes her. I also liked The Power of Madonna's view on feminism and girl power. "
"Bullying, coming out"
"The whole bullying thing with Kurt was great, and really touched a lot of kids out there. I think the portrayal of all the outcast Glee kids (like Tina, Rachel, Artie, Kurt, Mercedes) was greatly covered too. Also when talking about Mercede's weight, and how Quinn really helped her with that. That made me cry."
"being bullied, and living without a family member"
"Disability , homosexuality"
"Bullying and Will's divorce"
"The one dealing with Mercedes and Quinn when they have problem with eating disorders and the fact that no one really likes Rachel."
"None, because I am not a gay man"
"How liking singing and dancing doesn't make you a loser. "

This has got to tell you something. She is obviously relatable to a lot of the fans, which is a reason why she needs to be spotlighted more.
In the Glee Survey results, for 'Who are you most similar to" TINA COHEN-CHANG WAS SECOND, behind Rachel

Your favourite Glee characters and actors/actresses
What do you value and like most about Glee? 238 The characters 220 The songs 190 The humor 136 The (strong) emotion it gives you 113 The subjects that are talked about 105 The plot 54 You only watch it cause You like an actor/actress in it 83 All of the above 39 The relatability 23 Other Comments "Rachel Berry" "What I like most is the distinct notion that the couples I "ship" on the show will be the endgame instead of the current one. I love the Puckleberry fanbase and the amazing talent they have." "Chris Colfer/Kurt Hummel and his storyline." "I love how groundbreaking it is. It goes where other TV shows dare not!" "There's nothing I don't like about Glee :)" "The songs and the cast will keep me coming back no matter what. Even when I'm disappointed in an episode there is still the music and this awesome cast." "I have grown to adore the cast and they are a huge reason I still watch." "I watch it because of an actress I like but it is not the only reason. :P" "Finchel!" "I love how the show has brought so many fans together through the fandom and has allowed us all to find each other through a common love." "I only watched it occasionally until I found out Darren Criss was going to be in it but now I'm a huge fan of everyone and everything else." "It can make you both smile and cry" "It gives me an online community! and usually its people who dont have much of a social life, like me :)" "Pretty much everything!" "And also all the slashiness." "it's mostly the strong emotions that i feel while watching it, it's made me more happy then any other tv show has. it's made me cry and in this new season it's scared me, in a good way!" "Love everything because that's what the show is, not specific things but this show is made up of waay to much to disappreciate." "Lea Michele" "I used to relate to it because of the fact that they were underdogs, fighting and being bullied by people more popular than them and in spite of that, they over come everything." "I love everything about Glee. It is easy to relate to all characters, songs and plots." "Heather Morris." "I really like the fact that they bring in life lessons and make people aware. Like for example Kurt Hummel's story line." "I love every aspect of it.. At first I was very skeptical to the songs.. I'm not a fan of covers.. but now they're really growing on me, and I love them just as much as the originals!" "I originally watched it because of Lea Michelle, but now I watch it because I love everybody." "The humours has dumbed down a bit though." "I *USED* to value all of the above" "There's someone everyone can identify with" "The message it sends." "After creating this masterpiece in the F13 of S1, the writers have done everything they can to ruin Glee, but the characters they breathed life into have become like frankenstein--or frankenteen--and taken on a life of their own and this is what is saving the show. The songs have not been nearly as good this season either but there are still occasional gems." "I am a musical theatre fan, so I followed Lea Michele's career onto Glee. I enjoy most of the characters now. I am a fan of good singing, so I enjoy the musical performances. I also like the heightened stereotypes, the inclusiveness that the show strives for and the humour." "I'm waiting for the show to revert back to the original six. I can make do without all of the Finchel. I want more Tina, more Artie without Brittany, and definitely more Mercedes. Kurt's doing fine for now. Definitely need more Tina and Mercedes." "I only watch coz of Brittana." "The actors/actresses really do make the show though." "KEVIN MCHALE!" "I like the confidence it gives me." "I value everything about this show. I don't watch it for one actor/actress though, but for everything that makes it." "The song covers are always amazing. The things I value the most, however, are the plotlines and characters, and the message it gives." "Songs every week are brilliant. Gets fans very emotionally attaached, subjects talked about are very important. and has the occasional funny moment. Plot can sometimes be inconsistent but fans don't care due to great everything else." "The cast" "The relationships and what they go through as well." "They all compliment each other" "the songs are really the best part, and tie the whole thing together for me, and make it a worthwhile show. i don't know if i'd watch it if there wasn't music, though." "The characters are my number one favorite thing about Glee at the moment. This season has been lackluster, but my favorite characters keep me coming back." "Glee has helped so many people come to terms with the things they hate the most about themselves. Glee taught me, that just because I am not a perfect size two or the prettiest girl ever, doesn't mean that I can't be loved by someone as much as anyone else." "Plot is not always the best and sometimes forced, but I come back for the actors and the music. No matter what story they're telling, you can see their heart is in it." "i like kurt's story line the best." "Please, for the love of all that is good and holy, Glee needs to amp up its continuity. They need to revisit Beth's storyline and give Puck and Quinn some closure. And they need to give Rachel a friend already. Kurt's in another school so he doesn't count. But Quinn? She and Rachel have those moment that could develop into friendship. It'd be epic." "All above makes glee worth watching. The songs, the plot and the characters are amazing and so are the actors that play those characters. But there's also meaning in this show and it's humor is great." "I would have loved to be able to say I love the plot, but since there is no continuity at all, I couldn't. Also I like Rachel, Sue, Quinn and Becky. The other characters are horrible. I wish the show was more consistent. And Rachel's bullying was adressed. It's not funny." "Darren Criss and Chris Colfer." "In the beginning I liked heraing songs that are a little older (now they use recent songs more often) and it made me like musicals more. I love the actors/actresses they are perfectly cast." "Everything about the show is amazing. The cast, the song choices, the emotion, the subject matters. Each part makes the show what it is. Without one, the show wouldn't be the smash phenomenon gleeks have grown to love." "I like that Glee is a well known subject that alot of people have varied opinons on, its good for discussions :)" "Everything about Glee is the Best!"
