Did you know?
Pineapples contain bromelain, an enzyme that may help arthritis pain by easing inflammation. They are also a good source of vitamin C, which helps your immune system.  Also contains vitamin B6 and B9 folate.
Raw pineapple pulp is 86% water, 13% carbohydrates, 0.5% protein, and contains negligible fat.  100 grams of raw pineapple has 50 calories, and is a rich source of manganese.
Healthy way to enjoy pineapple:
1 ��banana
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
2–4 Tbsp coconut milk (any dairyfree milk)
Optional: grass-fed collagen peptides, for a creamier taste and added health benefits
Add peeled & sliced banana, frozen pineapple chunks, and coconut milk in a food processor until creamy. (Optional: scrape down and add the collagen peptides.)
Serve immediately or for a firmer frozen treat, freeze for 1-2 hours first.
