Ok lemme just say that the final result is amazing seriously and the art is really cute I especially liked the spread and how well you associated the art of everyone with stories honestly I which we could have had a physical version of the zine it would have looked so nice 💕💕💕 anyway thanks to all the mods for all the efforts to bring everything together and to all those who contributes the final result was sooo worth it ❤️❤️❤️ thank you again for the opportunity

Yes the zine turned out so beautiful!! 😭💜 @ahumanintraining did spectacularly with the arrangement of the fics and artworks and making it very cohesive!

A physical copy would have been great, it's true, but hopefully with the PDF people can take it to a printing company and get it printed there to get the physical copy on their own at least!

A Thank-you note, from Artku

My Grayza journey started in maybe 2010. The first season of Fairy Tail aired on Animax. From the moment Gray looked down at Erza from that automobile roof in The Armoured Mage: I knew. This was my ship. Well, that season finished at Fantasia and I went on my merry way, confident Grayza would be fine. Ready for me when I picked up Fairy Tail again. As it happened, that was last year. What. A. Rude. Awakening. Starved of the ship I had nursed for nearly ten years, I turned to the obvious solution. Fanfiction. That was what lead me here. To the Grayza Fanzine.

I can't start a thank you note without mentioning Scribblery/@ahundredgyozas . You replied to my review of your ages old fic with news of the Grayza Fanzine, encouraging me to e-mail the mods even though I missed the deadline.

I was honestly thrilled when Mod Erza's reply pinged into my inbox.  I had expected to be turned away, told I was too new to join in the fandom's swan song. 'Who does she think she is?' I never thought I'd be so warmly welcomed or so avidly encouraged.

Being a part of this zine made me really happy. I want to thank everyone involved in it for letting me be a part of this journey with you. Thank you Mod Erza and Mod Gray, for your regular check ins and for beta-ing my work. You gave me something to be excited about when life was kinda sad.

A special thank you as well to Sou (@becausewhenyoupracticeyouimprove), @gaymirajane , prestocrayon (@always-needing-to-be-saved) and @watcher-ofthe-sky . Idk if it was deliberate, that your art and edits appeared next to my stories; but they were so amazing! They complemented each other perfectly. I'm always so uwu when I look at those pages. You all rock!

To all the various mods (Sorry @ahumanintraining , I know I caused you some trouble in the final weeks. You are the best!), the writers, the artists - you have been more wonderful than words can express.  I'm so proud my content gets to stand next to yours. 

Thank you for making this zine. Thank you for showing the 15 year old girl who started this journey all those years ago that there is a life beyond the canon. Thank you, for filling my life with Grayza. :)

I approached the mods for the @grayza-fanzine with this piece and they happily let me be part of it… and believe me when I say I literally CRIED the moment I sent it off because I never in my wildest dreams thought I could ever pull off digitally colouring one of my sketches let alone feature in a zine.

Here's the fanart which I have drawn for the @grayza-fanzine .

This is the first fanzine which I have been the part of and I'm so glad for it. Even though I am a gratsu fan, grayza will always hold a soft spot in me. Be it as a romantic pairing or a friendship one, this duo will always be one of my favourites.

Please go check out this fanzine, everyone has done such an incredible job; it is so beautiful and all the hard work is showing.

This is the graphic I made for the @grayza-fanzine that came out this year.  XD  I liked playing with the idea of the silhouettes and the sun and moon themes.

It's not often these days that I'm moved or humbled. Cynicism did a serious number on me. But this is absolutely astounding.

@origami-teacup, I think your journey mirrors that of all us. Past and present. I cannot begin to tell you how important this personal post of yours is for all of us who ship, or have shipped, grayza in some capacity. That they inspired you to become a better writer and reader is outstanding, and consider this a review when I say this: your words have the power now to reach the hardest of hearts and stir in them the same frequency of emotion that is in yours. You did it. You made it. You're a writer.

And thank you for all the time you invested into this ship. Grayza still means a lot to a lot of people, and the zine not only celebrates them, but all of you. You are the real heroes here. Thank you for allowing us to do this for you, and thank you for enjoying this. This is why we did it. For this very emotion.

Sorry (not really) for fucking up your studies, though. I hope this zine is something you can come back to over and over through the years. And again, thank you!