Who is Your favourite Glee character? 150 Rachel Berry 136 Kurt Hummel 131 Brittany Pierce 100 Quinn Fabray 98 Santana Lopez 88 Sue Sylvester 77 Noah Puckerman 70 Finn Hudson 66 Mike Chang 55 Artie Abrams 50 Burt Hummel 43 Emma Pillsbury-Howell 41 Shannon Beiste, Tina Cohen-Chang 32 Becky Jackso, Mercedes Jones 28 Sam Evans 27 Will Schuester 25 All of them 20 Dave Karofsky 19 Carole Hudson 15 Terri Schuester 13 Principal Figgins 12 Lauren Zizes 9 Blaine 8 Can't decide 5 Jacob Ben Israel 4 Ken Tanaka 3 Jesse St James Comments about Rachel Berry "Driven, tlaneted and misunderstood. The true underdog of the group." "Because she has the greatest voice" "I love her enthusiasm and her belief in herself. She is very self-confident but also self-concious at times." "Just the best" "because she has the confidence to go after her dreams and for the most part stay positive even though people are very mean to her" "Because she is an outsider (even to the glee club) and even though she's a bit annoying and everyone hates her sometimes, she is very forgiving." "Rachel is the heart of Glee" "Rachel has to be my favourite because she's so determined to prove that she's a star and I wish I had the confidence that she does." "She was driven, knew what she wanted, but still helps people when they need her. She needs to find herself again, I felt like she was all about Finn lately and she needs a friend. :)" "Because she goes through what I go through, but yet she has the balls to go about getting what she wants and I aspire to be able to be as strong willed to stand up and be proud of who she is in such a small community. I see much of myself in her, yet I too live in a small part of rural Ireland and are subjected to the same petty comments and general bitchiness that Rachel endures..And it's comforting to see it on the screen and I feel that Lea portrays it amazingly, I no longer feel alone, that nobody understands what I go though, because Rachel is going through such similar predicaments. I know it sounds silly to compare myself to such an amazing character, but hey! It makes me feel better!" "She admitted herself that she wants everything too much, and she's so completely determined to achieve her goals. And, despite everyone thinking she is annoying, she has a good heart and amazing in every way." "My favorite Glee character is Rachel Berry because of her strong female presence and her great talent."
Comments about Kurt Hummel "I have a few favorites, but Kurt is my top favorite because he can be both funny and serious. Chris Colfer is a great actor." "He's me. I relate to him so well and I am thoroughly invested in his story." "I like Kurt Hummel, cause I like Chris Colfer. He is the best you can find out there. He is not self absorbed, he came from the bottom and worked his way up. He is an awesome actor. I admire him to no end." "Kurt Hummel. His dress sense, his witty comebacks, and just him in general. Brittany and Sue, they are just hilarius!" "Kurt's storyline is realistic, funny and very emotional. So far he has the best plot." "because he's AWESOME and FABULOUS and FIERCE" "Kurt is my #1 favorite because he's so real and relatable. He struggles a lot but manages to stay strong through all. I also love how loving and forgiving he is." "Kurt, kind of represents or shows what it is like being openly gay in School. I also love him because he is sassy and his character is just great all together." "he is giving hope to so many people around the world. and of course chris colfer is a brilliant actor and singer." Comments about Brittany Pierce "I love Britannys one liners."
Comments about Quinn Fabray "she's very complex. She's not just the typical head cheerleader. She's not just a teen mom. She's both and she has grown so much since the show started yet, she still is the awsome popular Quinn Fabray." "because she is the best" "because she's played by Dianna Agron and I think there is more depth to her home life much like the other two cheerios" "Please stop destroying Quinn's character development. She's taken two steps forward and now five steps back." "She has the most character development, she's funny, she has good plots, people can relate to her, she's pretty, she has the best facial expressions and her voice is amazing."
Comments about Santana Lopez "She perfectly embodies the bitchy "don't give a fuck" attitude and balances it out with the right amount of "giving a fuck" when it comes to Brittany and a select few other moments." "I think she is viewed so far at least as very one sided, a mean bitchy cheerleader and there is just so much more depth to her than that." "Words cannot describe how much Santana Lopez means to me." "Because she is relateable."
