Epilogue

Whatever cruel author decided to write about me and my laptop misfortune must've gotten bored because with out warning, my laptop suddenly works again. I can finally go back to being unproductive in the comfort of a big screen.

My laptop was broken for most of November. It wouldn't even charge or turn on despite having battery. I took it to a guy last week who fixed my computer previously. He replaced a broken part that didn't allow charge to go through my laptop and that fixed the issue. Literally LITERALLY this morning, my laptop turned off and I have the same issue again! I'm going to take it back tomorrow and see what the problem is this time. If it's the exact same problem, he better fix my laptop properly and at a discounted price.

My laptop is fucked. The motherboard couldn't be salvaged. My options are either to replace the motherboard or buy a new laptop. Both options cost roughly the same.

My motherboard apparently has tiny burns from water droplets. My guess is from leaving the computer to charge next to the window. The guy is going to try to clean the burns and rust to see if that'll fix anything. If the computer guy can't save it, then I'm going to need a new motherboard or a new laptop.

The running trend with everyone I've ever met is that they think I am or think I like the exact opposite of what I actually am or like. Friends, coworkers, even my family on occasion gets something about me totally backwards.
