Yes I am on something !!  it’s called a gym membership - you can get one too, they’re pretty easy. I’m assuming you’re from dubuque? They have a planet fitness, signature fitness, a few yoga studios, and more !!  All you have to do is go inside and sign up !!! 
btw, you can also take your passive aggressive bullshit and shove it up your ass. Hope the tip helps!!! :)

Heey! Love your blog! Just wondering how you kept motivated cause ive gained alot of weight from my last relationship an we broke up an now i feel like im too fat and ugly for anyone else. I wanna lose weight but i feel like no matter what i do it wont make a different ! How did you stay so motivated and not feel awful about yourself while losing weight , cause i feel like me losing weight makes me look like im lazy and a slob which is why i got fat! Losing weight is a process that takes time & doesn't just happen over night. You have to remind yourself of this and get yourself in the mindset of making this a LIFESTYLE and not just something temporary. You need to practice viewing yourself in a more positive way because if you keep telling yourself you're not good enough, then you'll never get anywhere. I keep myself motivated by setting goals for myself every week - such as working out 4 days and eating healthy 5 full days. Sometimes I write down in my planner when I achieve goals so I can keep track of them & then treat myself at the end of the week by getting a face mask, my nails done, or buying a new top!

what does your HiiT sprints consist of?
Basically just cranking the treadmill up to the highest possible speed for you and do 30 seconds sprinting, and then step off to the side for a 30 seconds rest. And just keep repeating that for 10-15 min. (That's what I do atleast)

Hey I'm in college and trying to start a healthy lifestyle my second year. My college is is a city that really doesn't have any healthy food places so it's hard to keep a good diet when I'm surrounded by fast food and unhealthy options. Any tips on how to stay focused and resist the temptations I'm always passing when walking and driving around campus?
I feel like that's how every college campus is and I 100% struggled with that my freshman year. There were so many yummy places to eat at so I just ate out for every meal ://Anyways, the biggest thing that I think will help you is meal prepping! If you buy all of your meals ahead of time & have them cooked up and you either bring them with you or have them waiting at home, you'll be less likely to want to buy something because you won't want your meal prep to go to waste. Also, pack healthy snacks to munch on while walking around campus 😁☺️

during your weight loss and even now do you ever have like off weeks where you just don't feel motivated and eat bad/miss gym days?
UM YES!!!!! For instance, I haven’t worked out AT ALL yet this week (and it’s Thursday) because school/clinic just started up and i’ve been soo busy trying to adjust to my new schedule. I’ve made up for this by just eating super healthy all week/drinking lots of water and walking everywhere all over campus & to the hospital for clinic. 
It’s okay to have off days/week. It won’t ruin everything you’ve worked for, I promise :)

What colors are you doing for your wedding? Loved your engagement party photos!
Ah, thank you!! My bridesmaid dresses are the color “shell pink” which is a super light pink, and then the groomsmen will be wearing tan. we’re not exactly sure what we’ll have their outfits be though; maybe tan pants and a white shirt (since it’s a beach wedding).

I actually have no idea! I don’t count my macros or anything, but I try to have some form of protein during lunch & dinner and then after my workout as well.

What kind of cardio do you do?
tbh, I don’t do any cardio. cardio makes me miserable. I hate it so much to the point that it makes me dread my workout, so I cut it out of my routine. The ONLY cardio I do are HIIT workouts, which usually consists of 10-15 min of interval sprints 3-4x a week.

I feel like every time I start going to the gym/eating right it only lasts for a couple of months and then I lose focus & motivation. Any tips for making a healthy lifestyle sustainable and staying motivated? Thank you!!
Maybe you’re putting too much pressure on yourself to be perfect 100% of the time. You need to find balance in your lifestyle, that way you don’t have to feel like if you’re not healthy and active every single day that you’re failing. This took me a long time to learn but it’s been amazing since I have. 
What works for me is that I eat healthy Monday- Friday (until around 5 o'clock). From Friday evening until mid day Sunday I don’t worry about an absolute thing. I’ll go out for dinner with Josh if that’s what we decide, go out and have some drinks, & pretty much just enjoy myself the entire weekend. Then Sunday night I’ll meal prep my food for the week and I’ll eat healthy till Friday and aim to workout 4 times throughout the week. If once in a while, for some reason, this changes and let’s say Tuesday they have pizza at clinic or Thursday night I go get drinks with my bf, NO BIG DEAL. It’s fine, I just pick up my routine the next day and don’t sweat it.

I LOVE IT. yes yes yes more than any kind. You should get the cookies & cream one! I heard it's the best flavor & the only reason I got vanilla was bc it had the 2 day free shipping on prime :) I mix it with almond milk!