Comments about Finn Hudson "Besides his adorable face, he's always been the "leader" and I love to watch how he faces all the conflicts in his life." "He is so oblivious it's adorable and though he makes misstakes he always has the best intentions. he's also the most realistic characters with the most obvious flaws like a constant need to be popular and liked by his peers"
Comments about Mike Chang "mike chang ftw"
Comments about Artie Abrams "He's just awesome. I love Kevin McHale." "KEVIN MCHALE!" "Because appearance wise, he's the most like myself, and also personality wise - except I treat women with a bit more respect than he does." "Um- Kevin Mchale!! Hot nerd lovin'!" "He is so cute and funny and in my opinion, has the best voice."
Comments about Emma Pillsbury-Howell "If you take off the Howell part, Emma is totally the best plot in this show. I would love to see her sing more too..." "I've loved her since the Pilot. She's so sweet and innocent and totally adorable. Not to mention that Jayma Mays is an amazing actress and Wemma is wonderful. :3"
Comments about Sam Evans "he's hot, but I like all the others too ^^"
All of them (and comments that include more than one character) "Cause everybody has this role that really touches my heart" "i like a lot of them, the ones i checked are my favorites though. i like tina and artie b/c i'm a mix b/w both of their styles+personalities. i like kurt b/c he's a smartass (or..used to be...) and i like mike b/c i can watch him dance all day. and his facial expressions are funny" "I chose four for different reasons. If you asked me during season 1, it would've been Quinn Fabray, because I liked seeing her character change and develop, but now as season 2 progresses, I like to say that my favorite character is Santana Lopez. There's so much depth to her and I would love to see the writers explore that. You can tell she has this facade and I would love to see what would happen if that wall was broken down. I want to see whats behind all the bitchiness. I also added Brittany because of her epic one-liners and her dancing skills, plus I really love Heather Morris. Finn is my favorite male character because I like seeing his character develop as well. He's the dork, but at the same time he is the "popular quarterback". I love how he is learning to accept that he can be both." "I loved preggo Quinn, her character development was incredible. Not as much now, in season 2 but I strongly believe my Quinn will come back. I love Puck because he's badass and a bad boy, but he is a better person with Quinn around, so there's two different parts of Noah's personality we get to see. Santana is a bitch, she will always be a bitch and the HBIC and that's what I love about her. She's funny too." "(Burt, Kurt, Mercedes) They seem to be the sweetest and fiercest." "Kurt- He brings a lot of heart to the club. He's the character who never fails to make me laugh, cry, or simply awe struck by his talent. Burt- What every father should be Santana- Every show needs a bitch with a heart. Brittany- Humour and dancing, two things I love. Puck- Every show needs a bad ass with a heart. Sue- Every show needs a villian, who bellow it all, has the biggest heart out of everyone. I adore this woman. And she has awesome one liners." "Although Kurt by far is my favorite character I love all of them. They each brinf something to the show. Even the unlisted Blaine Anderson, Jesse St. James, Howard Bamboo, Carl Howell, and all of the unlisted characters bring something to the show. But overall Kurt is the one I can relate to the most, and Chris Colfer's acting never fails to blow me away." "You forgot to add Brad - the piano man" "Kurt Hummel is a beautifully designed character. He is snarky but caring at sometimes. His attitude I love and his plot line is just so incredibly formed and dimensional. Mike Chang has always been a favorite, he is so happy all the time and I love his dancing. Nothing in the world would please me more to see him have something a little more than "Tina's Asian Boyfriend" I just think the character can be looked into more. I really like what I see from him. He is loyal, considerate, he doesn't care what other people think and he wasn't one of the jocks that tortured or harassed the underdog. David Karofsky is...so interesting. I really cannot wait to see what the show holds in store for him. I think he has a great potential. The character is something I look forward to seeing develop." "Well I love Santana because she is a bitch, and a loveable one at that. She's witty and funny. But my top fave is Brittany. She may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but she's got a kind of innocence that i somewhat admire. and her one-liners are amazing. Plus she has a deeper side to her, now that we're seeing her in the relationship with Artie" "(Kurt, Burt, Sue) Because they all have very interesting plots. And they're just so awesome." "kurt is my favorite and has been since the second episode. my glee world revolves around him. i NEED dave in every episode! Carole is amazing, one of my favorite scenes in glee history is when she hugs Finn when she finds out he's going to be a father and he's crying" "I love all of them" "Tina & Emma I can relate to a lot in very different ways and I wish they were shown more. With Artie, I always like the nerdy type and I think he is a very unique character, I adore him. Will, well, he was the creator of glee club and I love how he is like a father to them he get's too much hate in the fandom which he should not be getting." "Mike and Brittany, are the only reasons I still watch." "I love them all, because there would be hard to imagine Glee without them.. With that said, I still want to cast a single spotlight on the Hummels... They are incredibly gifted and for awhile I had to remind myself that they were not actually related.. That scene where Burt tells Finn off for using the word 'fag', I stood up in my