With a heavy heart, we are announcing the closure of Hanjeong. It’s been a wonderful few months, but with activity down, we just don’t feel this roleplay will continue to thrive.  We’d like to thank all the members for considering us and for their dedication to this roleplay. We consider this such a successful venture because of all the creativity you guys brought to the table. We will miss all your characters and hope you know they will live on in our hearts.

Hi, I'm interested in joining but I was wondering if only east asian fcs are allowed? I would really like to join, tho I was wondering if fcs from other ethnicities (latine, south asian, north african, etc.) would be okay?

We allow FCs of any ethnicity. Though if you would like to play a pirate descendant, note they are based on a real life group of pirates (and, you know, become colonizers in this rp). However, as they are pirates, it is not unfathomable that they had someone on their ship other than East Asians, who helped them settle Hanjeong.

For dryads, I would really just ask that you put in some thought about the plant they come from. E.g. We have a Japanese FC as a dryad, so the mun looked into trees that could conceivably grow both in Jeju Island and in Japan.

Really, that is all I have on that. They can be any species (which will probably play the biggest role in how they are treated) and let me know if you have any other questions.

Authorities suspect that this sudden and fierce storm may be attributed to the elusive sirens, legendary creatures known for their ability to manipulate weather patterns. Although there is no concrete evidence linking the sirens to the storm, eyewitness accounts have reported enchanting melodies resonating from the sea just moments before the storm's arrival. This has fueled speculation that the sirens, dissatisfied with recent events, have taken matters into their own hands to unleash chaos upon Hanjeong.

Yeji, has been described as a reserved individual who had a troubled history with Ujin Sook.
