24. Mags found Finnick in a basket on the river, and raised him as her own, often calling him 'Moses' - a name she had once read in an old contraband book when she was a young girl.

22. During the final stand atop the Cornucopia in the 74th Hunger Games, Cato had completely given up and succumbed to mental instability. He was never really a killer, just volunteered to please his father. He was silently begging Katniss to kill him.

21. Thresh knew Rue since she was a baby, and he was a young boy. If they hadn't been reaped, they would have married.

20. When Katniss and Peeta were dragged back into the Justice Building in District 11 during their Victory Tour, the two extra shots they heard were the Peacekeepers killing themselves. Remorseful. And scared.

19. Effie survived the Rebellion. She escaped the Capitol in the heat of it. Haymitch found her wandering the Seam, and smuggled her into District 13.

18. Beetee was an 'Uncle' to Annie's baby. He constructed more rooms like the virtual meadow in the Special Weapons district for her: a forest, a beautiful fantasy land, and even a beach for Annie, to remind her of Finnick.

17. Peeta opened his own bakery in the rebuilt District 12. He hired innocents from The Capitol, who could hold no job due to their lack of a skill, and helped them adapt to their new, less flashy and lavish lifestyles.

15. Joanne cried in secret at Prim's death. Being the hospital so much, she'd become very attached to Katniss' little sister.

14. For the escorts to be seen with little or no make up is frowned upon. By capitol standards, Effie's during the victory tour and quarter quell was seen as minimal. This looked suspicious to Snow. and may have even risked Effie's life.

11. When Finnick awoke on the hovercraft to District 13, he was in a deep haze, asking for nothing but Annie. He wouldn't even eat. When Beetee awoke, he asked for Wiress, and when he finally remembered the events of the arena, he yelled and thrashed and yanked out his IVs, screaming at Plutarch over and over again, "You promised. You promised. It's your fault."

9. Haymitch and Chaff once tricked Beetee into participating in a drinking game to see who could drink the most before passing out. Countless vomiting spells, the purchase of a poodle, the hiring of a DJ, four declarations of love and an explosion later ("DRUNK SCIENCE!"), Beetee ended up the winner. Wiress, Seeder, and Effie were left to clean up the mess and actually find the three, as they passed out in different locations all over the Capitol. Chaff on the roof of the training facility, Beetee in the lawn of the Presidential Palace wearing a brassiere on his head, and Haymitch in the arms of President Snow statue in the heart of the city.