bedroom and gave a standing ovation.." "(Rachel, Kurt) They were confident and didn't care what people thought of them. However, things have changed in season 2 for some of the characters." "Also, Howard Bamboo and Sandy Ryerson." "I love Sam and Quinn because they are cure together. Sam brings out the best in Quinn and makes her happy, and Quinn been through a lot and she deserves someone." "(Rachel, Quinn, Santana) I can relate to something in all them whether it be my strive to be better than myself, my take no crap from anyone attitude or the fact that I've gone through more than someone my ages should have to." "Rachel - I was skeptical about her at first but she really grew on me. I relate to her drive and ambition but also her vulnerability. I think she's a great role model for kids. Finn - he's just so endearing and innocent. Plus Cory is hot ;) Sue - she's hilarious; she pretty much has the best lines in the show and Jane Lynch is legend Carole + Burt - I think they're awesome TV parents. Brittany - she's just hilarious as well and such a fabulous dancer Prinical Figgins - also hilarious. Mike - amazing dancer, he needs more screen time for sure Beiste - great new character, I think she's quite the anomaly!" "because they are funny and the best!!!" "Kurt is just all around amazing, fabulous, and everything i've ever wanted to see in a character on tv :) Noah is just sexy and badass but also kinda sensitive...secretly" "They're perfect in every way. Sue's and Brittany's lines kill me every time. They're hilarious." "(Rachel, Noah, Kurt, Mike, Becky) They are like all the normal people and they face the same troubles we face" "I find that I relate to Rachel a lot. She is a complex character that has a lot of confidence on the outside, but is also very vulnerable on the inside. She can be selfish, but truly cares about her glee club. I also love Finn. he is just a teenage boy trying to get through high school, and sometimes says the wrong things and has a lack of filter, but is hilarious and very sweet and caring" "They're all so relatible in some way and each has a unique personality and are different and it's very refreshing." "Rachel Berry is a character that has needed to be represented on tv for a while. Her voice is beyond amazing, and her clothes are adorable. but most of all, Rachel is the most complex/developed character on the show. Quinn is also great, but underused." "Everyone is so different and brings such dynamic elements to the show it's hard not to love everyone." "(Kurt, Burt, Sue, Dave) Those characters are the ones that make me really keep watching the show." "(Santana, Brittany) These characters have a mad amount of potential, if the writers were to give them the time." "I just love them especially Kurt and Blaine. They're so human unlike a lot of other characters on TV" "Rachel Berry is very much like me in many ways. I automatically took a liking to her. Santana and Puck's badassness is too amazing. Sue is evil yet great, and Jane plays her fantastically." "Rachel is strong, even though writers aren't doing her justice this season. Brittany and Sue are brilliantly hilarious. And I used to like Kurt, but I'm tired of story-lines being about only him." "Rachel is my double. Will is just hot." "Actually I love every one of them. But most of them I like Rachel, Emma and Brittany. Rachel is just really amusing, but she's also such a strong character and she knows exactly what she wants and although she sometimes seems like a diva she seems to be a nice girl. Emma is just superadorable and I'm a big fan of Jayma as well. Brittany is hilarious and seems to have a golden heart. These 3 are three amazing women." "I have no favorite character from Glee. I respect them all. Throughout the season you get to see each character grow and learn their struggles on a personal matter. In the end, you grow close to all of them and learn to love them." "why wouldn't you not like any of them; they are all amazing and talented! The creators did an amazing job casting glee." "Rachel because I relate to her in several ways. Kurt because I feel like he's very, truly inspiring. Beiste because I just love the originality of the character and Dot Jones plays her very well." "Lea Michele is the most talented actress of her generation, Naya Riviera exudes swagger, Chris Colfer is endlessly perfect and Heather Morris' hilarity is heartwarming." "Brittany pre-Bartie Santana pre-gay panic Also FABERRY FABERRY FABERRY FABERRY FABERRY" "Kurt - Kurt is my number one favorite character on Glee not just because he is funny, charming, quick-witted, and has an amazing fashion sense, but because of what he can stands for in the community. I am straight, but I live in a town where being homosexual isn't always viewed as a good thing. His character has the opportunity to broaden people's minds and provide an example for people who feel oppressed like he does on the show. Burt - I absolutely love Burt because he is everything a parent should be. He is loving and accepting and he works so hard for Kurt to feel loved and for Kurt's right to love who he wants. Artie and Brittany - I loved Brittany when she first opened her mouth. Every episode she has great one-liners and I think she brings out the best qualities in Artie. He has become much sweeter and has stopped objectifying girls. He is also a great emotional character (I know I am not the only one who cried at the end of the Christmas episode when he stood up with the robotic legs!)." "Santana because Naya is the best actress in the whole cast and Santana is a BAMF. Tina and Mike because they are extremely talented but totally underrated. And Brittany because... Well, I used to like her in season one." "and Shelby Corcoran."
Comments about Blaine "AND BLAINE YOU CAN'T FORGOT BLAINE" "Dude, where the fuck is Blaine??? He is my number one!"
Comments about Jesse St James "Well I went with Will and Rachel, but Jesse St James is my real favourite!!"
