Group Trip :)

If you were to ask me, “Greysn, what’s the best day you have ever had?” I would tell you June 24, 2025. Not only did I get to see Stray Kids, but I also took the best trip of my life. I’ve taken plenty of group trips, but this year it was on my bingo list to take one with people I enjoy being with. 

Cj, Lee, my partner, and I had an amazing time in Orlando.  I’ve said it a million times that we saw Stray Kids, but honestly, one of the best parts was getting to be with my friend group. They are my favorite people, and I’m not sure if they know it. One day I hope they know how much I love them, but I am here to talk about what we did not about how in love I am with my friends. 

The first day was just driving, and even that was a blast. We had a group playlist filled with random songs and Minecraft covers. Saturday was mostly spent on concert prep and a cupsleeve event. Sunday was one of my favorites. Cj and Lee have a tradition where anytime they visit a new place, they go to a zoo, so we went to a zoo! We had a great time taking pictures and seeing all the animals. It was hot as hell, but a great time. One of my favorite things to do is take pictures of my photocards in random places I visit, so I took pictures of my Lee Know card! 

After the zoo, per my partner's request, we went to a mall and walked around before heading to the hotel to play mermaids in the pool. Playing mermaids was so fun, it took me back to my childhood. We were having a great time, but the only other person in the pool did not seem to be. Sunday for dinner, we ate at Cici’s Pizza, somewhere I have never been, but everyone had high praise for it. There used to be one in the city we lived in, but it shut down. Getting to see everyone enjoy something from their childhood was sweet. 

The drive home was a blur of rain, napping, and crying over the concert. Somewhere on the eight-hour drive, we decided that we were gonna debut as the next NCT subunit. We came up with stage names, fandom names, a lightstick design, and decided on the fact that Mark Lee was also in our unit. Being a unit of NCT is still one of my favorite inside jokes. 

All in all, it was a great trip, which I cry about when I think or talk about it. I truly love my friends.

First Item Complete on 2025 Bingo! Stray Kids Concert <3

Acquiring concert tickets and attending said concert is the first of many things I completed on my bucket list. Two of my best friends, Lee and CJ, managed to get Stray Kids tickets for the Dominate tour stop in Orlando, FL. After which, I started checking for resale tickets for my partner and me. I thought it would be fun to go together! It took a few weeks of price watching and saving my money, but I managed to score tickets two sections over from my friends! We were a little bummed that we weren’t able to sit together; however, the countdown to see Stray Kids had officially started. 

We secured tickets around March, and those following months were the worst ever. If the wait didn’t kill me, I thought work would, but everything aside, time flew. Maybe a little TMI about my friend group, but all our cars kinda suck, so my sweet mom let us borrow her Jeep. Being able to see Stray Kids was already exciting, but getting to drive the Jeep was a huge plus. The drive itself was long but fun; we had a 13-hour playlist made and were playing the fun game of how long it would take for Sticker by NCT to play. The answer was about 5 hours. CJ and I also got great news about work while on the road, so all around a great drive! 

We did have a little trouble with our hotel, but the front desk worker was extremely helpful. The hotel was pretty nice, in a great location, and best of all had a pool. Even though the hotel was great, my favorite part was getting to spend so much time with my friends. We spent a lot of time at our hotel, just hanging out and playing mermaids in the pool. 

Saturday, June 14, it’s officially concert day! On the day of the concert, we didn’t have much planned other than getting ready and a cup sleeve event. Attending the cup sleeve was a first for the whole group, but we had a great time! We got some amazing freebies and got to mingle with other Stay, and had some great boba to top it off. 

After the cup sleeve, we went back to the hotel to rest, get dressed, and call our Uber. We went to the venue early, like around 4, to start lining up. While being in line in the hot sun was not fun, we took some photos and chatted with the people around us, so all around an okay time. Finding our seats and waiting for the show to begin was very surreal. I had been a K-pop fan for over 10 years, and this was my first concert. I had concert tickets for other shows, but unfortunately, lockdown happened, and I lost those tickets, so finally being at a Kpop concert was unreal. I have been a Stay for roughly two years now, and I never thought they would be my first concert, but I am glad they were. 

The concert itself was magical, and I only cried a handful of times.  I went in with Lee Know as my bias and walked out with I.N as my bias. I wish the concert and the feelings that came with it could have lasted forever, but all things come to an end. Leaving the concert was extremely stressful and depressing. It may have taken two hours and a random bus we had know idea where it was going, but we eventually made it back to our hotel. 

I fear post-concert depression still has its grip on me, and I want to go back to that weekend so much. I’ll include some of my favorite pictures and a photo of all my freebies! If you were at the Orlando stop of the tour or any stop, I hope you had a magical time just like I did.

Welcome to Grey’s Passion Project! 

I recently decided to start trying new things and put myself out there more, so I decided to blog about it! I am by no means a writer, and writing about myself usually makes me uncomfortable; however, this is the first step in trying new things.  

I made a 2025 bingo card at the beginning of the year, and now we can go on the journey of completing it together! I’ve already completed a few things on the bingo card, so let’s look forward to seeing those posts come! 

Now for the fun part! Some information about me: I am currently 25 years old, and I’ve been on Tumblr for like 12 years. I am interested in a lot of different things as well as in different fandoms. Most of my interests are anime, manga, cosplay, danmei, and K-pop, just to name some things.  I have three pets total: two cats and a dog. I spent a lot of my time at work or hanging out with my animals at home, which is why I wanted to start trying out new things! I am hoping to get out of the house more and make some friends!