Who are You most similar to? 91 Rachel Berry 81 Tina Cohen-Chang 68 Can't decide 35 Quinn Fabray 31 Kurt Hummel 31 Santana Lopez 30 Mercedes Jones 22 Brittany Pierce 20 Emma Pillsbury-Howell 20 Finn Hudson 17 Artie Abrams 12 Mike Chang 10 Sam Evans 7 Noah Puckerman 6 Terri Schuester 6 Shannon Beiste 4 Lauren Zizes 3 Dave Karofsky, Will Schuester 2 Sue Sylvester 1 Carole Hudson 0 Becky Jackson, Burt Hummel, Jacob Ben Israel, Ken Tanaka, Principal Figgins Comments about Rachel Berry "I talk excesively just like my friend Rachel here, and I'm afraid of rejection. I believe she's my spirit animal. Also our shared love for Broadway and Barbra Streisand." "We're both totally obnoxious and "controllists"." "I love the character of Rachel Berry because I feel she and I are very similar. I am also the "outcast theatre-major" who everyone is less-than-enthused about. I use the same vocabulary as her and I prefer to listen to the musical stylings of past performers on Broadway than the top 40 hits of today. I can relate with her on her love for theatre as well as her intense desire to be on stage for a living, as that is also my dream. Not to mention, I am also going through my own Finn/Rachel dilemma." "as much as it pains me to admit it." "On the outside I seem really comfortable with myself and my voice but I can break easy" "Rachel Berry, most definitely. I am currently on Broadway. Growing up in high school I was always being pushed around. I was never respected for my talent. Also, for the longest time I tutored our high school's quarterback Sam McGufie- who I always had a major crush on, but was dating someone else like Finn was with Quinn."
Comments about Tina Cohen-Chang "Tina I guess. I am a bit shy." "Tini because I am very shy but when around people I know I'm very bubbly." "Same personalities and clothing style." "Not as goth as her but when I was in high school I was a little emo kid." "im asian." "I'm most like S1 F13 Tina - shy, pushing people away." "I'd say Tina but then I don't have her confidence but I guess I'm most similar to her despite that." "She is shy but once you get to know her she has a great personallity. I'm not really dressing like her." "I chose tina only because I was shy in school and very quiet. (kinda still am)"
Can't decide (and comments mentioning several characters) "i have no idea. I think no one." "I dress nerdy like artie(although not as bad) despite what others may think, and i'm also a nerd. I'm like Tina b/c I'm shy and I had a speech impediment as a kid (mine wasn't fake though. haha!)" "I look like a female Kurt and I will diva rule music, like Rachel when I forget to stop myself.." "asians!" "I always say that I am mix between Rachel, Kurt, Tina, Blaine, and the dorky side of Sam. I have a bit of each of them in me." "None of them, really." "I'm most like Brittany and Santana i'd say, because i can be a bit of a bitch, and smart. But i can also have blonde moments like Brittany, and say just really dumb things." "I am not sure who I am similar to, I was an outcast in highschool and I had no friends in my class :/ so thats most of the glee club...so if kurt hummel was a girl, and not gay or just the situations that happened to him, that was me. I was considerered different. And instead of applauded, I was put down by my classmates and staff. I was not strange, I was not a dork. I dressed niceley, I have style. I am not ugly. I just liked different things. And my entire class (small school) was the same type." "i've never really identified with any of them but since i have to chose: tina because she seems like she has self esteem issues and she can't really pick one style of clothing. and kurt because he's so emotional and has a lot of inner struggle" "A healthy mix I'm hoping..." "im kinda like artie minus the wheelchair and mercedes and brittany." "I think I'm quite similar to Kurt because we both seem to be really into fashion and sometimes I can be a diva just like him and Rachel. At the other hand I'm also like Rachel because she knows what she wants in life and searches for real love. And they're both really girly (if you can say that about Kurt, too.. :DD) and so am I." "The characters are stereotyped beyond belief...its hard to relate to any really" "(Rachel, Quinn) They are so inspiring and they both have things to deal with that i have had to deal with before." "I think that I share the drive that Rachel and Quinn share. The both are willing to fight for what they want, and so am I. Although I wouldn't topple others to be on top, I relate to their determination and sometimes feel like an outsider." "I'd say both Tina and Santana. Mostly Tina though. I'm a cheerleader like Santana and sometimes snarky and sassy." "Finn in HS, Kurt now."
Comments about Quinn Fabray "I know what it feels to be someone big and then get knocked down to almost a nobody and then work hard to get it all back." "There are a lot of things about Quinn that I can relate to (except for the pregnancy and stuff haha) and I just love how she has this layers to her" "Quinn's a pressed lemon."
Comments about Kurt Hummel "Back when I was 16, I was just like him." "I'm not similar to him, but I relate the most to him. I always find myself crying in his scenes."
Comments about Santana Lopez "but don't sleep around"
Comments about Mercedes Jones "I'm not very similar to any of them, but I'm probably most similar to Mercedes because she is always trying to be a good friend." "IM A DIVA" "I'm like Mercedes. Not the absolutely amazing voice part. The part of her that's confident but also quite self-concious at times."
Comments about Brittany Pierce "I do have a few blonde moments but probably because I have a best friend extremely similar to Santana and I also have a love for dance."
Comments about Emma Pillsbury-Howell "I have mild OCD and suffer from depression."
Comments about Mike Chang "I can't sing but I use all my other talents to fit in :)"
Comments about Dave Karofsky "I wish I could say I'm strong like Kurt, but I get frustrated with myself way too often and lash out in other people pretty much like Karofsky does."

"so you think you can dance allstars" "I love Holly Holiday!" "I started really getting into the show because of Darren Criss and I still think he is the most amazing part of the show. I also really love Neil Patrick Harris and Jonathan Groff." "Darren Criss is one of the best things to happen to this show." "NPH because Darren is a regular now and not a guest star or else it would be him hands down :)" "Darren Criss.. Seeing a Potterhead making it big is always awesome! And NPH.. because well .." "Victor Garber" "Haven't seen half of these yet. The second series only just started here." "putting Darren Criss from AVPM is one of the best decisions glee's made, now if only they made him fall for kurt they'd have MANY happy fans, which means more publicity, but no they have to be dumb and say no." "KEVIN MCHALE!" "Love love love for Jonathan Groff :D" "(Chenoweth, Groff, Menzel, Newton-John) I am a sucker for theatre alumni as well as anyone who has sang previously. "CHRIS COLFER...I am bias though" "i kind of think of this show as a cartoon, in a good way, the characters sort of dress and talk like cartoons but, the ppl i chose give a little more, chris colfer for sure!" "(Monteith) he is so amazingly talented yet so underrated" "they all play their role really well I couldn't see anyone else playing them" "Harry Shum is very underrated :(" "Hummels. Hands down." "(Lynch) She's just genius" "this is quite difficult because not all of them have been given adequate opportunity to shine! How do you define Glee? 2nd part
Okay, sorry again for the delay but today has been one of the few days in a long time I've had internet connection. And I'm finished with a part of the survey - characters. And the second part to how people define Glee.
Now, as I've seen a lot of posts about Darren Criss on my dash I've kinda realised that there are a lot of his fans out there and I'm so sorry I left him out in most questions. I didn't think he was a regular that is the reason why he wasn't in there not cause I don't like him.
Anyway, here are the tops and comments about characters (I haven't finished the couple shipping question yet but I thought I'd post these quickly before my internet connection is gone again). All of the comments are copy&pasted, so if there are spelling errors, don't look at me :), incidentally please don't get mad at me if I didn't post your comment:
So, some people saw the show as a story about misfits/people/relatability:
"Glee is a musical tv show that deals with the reality of the life of the HS students in US." "It's a TV show about our generation." "I think Glee is a show that has a little something that everyone can enjoy, and that opens up to important issues without making them overly dramatic or comedic like some other shows tend to do." "Comedic look at some serious subjects that effect teens today." "Fun, feel-good and a wonderful opportunity to reach out to teenagers about issues such as homophobia, etc."" "a show made to show and represent how the young people in our generation thinks and feels.." "Awesome, the topics they talk about are most people's problem but are too afraid to share it." "Glee is more than your average high school themed show. It's not all about sex and parties. It's about the charachers, being who you are, discovering yourself, and well I could go on forever. The music is just an added extra special (and magical)element to the show. There is nothing like Glee. It's the REAL high school musical." "Awesome! A drama/comedy about a group of outsiders at a high school learning how to be themselves and be proud :)" "It's one of the most inspiring and well put together shows on television. It teaches lessons, it makes us laugh, it makes us cry. Sure, I can get disappointed in some of the covers but I like most of the music as well. The actors are phenomenal especially Chris Colfer, Harry Shum Jr., Max Alder, and Darren Criss. I just think it's a brilliant show and it will always hold a very special place in my heart. It has given me friends, it has given me courage to be myself, it has given others a respect for the underdog." "Absolutely amazingly awesome and really easy to relate to" "I am not quite sure what this question is asking, but GLEE IS MY LIFE!!! It brings out topics people dont discuss, it makes people aware of whats going on in the world some what for outcasts. Chris Colfer RULES" "Glee is a musical comedy all about embracing your inner underdog and being proud of who you are" "Musical Comedy/Drama Speaks to those who are considered "misfits" and lets them know it's alright to be different."" In simple.. something special and unique which is relatable to all the underdogs out there :)" "I define glee as a show that helps guide mis-fits through high school. The characters suffer what your average teenagers do during high school" "Glee is about making people feel happy, even if the topics in it are serious" "A show that shows stereotypical teenagers in an American high school and reveals them to be just like all of us. Each character embodies a certain characteristic." "A show that once was a salute to the underdog, but is now just as shallow as every other Hollywood product." "an enjoyable way to relive my high school years." "I define Glee as a television show that deals with real issues, both adults and teenagers can realte to no matter what gender, sexuality or religion you are." "I wouldn't recommend it to the younger kids, but I would recommend it to older teenagers. It's great to sing along to, fantastic to sit down and watch." "i think its a great show that not only introduces older songs to the newer generation, but it also is about breaking away from the norm and expressing who you really are and overcoming hardships, but with alot of drama to keep it entertaining :) its got a little bit of everything" "a show that outcasts, misfits, anyone who feels they are not a part of something can relate to and feel special about." "It's a show about bringing together different types of people and showing them that they are not alone and that as different as we may be, we're still the same." "Glee is a show that has no single audience. Although mainly directed at teens, many others enjoy it. Younger teens, young adults, older adults. It has no boundary and that's what the show itself is also. No boundary. It attacks issues that not many other shows dare to. it showcases talents and beauty that you can't always find on another program." "Gle iss the TV show about kids in a high school, who define all the different stereotypes but all join a Glee club. It's a show about conquering your obstacles, facing your problems and fears and being your best no matter what people say or think." "Very new. I don't think i've ever seen a show with this amount of music.. And i love it!! who can't relate to music ?" "A show about showing that people are more than their stereotypes and the power of music in a person's life." "a show about kids who have their own issues but come together in music." "I think it's a show for all the nerds and geeks out there who are proud about it, and about who they are. It's not often you can find a show that has such diverse characters you can almost find a little of yourself in each of them." "I would define Glee about a group of underdogs in high school who come together as a group to belong and also to be able to express themselves openly"
"Glee is a musical comedy that shows the diversity of different people in the world."
Glorifying words and short descriptions:
"Fun, carefree" "Amazing" "Refreshing" "the best show ever created." "I would define Glee as an amazing tv show. It breaks the stereotype of normal tv shows based around high schools." "Awesome" "fun, bubbly, feel-good show" "A very funny, entertaining and enjoyable show." "The best show ever." "Happiness. Every week, it brings joy." "Amazing. Glorious. Incredible. Awestriking." "Funny, Heartfelt, touching, satire." "its incredible and the whole cast is very talented!" "Ground breaking and insightful. A wonderful platform for issues that NEED to be discussed." "Hilarious, brilliant, perfect." "Problematic" "Outstanding!" "It's damn AMAZING!" "Absolutely brilliant. The best TV show I've ever seen in my life." "Very, very funny and artistic." "heart warming and fun" "Good. Cheesy, but good." "The best thing ever invented!" "Eye opening, Great and emotional." "Fun, funny, interesting. Original, creative and educational." "As a great one, it might not be the best right now, but it has an amazing potential." "Guilty pleasure. An escape." "Ridiculous, fun, hilarious, and all-around awesome." "Very original" "Amazingly epic. Game changing. Influential." "Wicked" "AN EPICALLY DRAMASTIC HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL OF AWESOME." "THE BEST THING THAT HAPPENED TO LIFE." "It's more than that, it's a lifestyle." "Uplifting, and usually a happy light relief from everyday stresses." "Funny yet dramatic. Relatable and perfect." "Groundbreaking." "Epic as hell." "good music. funny. silly. heartwarming. feelgood. not enough continuity." "Brilliant and fantastic, it stands out, very musical and you can sing along." "Funny, touching." "uplifting, very funny. great for all ages, brings humor to music and an alright plot to keep it all going." "An inspiration" "A great big ball of epicness that is evn more epic now that Darren Criss is in it." "one of a kind" "incredible. i look forward to it all week. inspirational. motivational. funny. sweet." "The best thing that happened to television. Pure amazingness. Pure talent. The work of creative geniuses. I could go on and on, but I'll stop there." "cheesy feel-good american high-school show, with some cheesy feel-good cover songs." "Fun, meaningful, singable!" "Best.Show.Ever" "Obsession" "The best TV show to ever air on FOX! It is funny inspiring and ever so awesome!
Other opinions and lessons learnt:
"Glee is life. My life" "very fun and funny. And the music is the best part. And I Love Kevin McHale." "it is really funny. As a whole i really like it, i should say i actually love it. But sometimes i want to punch the writers in the face for the lack of continuity in the storylines and in the charactewrs development." "I think it's the most amazing show out there, it has everything (unless continuity, I blame Ryan Murphy for that) but what's good about this show it that, regardless, it makes me and other people happy." "Bringing back the true show-biz and starting dreams"
"It's an amazing show. It incorporates comedy and serious issues nicely and the music is fantastic." "Glee has become a great escape from the usual tv crap they're showing these days." "It lacks continuity, a lot of interesting plotlines are ignored without previous warning and things really happen too fast, but it's very easy to relate with most of the characters and the insecurities they deal with. Consequently, it's very easy to fall in love with them too, and with the show itself, despite all its flaws." "A clever comedy that deals with the ups and downs of the students and teachers of William McKinley High School. It centres around the Glee club which means there's musical numbers. I think the show is fun and heartwarming." "The greatest thing to ever hit tv. The things that it achieves are amazing. It battles very strong issues that bring peoples attention to them. It's just utterly amazing."
"The best TV show I've ever watched and it really inspires a lot of people." "Something original and fills people with a range of emotions." "an uplifting musical comedy with tear filled drama and a big heart!" "It makes me happy." "Glee makes me feel that I am not alone." "A fun comedy about a group of misfits with amazing talent" "The fandom is crazy. Glee used to be amazing in so many ways but now it's just a non-consistent, unrealistic show. Yet I love it. It's my crack." "Not the best, but pretty damn fun and entertaining."
"A show about a showquire" "It's VERY feel-good.. I love that after each episode I feel happy and just positive regardless of how serious the issue enlightened in the episode was.. The show is an eye-opener while at the same time it's pure entertainment!" "I define Glee as a show of diversity and acceptance." "It's one of the best comedy's that's been on tv for ages. It has everything. Humor, drama, reality, everything." "It's hard to define." "It's a show that helps people open up and understand that it's cool to just be yourself. There's a part of everyone who is a "freak" so just love and own who you are and some day it will all get better." "An amazing show with a powerful message every episode." "I define it as a phenomenon. TV, has never seen something like this before. And it will definitely be sticking around for years to come." "A show that used to stand for being different, but has slowly tossed that imagine into a show about everyone dating everyone if they want any screen time." "Freedom to be who you are, and an opportunity to hear songs I wouldn't normally listen to." "I define it as one of the most watched shows for our generation, that needs to stop repeating storylines from season 1" "I just love it. True, sometimes it just ruins itself sometimes, but it has everything a great TV show needs." "Musical Comedy that has sold out and lost it's original meaning" "Glee is just amazing to watch, it cheers me up every single time and I don't care what happens so much, because this is my favorite tv show and that will always be like that. I can relate to almost every single character in a way, and this show has helped me so much with my own life and dealing with it. It just means a lot to me." "KEVIN MCHALE!"
"Glee, by it's very definition, is about opening yourself up to joy. I believe that's what it's all about. It fills the audience with joy and laughter, but also feeling."
"Amazing. But lacking in continuity and character development." "Glee made me believe in myself." "Freaking awesome and it's like my life minus the slushie facial..." "It's a biting comedy with deep moments that icludes musical numbers in a not childish way and tackles important topics." "it's amazing, it's not like other shows, people might call me obsessed, but the characters are relatable, they don't all look they were made on a computer and for once there not popular hollywood perfect kids without any problems but staying at the top of the popularity radar, but they actually face the problems that the majority of people do have, it shows you that it's ok to be yourself no matter what other people think of you, and just to top it all off i love the music. if i was to define it in one word it would be unique or relatable." "It is not only entertainment but it is also a good way to inform people; and get people on Tumblr to fap over everything." "Be a part of something especial makes you special. glee teached me that I can be whoever I want. Glee teached me that when you fight for something you deserve. Glee showed me that I don't need look like the others do." "A fantastic, comical portrayal of high school and the musicality that we all wish occurred in it." "First season, it was a great show. Second season, the writers (meaning Ryan) are doing too much too fast and showing preferences to A character." "Large cast is risky, but characters are all wonderful. Plot lines are thin, consistency needs work. Songs are beautifully arranged." "A amazing show, that showed me that everything is possible." "Glee is a television revolution. Broadway meets television in this extraordinary musical series, centered around high school students" "a show that actually is trying to show a positive side of being different in a not cheesy way" "It shows me that its ok to be myself and not to worry about what other people think." "Could be better, but only because the only characters with the spotlight are Kurt and Rachel" "It makes me feel happy about myself and it makes me feel as though I am special, even if I don't see it. It seriously is the best thing that's ever happened to me, and I can't begin to explain how much the cast and crew have helped me to stay strong, and live." "Fluffy with the occasional lesson to be learned. A mass phenomenon." "glee is all about being yourself. It's important to be who you are, be different, do whatever you want. Everything you do is alright if you do it with all your heart. This is why, for me, glee is more than just a TV show." "Hmm it's like a melting pot of comedy/musical and a splash of drama." "I would define it as an educative TV show, because it shows you from a different point of view what people feel" "Glee is a show that changes lives. It changed mine." "It's my little moment of happy every week!" "I would define Glee as a pop-culture phenomenon that redefines the meaning behind old and present music. It will always remain a classic in my book." "A musical/comedy about a High School Glee club that faces a lot of adversity. In one word: ENTERTAINING!" "Glee is a TV show that embraces comedy, music, drama, and that sentimental side in all of us, too. It is something that has never been on TV before and it really is special, as the cast and crew say it is. :)" "It's an amazing show that I would say appeals to everyone." "A fantastic musical comedy filled with heart. It transcends what people usually define a TV show as being. It is not just an entertaining show, but the emotion makes it change lives. The characters allow people to make a connection that is not seen very often in mainstream media." "A show for the dreamer in all of us." "Optimistic, fun-loving... you take some things with a pinch of salt. But most of all, great music." "My definition of gLee is this: acceptance. The show values it in all aspects--from baby making, success, appearance, beliefs. Everything. The show has taught me to accept myself and I feel that if everyone can get at least half of an amazing feeling as I do, then the show is a success." "Season 2? It is the most pathetic excuse for a highschool dramatic-comedy. I still don't know why I still watch. Season 1 was awesome though."
Woah, this is quite a long post so I'll post the characters in another entry.

Are you ever going to finish giving the results of your survey? You got on our asses for like two weeks to promote this thing and now you don't even pay any attention to it anymore.
Sorry about the delay. I will most definitely post all of the results. It's just that where I live we've been getting bad winter weather and it affects the internet connection, it's very on and off. Mostly off. I have added all the numbers up and done all the charts/tops, I just need to add more interesting comments to the them as well.

Okay so here are the results of the Glee survey. I received 334 filled surveys. Some people sent the survey twice or more times. And some people didn't fill out the age and location part so some answer amounts are not in sync with the total amount of submitted surveys.
Here is only the beginning of the survey cause it takes a lot of time to do it. But I will post all of the answers :) (And hope you don't mind that the numbers are not in one line, they just don't stay in a line on here)

Okay, I don't think I can be bothered to bug more people and try to get more replies. I'm gonna post the answers on the following days. I'm not sure whether I'll post all of the answers at once but...they will all be posted eventually.
Thanks to everybody who took the survey! (And if there's anyone who wants to take it then please do it now cause I think I'll close it tomorrow evening when I should have more time) ;)
